背景技术
聚丙烯无纺布具有耐高温性能好、耐老化、抗紫外线、延伸率高、稳定性高、透气性好、耐腐蚀、隔音效果好等优势,因此,其被广泛应用于服装衬里、冬装保暖材料(滑雪衫、被子、睡袋的内芯等)、工作服、手术衣、防护衣、仿麂皮材料。生产聚丙烯无纺布的工艺较多,例如,可以采用纺粘法无纺布生产工艺制备聚丙烯无纺布。具体过程如下:将聚丙烯和助剂在搅拌器中混合均匀,并将得到的混合物加入挤出机(如双螺杆挤出机)中的喂料器中,物料经由喂料器进入双螺杆中,经螺杆熔融混合均匀,挤出造粒、烘干,得到无纺布原料粒料;然后将所述无纺布原料粒料加入单螺杆挤出机中熔融混合、挤出、气流拉伸、冷却固化、铺网并加固。但是现有方法制备的聚丙烯无纺布透气性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种透气性好的聚丙烯无纺布。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种透气性好的聚丙烯无纺布,所述无纺布的原料组分包括改性玄武岩纤维,所述改性玄武岩纤维占无纺布原料总质量的8.3-12.5%。
进一步的,所述改性玄武岩纤维制备方法为:
(1)玄武岩纤维预处理:将玄武岩纤维与质量分数为1.8%的偶联剂溶液按110-115g:350mL的比例混合,在80℃水浴下,以150r/min转速搅拌40min,然后过滤,采用无水乙醇清洗,自然晾干;
(2)改性处理:将磷酸钾溶解于去离子水中配制得到浓度为22.5%的磷酸钾水溶液,将磷酸钾水溶液加热至62-62℃,保温10min,然后再向磷酸钾水溶液中添加与磷酸钾等摩尔量的3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钾,继续保温,以200r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后超声波处理3-5min,然后冷却至8℃结晶,保温30min,然后进行过滤,得过滤液;将过滤液与质量分数为35%的烷基聚糖苷水溶液按1.2:1的体积比混合,得到混合液,向混合液中添加其质量30%的玄武岩纤维,调节温度至60℃,然后再加入混合液质量的0.12%的碱性催化剂,升温至93℃,反应3小时,然后进行过滤,采用去离子水清洗,自然晾干,即得改性玄武岩纤维。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明制备的透气性好的聚丙烯无纺布以聚丙烯树脂为主要生产原料,比重轻,具蓬松性,手感好,成品柔软度适中,具舒适感,聚丙烯切片不吸水,含水率零,成品拨水性佳,透气性佳,易保持布面干爽、易洗涤,无毒、无刺激性,性能稳定,无毒、无异味,不刺激皮肤。在环保方面,使用的大多数无纺布的原材料是聚丙烯,而塑料袋的原材料是聚乙烯,两种物质虽然名字相似,但在化学结构上却相差甚远。聚乙烯的化学分子结构具有相当强的稳定性,极难降解,所以塑料袋需要300年才可分解完毕;而聚丙烯的化学结构不牢固,分子链很容易就可断裂,从而可以有效地降解,并且在无毒的形态中进入下一步环境循环。
