Abstract
本发明公开了一种优化增稠剂及其制备方法,属于增稠剂制备技术领域。所述的增稠剂,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、果胶、焦磷酸钠、结冷胶、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH‑570、聚乙二醇;所述的增稠剂是经过制备基料,制备改性料,然后将基料和改性料混合后制得。本发明制备得到的增稠剂具有优异的黏性。

技术领域
本发明属于增稠剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种优化增稠剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前增稠剂主要有无机增稠剂、纤维素类、聚丙烯酸酯和缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂四类,多种类型增稠剂的复合已经成为增稠剂未来发展的趋势。
中国专利申请文献“一种复配增稠剂及其制备方法(申请公布号:CN105661481A)”公开了一种复配增稠剂及其制备方法,复配增稠剂包括有以下重量比的组分:羟甲基纤维素钠65-85份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10-20份、瓜尔胶8-15份、三聚磷酸钠8-15份、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯3-8份、微晶纤维素5-10份、卡拉胶5-10份、黄原胶5-10份、碳酸钙5-10份、果胶8-15份、柠檬酸钠5-10份、焦磷酸钠5-15份、结冷胶3-10份。本发明具有透明度好、粘稠高、保水性能好、抗剪切等优点。但是该增稠剂的粘稠度不足的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增稠剂及其制备方法,以解决在中国专利申请文献“一种复配增稠剂及其制备方法(申请公布号:
CN105661481A)”公开的增稠剂的基础上,如何优化组分、用量、方法等,提高增稠剂粘稠度的问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种优化增稠剂,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、果胶、焦磷酸钠、结冷胶、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇;
所述黏度补强助剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:米糠蜡5-10份、去离子水5-15份、质量分数为3-5%的氢氧化钠溶液2-5份、质量分数为3-5%的环氧氯丙烷4-8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4份、三乙醇胺3-6份、过硫酸钾1-4份、过硫酸铵3-6份、邻苯基苯酚1-5份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯3-6份;
所述黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇的重量比为(8-12):(15-25):(1-3):(4-6)。
进一步的,所述黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇的重量比为9.6:23.2:2.4:5.7。
进一步的,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠65-85份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10-20份、瓜尔胶8-15份、三聚磷酸钠8-15份、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯3-8份、微晶纤维素5-10份、卡拉胶5-10份、黄原胶5-10份、果胶8-15份、焦磷酸钠5-15份、结冷胶3-10份、黏度补强助剂15-25份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5701-3份、聚乙二醇4-6份。
进一步的,所述黏度补强助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将米糠蜡、和去离子水混合均匀,然后加入质量分数为3-5%的氢氧化钠溶液和质量分数为3-5%的环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,升温至80-100℃,保温1-3h,然后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和三乙醇胺混合均匀,升温至90-110℃,保温1-3h,然后降温至60-70℃,然后加入过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵、邻苯基苯酚和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温0.5-1.5h,降温至30-40℃,冷却至室温得到黏度补强助剂。
本发明还提供一种优化增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、果胶和焦磷酸钠、结冷胶混合均匀,升温至40-60℃,保温30min,接着于1500-2500r/min转速搅拌15-25min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2:将聚乙二醇混合均匀,升温至40-50℃,保温30min,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570和黏度补强助剂混合均匀,继续升温至70-80℃,保温5-15min,于650-850r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到改性补强料;
S3:将基料升温至50-60℃,保温5-15min,然后加入改性补强料混合均匀,继续升温至70-80℃,保温30min,于850-1050r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到增稠剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)由实施例1-3和对比例6的数据可见,实施例1-3制得的增稠剂粘稠性能的显著高于对比例6制得的增稠剂的粘稠性能;同时由实施例1-3的数据可见,实施例1为最优实施例。
