一种智能的配电房在线监测系统包括监控主机和特高频传感器,所述监控主机包括壳体、面盖、单片机主板和显示屏,所述单片机主板括CPU处理器、数据采集模块、数据存储模块、数据通信传输模块、USB数据交换接口、温度探头、湿度探头,所述数据通信传输模块上设有4G无线网络接口、LAN网络接口和光纤通信接口;所述特高频传感器、温度探头和湿度探头别与数据采集模块电连接;特高频传感器检测局部放电激发的电磁波信号,温度探头探测配电房内的室内温度,湿度探头探测配电房内的室内湿度,电磁波、温度和湿度的数据经CPU处理器、数据通信传输模块发送到互联网上的数据库服务。实现了配电房的设备运行状况在线监测,进行智能化管理。

本实用新型涉及配电房内用的高压电力设备运行故障在线监测的技术领域。
背景技术
电力配网开关柜是配电房中的重要设备,数量庞大,在长期运行中,由于各种客观原因如设备老化、温度湿度大幅度变化都会造成配网开关柜在安装和投运后的过程中出现各类故障,从而对电网的可靠运行带来了隐患。为了能够及时发现问题,同时要在不影响设备的正常运行带电检测手段应运而生;但仅依靠人工进行带电巡检,其工作量大,且人工成本高,也不能对异常情况及重要设备进行实时监测,导致检测效率低,工作量大。
本实用新型的目的:为了解决上述问题,提供一种智能的配电房在线监测系统,它具有实时监测电力设备运行状况和采集配电房内的温度、湿度数据,收集开关柜内发生高压局部放电的故障数据,实现智能管理电力设备,及时发出故障预警报告。

本实用新型是这样实现的:一种智能的配电房在线监测系统包括安装在配电房内的监控主机和特高频传感器,所述特高频传感器固定连接在监控主机的外壳上并通过UHF数据线与监控主机上的UHF输入端口相连接;

本实用新型提供一种智能的配电房在线监测系统,由于采用这样的系统结构设计,通过特高频传感器、温度探头和湿度探头实时采集配电房内的相应信息经CPU处理器运算处理成数据后进行储存,再经数据通信传输模块发送到数据库服务器上,APP用户端或者PC用户端通过Internet互联网访问至监控主机系统内读取数据或者是通过IE浏览数据库服务器,实现了配电房的设备运行状况在线监测,进行智能化管理。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作详细描述,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1、图2所示,一种智能的配电房在线监测系统,它包括安装在配电房内的监控主机1和特高频传感器2,所述特高频传感器2固定连接在监控主机1的外壳上并通过UHF数据线与监控主机上的UHF输入端口相连接;
如图3、图4所示,所述监控主机1包括壳体11、面盖12、内置在壳体的单片机主板13和安装在面盖上的显示屏14,所述单片机主板13包括 CPU处理器131、数据采集模块132、数据存储模块133、数据通信传输模块134、USB数据交换接口135、温度探头136、湿度探头137,所述数据通信传输模块134设有4G无线网络接口31、LAN网络接口32和光纤通信接口33。
所述特高频传感器2、温度探头136和湿度探头137分别与数据采集模块132电连接,
特高频传感器2负责实时检测电力配网开关柜内发生局部放电激发的电磁波信号并把信号传送给数据采集模块132,数据采集模块132把信号转变成数字信息发送给CPU处理器;
所述温度探头136负责实时探测配电房内的室内温度并把信号传送给数据采集模块132,数据采集模块132把信号转变成数字信息发送给CPU处理器;
所述温度探头137负责实时探测配电房内的室内湿度并把信号传送给数据采集模块132,数据采集模块132把信号转变成数字信息发送给CPU处理器;
所述CPU处理器将数据采集模块132发送过来的数字信息按照程序设定进行运算处理成数据,并把该数据发送给数据存储模块133进行储存和发送给数据通信传输模块134,数据通信传输模块134通过4G无线网络接口、LAN网络接口或光纤通信接口把数据传送到互联网上的数据库服务器进行储存。
APP端用户端通过Internet互联网直接访问到监控主机的嵌入操作系统中,操作APP软件可配置监控主机的参数,如频段选择、报警阈值、数据上传时间间隔、同步类型等数值。
PC端用户端通过Internet互联网访问数据中心的WEB服务器,打开 IE网络浏览器,输入IP地址或对应的网址,在网站页面输入正确用户名及密码后进入监控界面,监控界面提供实时数据监控及历史数据查看,可查看数据类型有放电幅值、频率特性、放电次数、PRPD、PRPS图谱等。
监控主机1的数据通信传输方式实现多样化选择,当近距离时可选择 LAN网络接口上传数据至数据库服务器上;当距离不超过20公里时可选择光纤通信接口通过光纤线缆上传数据数据库服务器上;当可配电房位于偏僻山区时可选择4G无线网络接口传输数据。且在通信不畅或暂时无通信条件的情况下还可以将数据存储在本机内,数据存储空间有64GB容量,可外置数据存储卡。
