Abstract
本发明公开了一种相机多角度调节环绕机构,包含载板、转动杆、升降部件和相机;所述载板上设置有轴承和驱动支架,轴承上设置有转轴,驱动支架上设置有减速电机,减速电机带动转轴转动;所述转动杆的中部与轴承上的转轴连接,转动杆的一端设置有调节电机和相机座,另一端设置有配重部件;所述相机铰接在相机座上,调节电机与相机的铰接轴配合;所述升降部件与载板配合;升降部件可带动整体升降,载板上的减速电机可带动转动杆转动,使相机可以跟随产品做圆周运动,调节电机还可以带动相机绕相机座在一定范围内摆动;实现了相机多角度调节的功能,可用于多种自动化的生产设备中;且整体结构简单,便于后期维护可拆换。

本发明涉及一种相机多角度调节环绕机构。
背景技术
拍摄相机现在越来越多地应用在工业生产的自动化设备当中,用于实现自动化加工系统的拍照对位、加工监控、移位控制等功能;而由于一些自动化设备的加工工位和工艺顺序的多样性,以及工件多面加工的需要等问题,使得拍摄相机需要具有多角度调节功能,现有的设备中,其拍摄相机一般仅具有升降或横移等简单的移动功能,不能满足多角度调节的需要。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种相机多角度调节环绕机构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种相机多角度调节环绕机构,包含载板、转动杆、升降部件和相机;所述载板上设置有轴承和驱动支架,轴承上设置有转轴,驱动支架上设置有减速电机,减速电机带动转轴转动;所述转动杆的中部与轴承上的转轴连接,转动杆的一端设置有调节电机和相机座,另一端设置有配重部件;所述相机铰接在相机座上,调节电机与相机的铰接轴配合;所述升降部件与载板配合,带动载板升降。
优选的,所述转动杆与轴承上的转轴相互垂直。
优选的,所述升降部件包括相配合的油缸和导杆。

本发明的相机多角度调节环绕机构,通过载板、转动杆和升降部件相互配合,升降部件可带动整体升降,载板上的减速电机可带动转动杆转动,使相机可以跟随产品做圆周运动,调节电机还可以带动相机绕相机座在一定范围内摆动;实现了相机多角度调节的功能,可用于多种自动化的生产设备中;且整体结构简单,便于后期维护可拆换。

如附图1所示,本发明所述的一种相机多角度调节环绕机构,包含载板1、转动杆2、升降部件3和相机4;所述载板1上设置有轴承5和驱动支架6,轴承5上设置有转轴,驱动支架6上设置有减速电机7,减速电机7通过齿轮机构带动转轴转动;所述转动杆2的中部与轴承5上的转轴连接,转动杆2的一端设置有调节电机8和相机座9,另一端设置有配重部件10;所述相机4铰接在相机座9上,调节电机8通过齿轮机构与相机4的铰接轴配合;所述升降部件3倒置,并与载板1的上表面配合,带动载板1升降,以节省空间,升降部件3包括相配合的油缸和导杆,导杆部件未示出,油缸和导杆分设在轴承5的两侧,以保证升降平衡。
其中,所述载板1和转动杆2均沿水平方向设置,升降部件3和轴承5的转轴均沿竖直方向设置,相机4的铰接轴与转动杆2相互垂直,可以实现相机4的多角度调节。

1.一种相机多角度调节环绕机构,其特征在于:包含载板(1)、转动杆(2)、升降部件(3)和相机(4);所述载板(1)上设置有轴承(5)和驱动支架(6),轴承(5)上设置有转轴,驱动支架(6)上设置有减速电机(7),减速电机(7)带动转轴转动;所述转动杆(2)的中部与轴承(5)上的转轴连接,转动杆(2)的一端设置有调节电机(8)和相机座(9),另一端设置有配重部件(10);所述相机(4)铰接在相机座(9)上,调节电机(8)与相机(4)的铰接轴配合;所述升降部件(3)与载板(1)配合,带动载板(1)升降。
2.根据权利要求1所述的相机多角度调节环绕机构,其特征在于:所述转动杆(2)与轴承(5)上的转轴相互垂直。