(2)由实施例1和对比例1-5的数据可见,木薯粉、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇在制备增稠剂中起到了协同作用,协同提高了增稠剂的粘稠性能;这是:木薯粉表面含有大量的羟基且具有很好的黏性,生物相容性好,在硅烷偶联剂KH-570的接枝作用下实现与聚乙二醇进行配合,作为粘度增强体系运用到本发明增稠剂的制备中,与主料表面的羟基结合实现了本发明增稠剂粘度的进一步提高,且其中添加的黏度补强助剂通过将米糠蜡、棕榈蜡、玉米淀粉和去离子水混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠溶液和环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,升温,保温,然后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和三乙醇胺混合均匀,升温,保温,然后降温后加入过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵、邻苯基苯酚和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯混合均匀,升温,保温,降温,冷却至室温得到,其利用了米糠蜡、棕榈蜡和玉米淀粉的粘稠性能,在碱性作用下加入环氧氯丙烷并在米糠蜡、棕榈蜡和玉米淀粉的表面羟基引入氯原子,实现了对米糠蜡、棕榈蜡和玉米淀粉表面羟基的改性,获得了-OCl管能团,然后加入过硫酸钾和过硫酸铵作为引发剂,实现了与邻苯基苯酚和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯结合,使得邻苯基苯酚和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯获得了优异的黏性,并在硅烷偶联剂KH-570的接枝作用下,利用了邻苯基苯酚和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯表面的羟基与木薯粉进行接枝结合,运用到本发明的增稠剂的制备中,使得本发明的增稠剂的粘稠性能得到有效提高。
(3)由对比例7-9的数据可见,木薯粉、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇的重量比不在(8-12):(15-25):(1-3):(4-6)范围内时,制得的增稠剂的粘稠性数值与实施例1-3的数值相差甚大,远小于实施例1-3的数值,与现有技术(对比例6)的数值相当。本发明木薯粉、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇作为补强体系,实施例1-3控制制备增稠剂时通过添加木薯粉、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇的重量比为(8-12):(15-25):(1-3):(4-6),实现在补强体系中以木薯粉、黏度补强助剂为主要原料,利用木薯粉表面大量的羟基,在硅烷偶联剂KH-570的接枝作用下实现与聚乙二醇进行配合,同时添加的黏度补强助剂通过其利用米糠蜡、棕榈蜡和玉米淀粉在碱性作用下,实现了木薯粉、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇运用到本发明增稠剂的制备中,有效提高了增稠剂的粘稠性能。
具体实施方式
为便于更好地理解本发明,通过以下实例加以说明,这些实例属于本发明的保护范围,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
在实施例中,所述增稠剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠65-85份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10-20份、瓜尔胶8-15份、三聚磷酸钠8-15份、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯3-8份、微晶纤维素5-10份、卡拉胶5-10份、黄原胶5-10份、碳酸钙5-10份、果胶8-15份、柠檬酸钠5-10份、焦磷酸钠5-15份、结冷胶3-10份、木薯粉8-12份、黏度补强助剂15-25份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5701-3份、聚乙二醇4-6份。
所述黏度补强助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4-8份米糠蜡、2-5份棕榈蜡、3-6份玉米淀粉和5-15份去离子水混合均匀,然后加入2-5份质量分数为3-5%的氢氧化钠溶液和4-8份质量分数为3-5%的环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,升温至80-100℃,保温1-3h,然后加入2-4份十二烷基苯磺酸钠和3-6份三乙醇胺混合均匀,升温至90-110℃,保温1-3h,然后降温至60-70℃,然后加入1-4份过硫酸钾、3-6份过硫酸铵、1-5份邻苯基苯酚和3-6份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温0.5-1.5h,降温至30-40℃,冷却至室温得到黏度补强助剂。所述增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、碳酸钙、果胶、柠檬酸钠和焦磷酸钠、结冷胶混合均匀,升温至40-60℃,保温10-20min,接着于1500-2500r/min转速搅拌15-25min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2:将木薯粉和聚乙二醇混合均匀,升温至40-50℃,保温20-30min,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570和黏度补强助剂混合均匀,继续升温至70-80℃,保温5-15min,于650-850r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到改性补强料;
