Abstract
本发明公开了一种切膜机,包括切刀架、切刀气缸、切刀、刀座、两根导向齿条、两个导向齿轮、导向轴;所述的切刀架固定跨接在机架上,切刀气缸的缸体固定安装在切刀架的顶部,切刀气缸的活塞杆杆端向下穿过切刀架后与切刀的上端连接,切刀的下端伸向刀座,刀座固定在机架上;所述的两根导向齿条分别安装在切刀的侧壁上,两个导向齿轮固定套接在导向轴上且两个导向齿轮分别与两根导向齿条啮合,导向轴可旋转的安装在切刀架上。由于本发明的切刀的侧壁上安装有两根导向齿条,该两根导向齿条可与两个导向齿轮啮合,使得切刀在切膜片的过程中起到稳定切刀的作用,膜片切断更加稳定、准确。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镜片生产设备,特别是涉及一种切膜机。
背景技术
镜片是眼镜的主要部件。传统的镜片加工过程,大都采用人工裁切的方式进行加工,工人的劳动强度大、生产效率低,不适合大批量的生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切断膜片稳定、准确的切膜机。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
本发明是一种切膜机,包括切刀架、切刀气缸、切刀、刀座、两根导向齿条、两个导向齿轮、导向轴;所述的切刀架固定跨接在机架上,切刀气缸的缸体固定安装在切刀架的顶部,切刀气缸的活塞杆杆端向下穿过切刀架后与切刀的上端连接,切刀的下端伸向刀座,刀座固定在机架上;所述的两根导向齿条分别安装在切刀的侧壁上,两个导向齿轮固定套接在导向轴上且两个导向齿轮分别与两根导向齿条啮合,导向轴可旋转的安装在切刀架上。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明包括切刀架、切刀气缸、切刀、刀座、两根导向齿条、两个导向齿轮、导向轴,切刀的侧壁上安装有两根导向齿条,该两根导向齿条可与两个导向齿轮啮合,使得切刀在切膜片的过程中起到稳定切刀的作用,膜片切断更加稳定、准确。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明是一种切膜机,包括切刀架1、切刀气缸2、切刀3、刀座4、两根导向齿条5、两个导向齿轮6、导向轴7。
所述的切刀架1固定跨接在机架10上,切刀气缸2的缸体固定安装在切刀架1的顶部,切刀气缸2的活塞杆杆端向下穿过切刀架1后与切刀3的上端连接,切刀3的下端伸向刀座4,刀座4固定在机架10上;所述的两根导向齿条5分别安装在切刀3的侧壁上,两个导向齿轮6固定套接在导向轴7上且两个导向齿轮6分别与两根导向齿条5啮合,使得切刀3上下移动更加平稳,导向轴7可旋转的安装在切刀架1上。
本发明的工作原理:
所述的切刀3的侧壁上安装有两根导向齿条5,该两根导向齿条5可与两个导向齿轮6啮合,使得切刀3在切膜片的过程中起到稳定切刀3的作用。

1.一种切膜机,其特征在于:包括切刀架、切刀气缸、切刀、刀座、两根导向齿条、两个导向齿轮、导向轴;所述的切刀架固定跨接在机架上,切刀气缸的缸体固定安装在切刀架的顶部,切刀气缸的活塞杆杆端向下穿过切刀架后与切刀的上端连接,切刀的下端伸向刀座,刀座固定在机架上;所述的两根导向齿条分别安装在切刀的侧壁上,两个导向齿轮固定套接在导向轴上且两个导向齿轮分别与两根导向齿条啮合,导向轴可旋转的安装在切刀架上。
