一种采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种喇叭,尤其是涉及一种采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前业界使用的被动喇叭传统制备工艺是:音响的硬胶外壳、折环、铁片等单独加工完成,然后再经过表面处理、涂胶、贴合、压实等等加工工序。
这种多工序加工方式生产效率低,产成品合格率低,折环使用的是热固性橡胶材料热压成型,边角料不能再次使用,造成浪费。表面处理和涂胶工艺的挥发物容易造成环境污染,手工贴合往往造成边界线不平齐,影响产品外观。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭,包括:第一外壳、第二外壳、内壳和铁片;所述第一外壳包括密封圈、折环和振动膜,所述密封圈、折环和振动膜一体注塑成第一外壳;所述第二外壳内设有凹槽,所述第一外壳置于凹槽内;所述振动膜背面设有外壳凹槽,所述外壳凹槽依次嵌入内壳和铁片。
进一步地,所述内壳的剖面为T型结构,所述铁片的剖面为倒T形结构,所述T型结构和倒T形结构相配合。
进一步地,所述铁片上设有2个定位孔。
进一步地,所述定位孔形状为条形孔或圆孔。
本发明还提供了上述采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、铁片依靠定位孔在模具中定位;
S2、将熔融的塑胶原料注射到模具中,同时注塑成型第一外壳、第二外壳和内壳包铁片,形成一体结构,其中,第一外壳由密封圈、折环、振动膜一体注塑形成;
S3、注塑完成后,经过运水冷却后顶出脱模。
其中,所述步骤S2中,也可采用包胶的形式,将熔融的塑胶原料注射到模具中,先注塑成型第二外壳、内壳包铁片,再注塑成型第一外壳形成一体结构,其中,第一外壳由密封圈、折环和振动膜一体注塑形成。
进一步地,步骤S2中,所述第一外壳的材质为热塑性硫化橡胶。
进一步地,步骤S2中,所述第二外壳和内壳的材质均为PP和玻纤的复合材料。
进一步地,步骤S3中,所述注塑温度为180-350摄氏度,注塑压力为40-200MPa。
基于上述的技术方案,本发明取得的技术效果为:
(1)本发明提供的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭,采用一体注塑成型工艺将密封圈、折环和振动膜注塑成一体式结构,注塑过程容易实现、封装稳定,其结构简单,密封效果好,结构牢固,外观完美,没有结合线。
(2)本发明提供的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭,在一体注塑成型条件下能提高良品率,保证产品质量,节省了装配时间和人力成本,提高生产效率。

