本发明涉及家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置,特别是涉及改进的家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置,该装置能够通过收集和分析用户的实际使用状态以及家用电器周围的环境,提供产品的设计参考数据,从而改进产品的可靠性。
在开发一种新的家用电器时,例如电冰箱,一般需要通过实验数据和经验数据确定其功能和规格。
因此,现有的家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置的缺点在于:因为在设计产品时没有考虑例如各地的温度、当地的电压范围等用户的实际使用环境因素,所以与使用环境相对应的产品性能和各个地区的用法是不能令人满意的。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置,该装置解决了现有家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置遇到的问题。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种改进的家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置,该装置能够通过收集和分析用户的实际使用状态和家用电器周围的环境,提供产品的设计参考数据,从而改进产品的可靠性。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置,包括:家用电器微计算机,用于控制各种家用电器的全部功能和用于检测用户实际家用电器的实际使用状态;其特征在于该装置还包括一个UPA微计算机,包括一个检测各种环境数据的检测单元;一个从所述检测单元接收数据并控制家用电器各种功能的UPA控制单元;以及一个接收并存储来自UPA控制单元的数据的EEPROM该UPA微计算机用于存储来自上述家用电器微计算机的实用状态数据以及来自检测单元的各种环境数据,并将所存储的这些数据传送到一个个人计算机中;所述个人计算机,用于接收和分析由所述UPA微计算机按照RS-232串行通信方法传送的数据。
图1是根据本发明使用计算机用于分析电冰箱实际使用数据的系统图。
图2是根据本发明的家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置的方框图。

在这个实施例中,选用家用电器中的电冰箱,以便说明怎样实现本发明的目的。
图2示出了根据本发明的家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置,该装置包括:电冰箱微计算机10,用于控制电冰箱的全部功能,并且用于接收电冰箱的用户的使用状态,例如键控操作、输入温度和开门的次数;UPA微计算机20,用于收集由电冰箱微计算机10输出的用户使用状态数据和电冰箱的各种周围环境数据,并且用于将数据存入存储器;和个人计算机(PC)30,用于接收和分析由UPA微计算机20按照RS-232通信方法输出的数据。
电冰箱微计算机10包括:用于检测键控操作的键检测部件11,用于检测外部温度的温度检测部件12,和电冰箱控制部件13,该部件用于控制电冰箱的各种功能,并且用于将键检测部件11和温度检测部件12的输出输送到UPA微计算机20。
UPA微计算机20包括:用于检测电冰箱周围环境数据的检测部件21,该部件检测例如湿度、电源故障、重新起动的次数、电功率/电压、噪声、脉冲等数据;UPA控制部件22,用于通过接收由检测部件21输出的检测数据控制各种功能;电可擦和可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)23,用于接收和存储由UPA控制部件22输出的数据;用于设定时间的时间设定部件24;发光二极管部件25,用于指示电冰箱微计算机10的电冰箱控制部件13和UPA控制部件22的工作状态;和后备电池26,用于保护UPA控制部件22和时间设定部件24的数据。
下面将参见附图说明根据本发明的家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置的工作。
首先,UPA微计算机20收集和存储由电冰箱微计算机10检测的用户环境数据和电冰箱的周围环境数据,当有来自PC30的任何请求时,按照RS-232串行通信方法传送存储的数据。
然后,PC30接收和分析传送的数据,并且判断电冰箱每种功能的使用状态、各种零件的实际使用寿命、电功率/电压的变化、各地的气侯、各种家庭的特性等等。
即如图3中所示,当系统接通时,UPA控制部件22初始化该系统,成为就绪状态,以便接收来自电冰箱微计算机10和PC30的某种信号。
同时如图4A中所示,当用户输入所需的功能键和所需的温度时,温度检测部件11检测电冰箱的温度,将某种信号输出到电冰箱控制部件13,键检测部件11检测键控输入,将某种信号输出到电冰箱控制部件13。电冰箱控制部件13按照输入的功能键和温度控制电冰箱,以每秒为单位计算时间,并且将功能键的输入和温度传送到UPA微计算机20。
然后如图4B中所示,UPA控制部件22接收由控制部件13每秒输出的使用状态数据,例如键控操作、输入温度、开门的次数等,并且接收电冰箱的检测周围环境数据,例如湿度、电源故障、重新起动的次数、电功率/电压、噪声、脉冲等,列出与上述接收的数据对应的表,分析PC30请求数据传送时要按照RS-232串行通信方法传送的数据,计算平均值,输出当前时间,以每个小时为单位存储对应的数据,然后返回到通信就绪状态。同时,时间设定部件24设定当前时间,并且将该时间通过UPA控制部件22传送到EEPROM23。
此外,当发生电源故障时,后备电池26就工作,UPA微计算机20恢复其工作状态,检测电源故障状态的时间,在电源故障期间数据处于运算中时,就存储数据一次。
然后,当有来自PC30的按照RS-232串行通信方法传送数据的请求时,UPA控制部件22通过时间设定部件24设定当前时间,将存储在EEPROM23中的数据和设定的时间传送
因此,PC30分析由UPA微计算机20传送的用户状态和电冰箱的周围环境数据,并且分析电冰箱每种功能的使用状态、各种零件的实际使用寿命、电功率/电压的变化、各地的气侯、各种家庭的特性等等。
此外,根据本发明的家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置并不局限于电冰箱。该装置还适用于各种类型的家用电器。
如上所述,根据本发明的家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置目的在于以每个小时为单位检测和分析用户的使用状态,例如键控操作、开门的次数、温度设定等,以及湿度、电源故障、重新起动的次数、电功率/电压、噪声、脉冲等,因此在开发具有新功能的新产品时,得到清楚的设计参考数据,提供用于电冰箱的每个零件的实际使用寿命,并且提供与不同地区和不同家庭的特性相对应的数据,以便能够对消费者提供可靠的产品。
虽然为了说明起见公开了本发明的优选实施例,但是本领域的技术人员将能够理解,无需脱离与说明书一起递交的权利要求中所述的本发明的保护范围和构思,就能够进行各种改进、添加和替换。

Claims (3)

1.家用电器实际使用状态信息收集和分析装置,包括:
家用电器微计算机,用于控制各种家用电器的全部功能和用于检测用户实际家用电器的实际使用状态;
其特征在于该装置还包括
一个UPA微计算机,包括一个检测各种环境数据的检测单元;一个从所述检测单元接收数据并控制家用电器各种功能的UPA控制单元;以及一个接收并存储来自UPA控制单元的数据的EEPROM;该UPA微计算机用于存储来自上述家用电器微计算机的实用状态数据以及来自检测单元的各种环境数据,并将所存储的这些数据传送到一个个人计算机中;
所述个人计算机,用于接收和分析由所述UPA微计算机按照RS-232串行通信方法传送的数据。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于所述家用电器微计算机包括:
键检测部件,用于检测键控操作;
温度检测部件,用于检测外部温度;
家用电器控制部件,用于控制家用电器的各种功能和用于将所述键检测部件和所述温度检测部件的输入信息输出到所述UPA微计算机。
3.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于所述UPA微计算机还包括:
时间设定部件,用于设定当前时间;
发光二极管(LED)部件,用于指示家用电器控制部件和UPA控制部件的工作状态;和
后备电池,用于保护电源故障期间UPA控制部件的数据和时间设定部件的数据。
