背景技术
棉线是用棉花纤维搓纺而成的线。
现在的棉线我发现有好多,有各种各样的名字,但是不外乎全棉的,晴棉的(也就是混纺的)全晴的和人造棉的。棉线是用棉花纤维搓纺而成的线。装订用棉线有上光与不上光两种,包装形式有直轴型、塔轴型两种。塔轴型多用于锁线加工,其规格根据专业标准有以下几种:42支纱4股和6股,60支纱4股和6股的白色蜡光塔线,其型号分别为S424,S426、S604、S606,也可记作42S/4、42S/6、60S/4、60S/6,其中S表示支纱,斜线下的数字表示股数装订用棉线有上光与不上光两种,包装形式有直轴型、塔轴型两种。塔轴型多用于锁线加工,其规格根据专业标准有以下几种:42支纱4股和6股,60支纱4股和6股的白色蜡光塔线,其型号分别为S424,S426、S604、S606,也可记作42S/4、42S/6、60S/4、60S/6,其中S表示支纱,斜线下的数字表示股数。
常温下,在一杯清水中不断加入食盐,并用筷子不停地搅拌,直到食盐不再溶解为止。将一根棉线放入配制好的浓盐水里浸泡一下,拿出来放在桌上晾干。将晾干后的用手提起,点燃一根火柴去烧棉线。这时,你会发现,棉线从下端一直燃烧到上端,但烧过后的线灰仍象一根线一样没有被烧断。为了方便比较,我们再来烧一根没有浸过盐水的普通棉线,结果,烧完的棉线没有留存下线灰。
而现在有的棉线一般都不能在较热的环境中进行使用,容易出现毛刺、断裂的问题,一般都是增加其直径来解决,但是成本会增加而且效果并不是非常的好,这样就带来了许多的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、操作方便、耐热、拉伸性能良好的一种提高棉线耐热性能的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种提高棉线耐热性能的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤,
步骤一、选取材料:选取已经制备好的棉线,然后放在清水中浸泡25-35分钟,然后放在干燥、温度为50-60℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失;
步骤二、初次浸泡:将静置后的棉线取出然后放入一份浸泡液中浸泡2-3个小时;
步骤三、混合材料:将浸泡后的棉线放入设备中,且加入混合料然后震荡混合30-45分钟;由于材料上有液体,从而具有一定的吸附效果;
步骤四、进行除杂:将混合后的材料放置在振动筛网上进行震荡筛选,将多余的料震荡除去;
步骤五、再次浸泡:将震荡后的材料放入另一份浸泡液中浸泡2-3个小时;
步骤六、进行除液:将浸泡后的材料放入干燥、温度为65-75℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失;
所述浸泡液包括以下重量份的材料制成,
羟基丙烯酸树脂19-25份、六亚甲基四胺4-9份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-5份、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-6份、淀粉浆糊3-8份、聚苯并咪唑4-9份、氧化锆粉末4-9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-6份、生物助剂6-10份;
制备方式:将上述的材料依次置于反应釜中混合均匀,升温至220-260℃,保温搅拌1~2h,得到混合料静置备用;然后加入重量份30份的去离子水且降温到100-120℃,混合搅拌至形成流动性好的浆体;
所述生物助剂包括以下重量份的材料制成,
狗脊1份、仙茅2份、杜仲3份、白花蛇舌草4份、凤尾草5份、青皮6份、刀豆7份、香附子1份、雷公藤2份、桑寄生3份、地肤子4份、荔枝核5份;
制备方式为:制备方式为:将上述的材料放在85-95℃的烘干设备中平铺,然后烘干4-5个小时,然后放入研磨设备中研磨成粉末状即可;
所述混合料包括以下重量份的材料制成,
聚乙烯树脂19-25份、改性活性炭粉5-11份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵5-10份、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠2-8份、亚磷酸三苯酯1-4份、丙烯酸乙酯1-4份、硅丙乳液1-6份、去离子水25-30份;
制备方式:将上述的材料放入反应釜中,然后升温至170-200℃,保温搅拌1~2h,得到混合浆料;然后将浆料压入三辊机中,研磨至粒径小于20μm,装罐即可;
所述改性活性炭粉的制备方式为:将活性炭研磨且过300-400目筛,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚在常温下搅拌混合10min,然后升温至80-85℃保温研磨30min,再加水搅拌制成固含量达到25-35%的溶液,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中干燥,制得20-40目的球形颗粒,并于100-110℃下烘干;
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与活性炭的质量比为1:4.1;
所述棉线为人造棉或者混纺棉中的一种。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的产品适用于工业生产,不适用于服装、家装产品的生产,而使用的混合料、浸泡液不是常规的产品,且也可以与其他的原料混合使用,而且产品的耐磨、耐热的性能都非常的好,而且非常的紧致,保证在持续拉拽的过程中不会出现断裂,而且产品的拉伸性能、韧性都性能非常的好,并且使用的生物助剂不仅能够起到中和毒素的效果,还能够增加产品的韧性以及耐压、耐磨的性能,产品能够用于多种基体材质上,产品功能广,而且物耗少、成本低、无毒无副反应,可加工性能好、成型容易。

