Abstract

本发明涉及一种防水且可水洗的塑料磁钮及其制作方法。本发明磁钮1包括一钮体2、一置于所说钮体的空腔内的磁铁8及一铁盘9。本发明磁钮1的制作方法包括步骤A:用非磁性材料制成一钮体2;步骤B:将磁铁8及铁盘9放入到所说钮体空腔中;步骤C:将树脂胶注入空腔中,经固化,使磁铁及铁盘完全密封且结合成一体。本发明磁钮可应用于服装上,可自动对正结合,很适合于无法解开钮扣的场合,尤其适合儿童使用。

Description

防水且可洗的塑料磁钮及其制作方法
本发明涉及一种扣紧件及其制造方法,更具体地说涉及一种防水且可水洗的磁钮及其制作方法。
用于箱、包、袋等物件上的一般磁钮,其由磁钮上盖和磁钮本体两部分组成。磁钮上盖设有固定脚,而磁钮本体由外壳,在外壳中设置的磁铁以及设有固定脚的下盖组成。所说的磁钮分别通过上、下盖上设置的固定脚固定在需要经常分开和结合的手袋、皮包等的物件上,用于手袋或皮包等物的盖的开和关。然而,这类使用方便的磁钮直至目前为止尚未能够应用于那些同样需要经常分开和结合的物件上,如风褛、皮衣、皮草、西装等服装上。究其原因,这是由于一般磁钮的磁铁磁性不强(磁场强度约为500高斯)。为了加强磁性,只能增大或增厚磁铁的尺寸,一般达到8毫米,不适合在服装上使用;第二,一般磁钮上无法设置如一般钮那样的用线钮固定在服装上的针孔;第三,由于磁钮用铁皮冲压而成,虽然经电镀或其它防锈处理,但生锈的发生仍无法避免;第四,一般磁钮不做防水考虑,故而不能用水洗涤。
为了克服一般磁钮上述的不足之处,使磁钮的适用范围从手袋、皮包等物件扩大到服装之类上,本发明的目的在于提供一种防水且可水洗的磁钮。本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种防水且可水洗的磁钮的制作方法。
本发明的上述目的是这样实现的:即本发明的一种磁钮包括:
一钮体,其具有一可装饰的前钮面,所说的前钮面为一突出的延伸平面,四周为低于前钮面表面的边缘,在所说的边缘部分设有用于固定磁钮的贯穿针孔,其背面为平的背钮面,在所说的前钮面和背钮面之间内部设有一空腔,其与外界隔绝;一磁铁,其置于所说的钮体的空腔内且其两面分别为N极和S极;以及一铁盘,其形状及尺寸与所说的磁铁相配合,其边缘向一方向垂直延伸以至延伸边缘刚好包围住磁铁且置于所说的磁铁的其中一表面上,延伸边缘的高度与磁铁的厚度相等。
本发明的磁钮的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A:用非磁性材料制成一钮体,其具有一可装饰的前钮面,所说的前钮面为一突出的延伸平面,四周为低于前钮面表面的边缘部分,在所说的边缘部分设有用于固定磁钮的贯穿针孔,其背面为大体上平的背钮面,在所说的前钮面和背钮面之间内部设有一空腔;
步骤B:将磁铁以一定的磁极方向放入到所说的空腔中,再把铁盘放入以致于铁盘在磁铁的磁力吸引下与磁铁结合在一起且其垂直延伸边缘部分围住磁铁;
步骤C:将树脂胶注入到已装上磁铁和磁盘的钮体的空腔中,经固化使磁铁及铁盘完全密封在钮体内且结合成一体。
很显然,用本发明方法制成的磁钮,由于磁铁被非磁性材料包围并密封,所以可以防水且可水洗。另外,由于磁钮边缘部分设有贯穿的针孔,故而,可以与普通钮一样方便地应用于服装上。另外,本发明的磁钮在其强磁力作用下可以自动地相互吸引而结合,很适合于因天冷或其它原因无法解开钮扣的场合,对于不懂使用钮扣的儿童尤为合适。
以下,将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作更详细的叙述和说明。

