Abstract
本发明公开了一种公路划线反光材料,包括粘接层、纤维布层、三角体晶体和玻璃微珠层,所述纤维布层的下端面通过所述粘接层粘贴于路面,所述三角体晶体均匀粘贴于所述纤维布层的上表面,所述玻璃微珠层粘覆于所述三角体晶体的上表面。本发明采用特制的粘接层粘接纤维布层,不仅粘接牢固,而且耐候性佳,抗氧化,防止脱落,提高使用寿命,纤维布层上粘接三角体晶体,从而能够良好的提高反光效果,再配合凝固的玻璃微珠层,进一步提高反光效果,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种道路施工材料,尤其涉及一种公路划线反光材料。
背景技术
反光材料,也称逆反射材料,回复反射材料,广泛应用于交通标志标线、突起路标、轮廓标识、交通锥、防撞筒等各种道路交通安全设施,以及汽车号牌、衣物鞋帽、消防、铁路、水运、矿区等,可分为交通标志反光材料、道路标线反光材料、突起路标、轮廓标、衣物用反光材料等。在公路上都需要喷涂反光材料,在夜间才能够引导行车的方向,保证行车安全,但现有技术中,反光材料很容易脱落,而且反光效果不佳,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种公路划线反光材料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括粘接层、纤维布层、三角体晶体和玻璃微珠层,所述纤维布层的下端面通过所述粘接层粘贴于路面,所述三角体晶体均匀粘贴于所述纤维布层的上表面,所述玻璃微珠层粘覆于所述三角体晶体的上表面。
进一步,所述粘接层由聚甲基丙烯酸乳液、非晶态a-烯烃共聚物、蜡乳液、氯化钠、硅酸盐水泥、丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇丁醚、沥青、聚氨酯树脂、石英砂、纳米碳酸钙、聚铣按、滑石粉、聚乙烯醇、煅烧高岭土粉制成。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述聚甲基丙烯酸乳液25%、所述非晶态a-烯烃共聚物1%、所述蜡乳液15%、所述氯化钠2%、所述硅酸盐水泥15%、所述丙烯酸酯5%、所述二丙二醇丁醚2%、所述沥青18%、所述聚氨酯树脂5%、所述石英砂2%、所述纳米碳酸钙5%、所述聚铣按1%、所述滑石粉2%、所述聚乙烯醇1%、所述煅烧高岭土粉1%。
具体地,所述玻璃微珠层采用环氧树脂、固化剂和玻璃微珠混合后固化而成。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种公路划线反光材料,与现有技术相比,本发明采用特制的粘接层粘接纤维布层,不仅粘接牢固,而且耐候性佳,抗氧化,防止脱落,提高使用寿命,纤维布层上粘接三角体晶体,从而能够良好的提高反光效果,再配合凝固的玻璃微珠层,进一步提高反光效果,具有推广应用的价值。

进一步,所述粘接层由聚甲基丙烯酸乳液、非晶态a-烯烃共聚物、蜡乳液、氯化钠、硅酸盐水泥、丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇丁醚、沥青、聚氨酯树脂、石英砂、纳米碳酸钙、聚铣按、滑石粉、聚乙烯醇、煅烧高岭土粉制成。

1.一种公路划线反光材料,其特征在于:包括粘接层、纤维布层、三角体晶体和玻璃微珠层,所述纤维布层的下端面通过所述粘接层粘贴于路面,所述三角体晶体均匀粘贴于所述纤维布层的上表面,所述玻璃微珠层粘覆于所述三角体晶体的上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的公路划线反光材料,其特征在于:所述粘接层由聚甲基丙烯酸乳液、非晶态a-烯烃共聚物、蜡乳液、氯化钠、硅酸盐水泥、丙烯酸酯、二丙二醇丁醚、沥青、聚氨酯树脂、石英砂、纳米碳酸钙、聚铣按、滑石粉、聚乙烯醇、煅烧高岭土粉制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的公路划线反光材料,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述聚甲基丙烯酸乳液25%、所述非晶态a-烯烃共聚物1%、所述蜡乳液15%、所述氯化钠2%、所述硅酸盐水泥15%、所述丙烯酸酯5%、所述二丙二醇丁醚2%、所述沥青18%、所述聚氨酯树脂5%、所述石英砂2%、所述纳米碳酸钙5%、所述聚铣按1%、所述滑石粉2%、所述聚乙烯醇1%、所述煅烧高岭土粉1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的公路划线反光材料,其特征在于:所述玻璃微珠层采用环氧树脂、固化剂和玻璃微珠混合后固化而成。