一种提高棉线耐热性能的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤,
步骤一、选取材料:选取已经制备好的棉线,然后放在清水中浸泡25分钟,然后放在干燥、温度为50℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失;
步骤二、初次浸泡:将静置后的棉线取出然后放入一份浸泡液中浸泡2个小时;
步骤三、混合材料:将浸泡后的棉线放入设备中,且加入混合料然后震荡混合30分钟;由于材料上有液体,从而具有一定的吸附效果;
步骤四、进行除杂:将混合后的材料放置在振动筛网上进行震荡筛选,将多余的料震荡除去;
步骤五、再次浸泡:将震荡后的材料放入另一份浸泡液中浸泡2个小时;
步骤六、进行除液:将浸泡后的材料放入干燥、温度为65℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失;
所述浸泡液包括以下重量份的材料制成,
羟基丙烯酸树脂19-25份、六亚甲基四胺4-9份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-5份、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-6份、淀粉浆糊3-8份、聚苯并咪唑4-9份、氧化锆粉末4-9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-6份、生物助剂6-10份;
制备方式:将上述的材料依次置于反应釜中混合均匀,升温至220-260℃,保温搅拌1~2h,得到混合料静置备用;然后加入重量份30份的去离子水且降温到100-120℃,混合搅拌至形成流动性好的浆体;
所述生物助剂包括以下重量份的材料制成,
狗脊1份、仙茅2份、杜仲3份、白花蛇舌草4份、凤尾草5份、青皮6份、刀豆7份、香附子1份、雷公藤2份、桑寄生3份、地肤子4份、荔枝核5份;
制备方式为:制备方式为:将上述的材料放在85-95℃的烘干设备中平铺,然后烘干4-5个小时,然后放入研磨设备中研磨成粉末状即可;
所述混合料包括以下重量份的材料制成,
聚乙烯树脂19-25份、改性活性炭粉5-11份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵5-10份、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠2-8份、亚磷酸三苯酯1-4份、丙烯酸乙酯1-4份、硅丙乳液1-6份、去离子水25-30份;
制备方式:将上述的材料放入反应釜中,然后升温至170-200℃,保温搅拌1~2h,得到混合浆料;然后将浆料压入三辊机中,研磨至粒径小于20μm,装罐即可;
所述改性活性炭粉的制备方式为:将活性炭研磨且过300-400目筛,然后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚在常温下搅拌混合10min,然后升温至80-85℃保温研磨30min,再加水搅拌制成固含量达到25-35%的溶液,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中干燥,制得20-40目的球形颗粒,并于100-110℃下烘干;
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与活性炭的质量比为1:4.1;
所述棉线为人造棉或者混纺棉中的一种。
实施例2
一种提高棉线耐热性能的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤,
步骤一、选取材料:选取已经制备好的棉线,然后放在清水中浸泡35分钟,然后放在干燥、温度为60℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失;
步骤二、初次浸泡:将静置后的棉线取出然后放入一份浸泡液中浸泡3个小时;
步骤三、混合材料:将浸泡后的棉线放入设备中,且加入混合料然后震荡混合45分钟;由于材料上有液体,从而具有一定的吸附效果;
步骤四、进行除杂:将混合后的材料放置在振动筛网上进行震荡筛选,将多余的料震荡除去;
步骤五、再次浸泡:将震荡后的材料放入另一份浸泡液中浸泡3个小时;
步骤六、进行除液:将浸泡后的材料放入干燥、温度为75℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失;
所述浸泡液包括以下重量份的材料制成,
羟基丙烯酸树脂19-25份、六亚甲基四胺4-9份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-5份、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-6份、淀粉浆糊3-8份、聚苯并咪唑4-9份、氧化锆粉末4-9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-6份、生物助剂6-10份;

步骤三、混合材料:将浸泡后的棉线放入设备中,且加入混合料然后震荡混合38分钟;由于材料上有液体,从而具有一定的吸附效果;
步骤四、进行除杂:将混合后的材料放置在振动筛网上进行震荡筛选,将多余的料震荡除去;
步骤五、再次浸泡:将震荡后的材料放入另一份浸泡液中浸泡2.5个小时;
步骤六、进行除液:将浸泡后的材料放入干燥、温度为68℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失;
所述浸泡液包括以下重量份的材料制成,
羟基丙烯酸树脂19-25份、六亚甲基四胺4-9份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-5份、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-6份、淀粉浆糊3-8份、聚苯并咪唑4-9份、氧化锆粉末4-9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-6份、生物助剂6-10份;

所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与活性炭的质量比为1:4.1;
所述棉线为人造棉或者混纺棉中的一种。

1.一种提高棉线耐热性能的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤,
步骤一、选取材料:选取已经制备好的棉线,然后放在清水中浸泡25-35分钟,然后放在干燥、温度为50-60℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失;
步骤二、初次浸泡:将静置后的棉线取出然后放入一份浸泡液中浸泡2-3个小时;
步骤三、混合材料:将浸泡后的棉线放入设备中,且加入混合料然后震荡混合30-45分钟;由于材料上有液体,从而具有一定的吸附效果;
步骤四、进行除杂:将混合后的材料放置在振动筛网上进行震荡筛选,将多余的料震荡除去;
步骤五、再次浸泡:将震荡后的材料放入另一份浸泡液中浸泡2-3个小时;
步骤六、进行除液:将浸泡后的材料放入干燥、温度为65-75℃的房间中静置,直至水分消失。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高棉线耐热性能的制备方法,其特征在于:所述浸泡液包括以下重量份的材料制成,
羟基丙烯酸树脂19-25份、六亚甲基四胺4-9份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-5份、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-6份、淀粉浆糊3-8份、聚苯并咪唑4-9份、氧化锆粉末4-9份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-6份、生物助剂6-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高棉线耐热性能的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合料包括以下重量份的材料制成,
聚乙烯树脂19-25份、改性活性炭粉5-11份、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵5-10份、丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠2-8份、亚磷酸三苯酯1-4份、丙烯酸乙酯1-4份、硅丙乳液1-6份、去离子水25-30份。