参照图1和图2,本发明的磁钮1包括一钮体2,其具有一可装饰的前钮面3,所说的前钮面3为一突出的延伸平面,四周为低于前钮面3表面的边缘部分4,在所说的边缘部分4中设有用于固定磁钮的贯穿针孔5,其背面为一大体上平的背钮面6,在所说的前钮面3和背钮面6之间内部设有一空腔7并与外界隔绝;一磁铁8,其置于所说的钮体2的空腔7内且其两面分别为N极和S极;以及一铁盘9,其形状及尺寸与所说的磁铁8相配合,其边缘向一方向垂直延伸以致延伸边缘刚好包围住磁铁8,也即铁盘9置于所说的磁铁8的其中一表面上,延伸边缘的高度大致上与磁铁8的厚度相等。
所说的钮体2一般为圆形。但也可以根据服饰要求做成方形、椭圆、三角形等。也可以按各种要求在前钮面3上做出各种装饰安排。钮体由非磁性材料,如尼龙、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、树脂等,优先选择用尼龙、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、树脂制成。按照不同的要求和不同的材料,用通常的方法制作钮体。若采用聚氯乙烯作原料,则用模塑成形制成。钮体2的厚度D即前钮面与背钮面之间垂直距离为2.5~3.5毫米。所说的磁铁8采用强磁合金,如钕铁硼磁合金制成,其磁场强可高达1500高斯,与一般目前磁钮中所用的磁铁(磁场强度大约为500高斯)相比,约大三倍。另外,本发明采用的磁铁8,其厚度为1.0~1.5毫米,而一般磁钮中的磁铁为了增大吸力,即使厚度达到8毫米,也无法达到要求的磁力。经常采用的形状为圆形,其一面为N极,另一面为S极。
所说的磁盘9的采用,其目的在于与磁铁配合使磁力集中向钮面,即加强钮面的磁力,而另一方面使背钮面磁力减弱。铁盘9由铁片冲压成形,其厚度为0.5~0.6毫米。
本发明的磁钮1的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A:用非磁性材料制成一钮体2,参照图3,其具有一可装饰的前钮面3,所说的前钮面3为一突出的延伸平面,四周为低于前钮面表面的边缘部分4,在所说的边缘部分4设有用于固定磁钮的贯穿针孔5,其背面设有一空腔7;
步骤B:将磁铁8以一定的磁极方向放入到所说的钮体空腔7中;以S极贴近前钮面3放入形成的磁钮标以磁钮A1,而以N极贴近前钮面3放入形成的磁钮标以磁钮B1;然后把铁盘9放入以致于铁盘9在磁铁8的磁力吸引下与磁铁8结合在一起,其垂直延伸边缘部分围住磁铁8,参照图4;
步骤C:将树脂胶10注入到已装上磁铁8和铁盘9的钮体的空腔7中,经固化使磁铁8及铁盘9完全密封在钮体2内且结合成一体,参照图2。
由上述步骤制成的磁钮A1,B1可以分别缝制在服装上作为钮扣使用。参照图5,将本发明的磁钮A1缝制在外套的一排钮扣位上,而将本发明的磁钮B1缝制在外套的另一边对应于一排钮扣位的内侧上。由于磁钮A1和磁钮B1的极性相反,故而两者不但能够自动吸引结合,而且能够自动对正两钮的位置,不偏不歪,极其方便。当穿上使用本发明的磁钮的服装时,便可听到“啪、啪、啪”的声音,自动扣好钮扣。脱衣时也很方便,只要稍加分离即可分开。
在另一种情况,也可在衣服的一排上缝制本发明的磁钮,而另一排则缝制钮盖。其效果及使用方法同上所述。仅仅在磁力吸引上低于上述的磁钮。
参照图6和图7,所说的钮盖11由铁片冲压而成,再经电镀或烘漆等防锈处理。其外形可以与磁钮相配。一般为圆形,其四周边缘设有垂直延伸的围边12,紧靠所说的围边12的是环形槽13,再向内为与磁钮相互吸引的平面14,在环形槽13上设有用于固定的贯穿针孔15。
以上只是本发明的一个例子,而任何人员有可能在不脱离本发明的保护范围内对设计做出更改或者变动。但这些应当理解为仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种磁钮,其特征在于所说的磁钮(1)包括:
一钮体(2),其具有一可装饰的前钮面(3),所说的前钮面(3)为一突出的延伸平面,四周为低于前钮面(3)表面的边缘部分(4),在所说的边缘部分(4)设有用于固定磁钮(1)的贯穿针孔(5),其背面为一平的背钮面(6),在所说的前钮面(3)和背钮面(6)之间内部设有一空腔(7);
一磁铁(8),其置于所说的钮体(2)的空腔(7)内,其两面分别为N极和S极;以及
一铁盘(9),其形状及尺寸与所说的磁铁(8)相配合,其边缘向一方向垂直延伸以致延伸边缘刚好包围住磁铁(8),即铁盘(9)置于所说的磁铁(8)的其中一表面上,延伸边缘的高度与磁铁(8)的厚度相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁钮,其特征在于所说的钮体(2)由非磁性材料制成,选择用尼龙、聚氯乙烯、树脂材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁钮,其特征在于所说的磁铁(8)由钕铁硼强磁合金制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的磁钮,其特征在于所说的钮体(2)的厚度为2.5~3.5毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磁钮,其特征在于所说的磁铁(8)的厚度为1.0~1.5毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的磁钮,其特征在于所说的铁盘(9)的厚度为0.5~0.6毫米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的磁钮的制作方法,其特征在于所说的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A:用非磁性材料制成一钮体(2),其具有一可装饰的前钮面(3),所说的前钮面(3)为一突出的延伸平面,四周为低于前钮面(3)表面的边缘部分(4),在所说的边缘部分(4)设有用于固定磁钮(1)的贯穿针孔(5),其背面设有一空腔(7);
步骤B:将磁铁(8)以一定的磁极方向放入到所说的钮体空腔(7)中;然后把铁盘(9)放入以致于铁盘(9)在磁铁(8)的磁力吸引下与磁铁(8)结合在一起,其垂直延伸边缘部分围住磁铁(8);
步骤C:将树脂胶(10)注入到已装上磁铁(8)和铁盘(9)的钮体的空腔(7)中,经固化使磁铁(8)及铁盘(9)完全密封在钮体(2)内且结合成一体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的磁钮,其特征在于所说的钮体(2)选择用尼龙、聚氯乙烯、树脂材料制成;所说的钮体(2)的厚度为2.5~3.5毫米。
9.根据权利要求7所述的磁钮,其特征在于所说的磁铁(8)由钕铁硼强磁合金制成;所说的磁铁(8)的厚度为1.0~1.5毫米。
10.根据权利要求7所述的磁钮,其特征在于所说的铁盘(9)的厚度为0.5~0.6毫米。
