本发明涉及一种混料机,更具体地说是涉及一种药材混料机。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对自身的健康意识也不断地提高,中药也越来越受到国人的追捧,同时也受到外国人的喜爱。在中药材的生产加工过程中,经常需要将两种或两种以上药材进行搅拌混合,以满足生产要求,而现有的药材混料装置设计不够合理,不能较好的适用于颗粒状或粉状药材的混料处理,混料时间长,均匀度不佳,影响生产加工效率。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种适用于颗粒状或粉状药材的混料机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是,药材混料机,包括机架、混料箱和混料装置,其特征是:所述机架的上端固定安装有一矩形混料箱,混料箱内下部的四角处倾斜设有四个混料装置;所述混料装置包括驱动电机、隔离板、转轴、转盘和混料叶片,所述隔离板倾斜固定在混料箱内的底角处,将混料箱分隔成一个较大的混料空间和四个较小的驱动电机安装固定空间,驱动电机的转轴穿过隔离板中央的密封圈与转盘相连接,转盘上设有若干个混料叶片。
更进一步地,所述混料箱的上端敞口处铰接有一盖板,盖板上设有一把手。
更进一步地,所述混料箱的下端中央开有一出料口,出料口处设有一锥形出料管,锥形出料管的正下方放置有一接料容器。
更进一步地,所述出料口与锥形出料管的连接处设有一抽拉板。
本发明提供的一种药材混料机使用时,把药材倒入混料箱内,盖上盖板,启动设置在机架侧壁上混料装置驱动电机的电源开关,驱动电机通过变速装置带动转盘旋转,混料叶片通过与药材的接触对其进行混合,待混合均匀后,关闭电源开关,抽出设置在混料箱中央底部的抽拉板,混合均匀的药材便会从出口处通过锥形出料管下落至接料容器内。

在图1中,本发明提供的药材混料机,包括机架(1)、混料箱(2)和混料装置,其特征是:所述机架(1)的上端固定安装有一矩形混料箱(2),混料箱(2)内下部的四角处倾斜设有四个混料装置;所述混料装置包括驱动电机(3)、隔离板(4)、转轴、转盘(5)和混料叶片(6),所述隔离板(4)倾斜固定在混料箱(2)内的底角处,将混料箱(2)分隔成一个较大的混料空间和四个较小的驱动电机(3)安装固定空间,驱动电机(3)的转轴穿过隔离板(4)中央的密封圈与转盘(5)相连接,转盘(5)上设有若干个混料叶片(6)。
更进一步地,所述混料箱(1)的上端敞口处铰接有一盖板(9),盖板(9)上设有一把手(10)。
更进一步地,所述混料箱(1)的下端中央开有一出料口,出料口处设有一锥形出料管(8),锥形出料管(8)的正下方放置有一接料容器。
更进一步地,所述出料口与锥形出料管(8)的连接处设有一抽拉板(7)。
