本发明公开了一种新型分散印花糊料,各组分按重量份为:羧甲基纤维素钠20‑30份、无水硫酸钠5‑35份、醚化交联淀粉50‑70份、无水乙醇5‑15份、六偏磷酸钠1‑3份、过氧化氢0.5‑1份。本发明所制得的印花糊料,得色量高,渗透性好,分散性能好,能使染料均匀的分散并固定在织物上而不渗化,使得印染花纹轮廓清晰,色泽鲜艳,色牢度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型分散印花糊料,属于印染化工领域。
背景技术
印花糊料是指在色浆中能起增稠作用的高分子化合物,能溶解于水中形成具有一定粘度的胶体溶液。印花糊料是印花色浆的主组分,它决定着印花运转性能,染料的表面给色量、花纹轮廓的光洁度等。
在本领域现有技术中,普通分散染料存在固色率低、染色牢度差,有粘色严重、高效皂洗、工艺流程长等问题,为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种脱糊性能好,具有良好的化学稳定性,印染花纹轮廓清晰,色泽鲜艳,色泽鲜艳的新型分散印花糊料,以解决上述技术问题的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种粘度适中的分散印花糊料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来具体实施:
一种新型分散印花糊料,各组分由以下按重量份原材料制成:羧甲基纤维素钠20-30份、无水硫酸钠5-35份、醚化交联淀粉50-70份、无水乙醇5-15份、六偏磷酸钠1-3份、过氧化氢 0.5-1份。
上述新型分散印花糊料,根据本发明各组分按重量份优选为:羧甲基纤维素钠30份、无水硫酸钠35份、醚化交联淀粉70份、无水乙醇15份、六偏磷酸钠 3份、过氧化氢 1份。
或者:羧甲基纤维素钠20份、无水硫酸钠30份、醚化交联淀粉60份、无水乙醇10份、六偏磷酸钠 2份、过氧化氢 0.5份。
或者
羧甲基纤维素钠25份、无水硫酸钠25份、醚化交联淀粉50份、无水乙醇5份、六偏磷酸钠1份、过氧化氢 0.5份。
本发明的有益效果:
(1) 本发明使用的醚化交联淀粉,可溶水,溶于一些与水混融的溶剂,如乙醇,是良好的增稠剂,在冷水中易化开,在热水或冷水中能分散形成粘稠液。交联化学键的强度远高于氢键,增强颗粒结构的强度,抑制颗粒膨胀、破裂和粘度下降。随交联程度增加,淀粉分子间交联化学键数量增加。约100个AGU(脱水葡萄糖单元),有一个交联键时,则交联完全抑制颗粒在沸水中膨胀,不糊化。 交联淀粉的许多性能优于普通淀粉,首先交联淀粉提高了糊化温度和粘度,抗剪切力比淀粉糊稳定程度有很大提高,淀粉糊粘度受剪切力影响降低很多,而经低度交联便能提高稳定性,交联淀粉的抗酸、碱的稳定性也大大优于淀粉。醚化交联淀粉原料为芋头淀粉,来源广,价格低,相容性稳定性高,渗透性好,能显著提高印花鲜艳度。醚化交联淀粉对比低粘度醚化淀粉(低粘度羟烷基醚化淀粉或低粘度羧甲基醚化淀粉),具有稳定性高,渗透性好,能显著提高印花鲜艳度的作用,经实践证明,醚化交联淀粉性能优于低粘度醚化淀粉(低粘度羟烷基醚化淀粉或低粘度羧甲基醚化淀粉)。其糊化温度和粘度,抗剪切力优于酸化、酶化、酯化、预糊化淀粉和低粘度醚化淀粉。
(2) 能激活染料中的活性集团、着色率高的无水硫酸钠;
(3) 能使染料均匀的分散并固定在织物上而不渗化,使得印染花纹轮
廓清晰,色泽鲜艳,色泽鲜艳。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型分散印花糊料,由以下按重量份原材料制成::羧甲基纤维素钠30份、无水硫酸钠35份、醚化交联淀粉70份、无水乙醇15份、六偏磷酸钠 3份、过氧化氢 1份。
经检测,本发明制备的印花糊料渗透率达到38%以上,印花粘度指数为0.579,成糊率达到10.2%,脱糊率为94%。
实施例2:
一种新型分散印花糊料,由以下按重量份原材料制成::羧甲基纤维素钠20份、无水硫酸钠30份、醚化交联淀粉60份、无水乙醇10份、六偏磷酸钠 2份、过氧化氢 0.5份。
经检测,本发明制备的印花糊料渗透率达到37%,印花粘度指数为0.553,成糊率达到12.2%,脱糊率为96%。
实施例3:
一种新型分散印花糊料,由以下按重量份原材料制成:羧甲基纤维素钠25份、无水硫酸钠25份、醚化交联淀粉50份、无水乙醇5份、六偏磷酸钠1份、过氧化氢 0.5份。
经检测,本发明制备的印花糊料渗透率达到37%以上,印花粘度指数为0.579,成糊率达到10.1%,脱糊率为90%。
上述说明并非对本发明实例的限制,本发明也不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也属于本发明保护的范围。
对比试验:
本发明在各组份的重量份的对比试验中,应用磷酸酯淀粉代替醚化交联淀粉来对比技术效果。
对比实验的对照组由以下按重量份原材料制成:
羧甲基纤维素钠20份、无水硫酸钠30份、磷酸酯淀粉60份、无水乙醇10份、六偏磷酸钠2份、过氧化氢 0.5份来对比技术效果。
经检测,用此重量份的制备的印花糊料渗透率达不到37%,印花粘度指数为0.49,成糊率达到9.1%,脱糊率为86%,明显低于实施例1-3的技术水平。

1.一种新型分散印花糊料,其特征在于:所述新型分散印花糊料由以下重量份原材料制成:羧甲基纤维素钠20-30份、无水硫酸钠5-35份、醚化交联淀粉50-70份、无水乙醇5-15份、六偏磷酸钠1-3份、过氧化氢 0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型分散印花糊料,其特征在于:所述新型分散印花糊料由以下重量份原材料制成:羧甲基纤维素钠30份、无水硫酸钠35份、醚化交联淀粉70份、无水乙醇15份、六偏磷酸钠 3份、过氧化氢 1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型分散印花糊料,其特征在于:所述新型分散印花糊料由以下重量份原材料制成:羧甲基纤维素钠20份、无水硫酸钠30份、醚化交联淀粉60份、无水乙醇10份、六偏磷酸钠 2份、过氧化氢 0.5份。