如图1-5,一种采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭,包括:第一外壳1、第二外壳2、内壳3和铁片4;所述第一外壳1包括密封圈11、折环12和振动膜13,所述密封圈11、折环12和振动膜13一体注塑成第一外壳1;所述第二外壳2内设有凹槽22,所述第一外壳1置于凹槽22内;所述振动膜13背面设有外壳凹槽133,所述外壳凹槽133依次嵌入内壳3和铁片4。
所述内壳3的剖面为T型结构33,所述铁片4的剖面为倒T形结构,所述T型结构和倒T形结构相配合,可以增强内壳3和铁片4配合的紧密性,确保二者的连接牢固稳定。
所述铁片4上设有2个定位孔5,所述定位孔5形状为条形孔或圆孔。
在本实施例中,采用一体注塑成型工艺将密封圈、折环和振动膜注塑成一体式结构,注塑过程容易实现、封装稳定,其结构简单,密封效果好,结构牢固,外观完美,没有结合线。
而且,在一体注塑成型条件下能提高良品率,保证产品质量,节省了装配时间和人力成本,提高生产效率。
实施例2
一种采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、铁片依靠定位孔在模具中定位;
S2、将熔融的塑胶原料注射到模具中,同时注塑成型第一外壳、第二外壳和内壳包铁片,形成一体结构,其中,第一外壳由密封圈、折环、振动膜一体注塑形成;
S3、注塑完成后,经过运水冷却后顶出脱模。其中,注塑温度为180-350摄氏度,注塑压力为40-200MPa。
本实施例中,使用双色注塑成型机,通过两套双色注塑模具,同时注塑成型第一外壳、第二外壳和内壳包铁片,即一次注塑成型实现产品生产。
在本实施例中,步骤S2中,所述第一外壳的材质为热塑性硫化橡胶,具有热固性橡胶良好的耐候性、耐磨性、良好的弹性和耐压缩变形性等特点,又有热塑性塑料优良的加工性能,可以注塑成型。第二外壳和内壳的材质均为PP和玻纤的复合材料,保证所制得的被动喇叭的高强度,利用热塑性硫化橡胶、PP和玻纤的复合材料在注塑成型的条件下有很好的粘接性,可以一体注塑成型。
实施例3
一种采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、铁片依靠定位孔在模具中定位;
S2、采用包胶的形式,将熔融的塑胶原料注射到模具中,先注塑成型第二外壳、内壳包铁片,再注塑成型第一外壳形成一体结构,其中,第一外壳由密封圈、折环和振动膜一体注塑形成。
S3、注塑完成后,经过运水冷却后顶出脱模。其中,注塑温度为180-350摄氏度,注塑压力为40-200MPa。
本实施例中,采用常规的注塑机台,即卧式注塑机台或立式注塑机台,在第一套模具内注塑成型第二外壳、内壳包铁片,再把第二外壳、内壳包铁片放到第二套模具,注塑成型第一外壳形成一体结构,经过两套模具在两台常规的注塑机台上,分两次注塑成型实现产品生产。
在本实施例中,步骤S2中,所述第一外壳的材质为热塑性硫化橡胶,具有热固性橡胶良好的耐候性、耐磨性、良好的弹性和耐压缩变形性等特点,又有热塑性塑料优良的加工性能,可以注塑成型。第二外壳和内壳的材质均为PP和玻纤的复合材料,保证所制得的被动喇叭的高强度,利用热塑性硫化橡胶、PP和玻纤的复合材料在注塑成型的条件下有很好的粘接性,可以一体注塑成型。
本实施例提供的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,采用一体注塑成型工艺将密封圈、折环和振动膜注塑成一体式结构,实现全自动生产,在一体注塑成型条件下能提高良品率,保证产品质量,节省了装配时间和人力成本,提高生产效率。

Claims (9)

1.一种采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭,其特征在于,包括:第一外壳(1)、第二外壳(2)、内壳(3)和铁片(4);所述第一外壳(1)包括密封圈(11)、折环(12)和振动膜(13),所述密封圈(11)、折环(12)和振动膜(13)一体注塑成第一外壳(1);所述第二外壳(2)内设有凹槽(22),所述第一外壳(1)置于凹槽(22)内;所述振动膜(13)背面设有外壳凹槽(133),所述外壳凹槽(133)依次嵌入内壳(3)和铁片(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭,其特征在于,所述内壳(3)的剖面为T型结构(33),所述铁片(4)的剖面为倒T形结构,所述T型结构和倒T形结构相配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭,其特征在于,所述铁片(4)上设有2个定位孔(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭,其特征在于,所述定位孔(5)形状为条形孔或圆孔。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任一项所述的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、铁片依靠定位孔在模具中定位;
S2、将熔融的塑胶原料注射到模具中,同时注塑成型第一外壳、第二外壳和内壳包铁片,形成一体结构,其中,第一外壳由密封圈、折环、振动膜一体注塑形成;
S3、注塑完成后,经过运水冷却后顶出脱模。
6.根据权利要求5所述的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,也可采用包胶的形式,将熔融的塑胶原料注射到模具中,先注塑成型第二外壳、内壳包铁片,再注塑成型第一外壳形成一体结构,其中,第一外壳由密封圈、折环和振动膜一体注塑形成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述第一外壳的材质为热塑性硫化橡胶。
8.根据权利要求5所述的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述第二外壳和内壳的材质均为PP和玻纤的复合材料。
9.根据权利要求5所述的采用热塑性硫化橡胶一体成型的被动喇叭的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,所述注塑温度为180-350摄氏度,注塑压力为40-200MPa。