S3:将基料升温至50-60℃,保温5-15min,然后加入改性补强料混合均匀,继续升温至70-80℃,保温20-30min,于850-1050r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到增稠剂。
实施例1
一种增稠剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠83.1份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯14.5份、瓜尔胶11.3份、三聚磷酸钠9.6份、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯5.1份、微晶纤维素9.4份、卡拉胶8.2份、黄原胶7.4份、碳酸钙9.2份、果胶11.2份、柠檬酸钠6.9份、焦磷酸钠7.4份、结冷胶8.4份、木薯粉9.6份、黏度补强助剂23.2份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5702.4份、聚乙二醇5.7份。
所述黏度补强助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5.6份米糠蜡、4.1份棕榈蜡、5.7份玉米淀粉和7.4份去离子水混合均匀,然后加入4.1份质量分数为3.4%的氢氧化钠溶液和6.8份质量分数为4.2%的环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,升温至98℃,保温2.3h,然后加入3.2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠和5.2份三乙醇胺混合均匀,升温至101℃,保温2.3h,然后降温至67℃,然后加入3.5份过硫酸钾、5.6份过硫酸铵、4.2份邻苯基苯酚和4.1份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯混合均匀,升温至86℃,保温1.2h,降温至37℃,冷却至室温得到黏度补强助剂。
所述增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、碳酸钙、果胶、柠檬酸钠和焦磷酸钠、结冷胶混合均匀,升温至44℃,保温13min,接着于2345r/min转速搅拌23min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2:将木薯粉和聚乙二醇混合均匀,升温至47℃,保温24min,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570和黏度补强助剂混合均匀,继续升温至78℃,保温12min,于845r/min转速搅拌1.3h,冷却至室温得到改性补强料;
S3:将基料升温至54℃,保温13.6min,然后加入改性补强料混合均匀,继续升温至73℃,保温27min,于965r/min转速搅拌1.2h,冷却至室温得到增稠剂。
实施例2
一种增稠剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠65份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯20份、瓜尔胶8份、三聚磷酸钠15份、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯3份、微晶纤维素10份、卡拉胶5份、黄原胶10份、碳酸钙5份、果胶15份、柠檬酸钠5份、焦磷酸钠15份、结冷胶3份、木薯粉12份、黏度补强助剂15份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5703份、聚乙二醇4份。
所述黏度补强助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4份米糠蜡、5份棕榈蜡、3份玉米淀粉和15份去离子水混合均匀,然后加入2份质量分数为5%的氢氧化钠溶液和4份质量分数为5%的环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,升温至80℃,保温3h,然后加入2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠和6份三乙醇胺混合均匀,升温至90℃,保温3h,然后降温至60℃,然后加入4份过硫酸钾、3份过硫酸铵、5份邻苯基苯酚和3份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯混合均匀,升温至90℃,保温0.5h,降温至40℃,冷却至室温得到黏度补强助剂。
所述增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、碳酸钙、果胶、柠檬酸钠和焦磷酸钠、结冷胶混合均匀,升温至40℃,保温20min,接着于1500r/min转速搅拌25min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2:将木薯粉和聚乙二醇混合均匀,升温至40℃,保温30min,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570和黏度补强助剂混合均匀,继续升温至70℃,保温15min,于650r/min转速搅拌2h,冷却至室温得到改性补强料;
S3:将基料升温至50℃,保温15min,然后加入改性补强料混合均匀,继续升温至70℃,保温30min,于850r/min转速搅拌2h,冷却至室温得到增稠剂。
实施例3
一种增稠剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠85份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10份、瓜尔胶15份、三聚磷酸钠8份、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯8份、微晶纤维素5份、卡拉胶10份、黄原胶5份、碳酸钙10份、果胶8份、柠檬酸钠10份、焦磷酸钠5份、结冷胶10份、木薯粉8份、黏度补强助剂25份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5701份、聚乙二醇6份。
