Description

Environment-friendly solid alcohol fuel and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of solid fuels, in particular to an environment-friendly solid alcohol fuel.
Background
In industrial production and daily life, resources as heat sources are rich, such as coal, petroleum, electricity and the like, the cost is low, the price is low, and the heat source is widely applied to the society. However, in some specific situations, such as scientific research, chemical experiments, field work, etc., alcohol is mainly used as a heat source. In this respect, research and report are carried out in China, but due to the liquidity of alcohol, the alcohol is not easy to package and carry, and the universality of use is greatly reduced. The urotropine fuel has larger hardness, is convenient to store, is widely used in troops as an individual fuel, but has the characteristic of chemical property (the molecular formula is (CH)2)6N4) The heating container is difficult to burn in an oxygen-poor environment, and the heating container is difficult to ignite, produces black smoke, has peculiar smell and black residues during burning and is harmful to human bodies and the environment. Accordingly, germany, uk, japan, and the like have developed solid alcohol fuels instead of urotropin. The solid fuel is widely applied to military and civil use as a safe, convenient, economical and practical catering heat source which can be carried about. If the alcohol is prepared into solid, the volatility of the alcohol can be reduced, the alcohol is easy to package and carry, the alcohol is safe and sanitary to use, the defects of the two fuels are overcome, and the requirements of cleanness and environmental protection are met. The solid alcohol fuel is prepared by taking alcohols (such as methanol and ethanol) as a main body, adding a gelling agent and a curing agent, and then properly adding a small amount of coloring agent or improving the performance through a certain process.