所述黏度补强助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8份米糠蜡、2份棕榈蜡、6份玉米淀粉和5份去离子水混合均匀,然后加入5份质量分数为3%的氢氧化钠溶液和8份质量分数为3%的环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,升温至100℃,保温1h,然后加入4份十二烷基苯磺酸钠和3份三乙醇胺混合均匀,升温至110℃,保温1h,然后降温至70℃,然后加入1份过硫酸钾、6份过硫酸铵、1份邻苯基苯酚和6份甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯混合均匀,升温至80℃,保温1.5h,降温至30℃,冷却至室温得到黏度补强助剂。
所述增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、碳酸钙、果胶、柠檬酸钠和焦磷酸钠、结冷胶混合均匀,升温至60℃,保温10min,接着于2500r/min转速搅拌15min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2:将木薯粉和聚乙二醇混合均匀,升温至50℃,保温20min,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570和黏度补强助剂混合均匀,继续升温至80℃,保温5min,于850r/min转速搅拌1h,冷却至室温得到改性补强料;
S3:将基料升温至60℃,保温5min,然后加入改性补强料混合均匀,继续升温至80℃,保温20min,于1050r/min转速搅拌1h,冷却至室温得到增稠剂。
对比例1
与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备增稠剂的原料中缺少木薯粉、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备增稠剂的原料中缺少木薯粉。

与实施例1的制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是制备增稠剂的原料中缺少黏度补强助剂。

1.一种优化增稠剂,其特征在于,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、果胶、焦磷酸钠、结冷胶、黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇;所述黏度补强助剂,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:米糠蜡5-10份、玉米淀粉3-6份、去离子水5-15份、质量分数为3-5%的氢氧化钠溶液2-5份、质量分数为3-5%的环氧氯丙烷4-8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4份、三乙醇胺3-6份、过硫酸钾1-4份、过硫酸铵3-6份、邻苯基苯酚1-5份、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯3-6份;黏度补强助剂、硅烷偶联剂KH-570、聚乙二醇的重量比为(8-12):(15-25):(1-3):(4-6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的优化增稠剂,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:羟甲基纤维素钠65-85份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10-20份、瓜尔胶8-15份、三聚磷酸钠8-15份、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯3-8份、微晶纤维素5-10份、卡拉胶5-10份、黄原胶5-10份、果胶8-15份、焦磷酸钠5-15份、结冷胶3-10份、黏度补强助剂15-25份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5701-3份、聚乙二醇4-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的优化增稠剂,其特征在于,所述黏度补强助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将米糠蜡和去离子水混合均匀,然后加入质量分数为3-5%的氢氧化钠溶液和质量分数为3-5%的环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,升温至80-100℃,保温1-3h,然后加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和三乙醇胺混合均匀,升温至90-110℃,保温1-3h,然后降温至60-70℃,然后加入过硫酸钾、过硫酸铵、邻苯基苯酚和甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温0.5-1.5h,降温至30-40℃,冷却至室温得到黏度补强助剂。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的优化增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:羟甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、瓜尔胶、三聚磷酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油脂肪酸酯、微晶纤维素、卡拉胶、黄原胶、果胶、焦磷酸钠、结冷胶混合均匀,升温至40-60℃,保温30min,接着于1500-2500r/min转速搅拌30min,冷却至室温得到基料;
S2:将聚乙二醇混合均匀,升温至40-50℃,保温30min,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570和黏度补强助剂混合均匀,继续升温至70-80℃,保温5-15min,于650-850r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到改性补强料;
S3:将基料升温至50-60℃,保温5-15min,然后加入改性补强料混合均匀,继续升温至70-80℃,保温30min,于850-1050r/min转速搅拌1-2h,冷却至室温得到增稠剂。
