Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,本发明首先将乙炔炭黑采用油酸二乙醇酰胺的碳酸二甲酯溶液分散,之后将硬脂酸、三乙醇胺在催化剂作用下酯化,再将得到的酯胺分散到酰胺溶液中,通过酯胺与碳酸二甲酯的反应,得到含有季铵盐的抗静电溶液,不仅有效的提高了抗静电效果,而且改善了乙炔炭黑的表面活性,从而增强了乙炔炭黑在聚丙烯基体间的分散相容性,提高了成品涂料的均匀稳定性,通过该反应,提高了成品涂料的抑菌、抗黄变等性能,从而能够增强成品的品质。

技术领域
本发明属于抗静电粉末涂料领域,具体涉及一种抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
抗静电是导静电涂料的名称,有抗静电涂料和防静电涂料,以国家制订的一系列标准,采用导静电涂料,从工业建筑及设备设计采用导静电涂料,从涂料的功能分析,涂料能在10-2秒的短时间内,导泄静电压积蓄,避免产生放电引起火警或破坏电子元器件的事故,而静电的产生与积蓄是自然界客观存在,没有抵抗的的技能,用于织物的没有测定过导泄的理论的防静电剂产品,能防止服装在穿着过程中静电的积累;
表面静电积累而导致的局部放电往往会造成重大损失,因此,提供一种高性能的抗静电涂料是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取2-4重量份的异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯、16-20重量份的乙炔炭黑混合,加入到混合料重量10-13倍的碳酸二甲酯中,超声1-2小时,升高温度为70-75℃,加入0.4-1重量份的油酸二乙醇酰胺,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得酰胺分散液;
(2)将10-14重量份的硬脂酸加热软化,与8-9重量份的三乙醇胺混合,送入到反应釜中,加入混合料重量1-3%的对甲基苯磺酸,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为165-180℃,搅拌反应5-6小时,得酯胺;
(3)取上述酯胺,加入到上述酰胺分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为50-60℃,反应37-40小时,出料冷却,得抗静电溶液;
(4)取110-140重量份的高密度聚丙烯,加入到上述抗静电溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入2-4重量份的硬脂酸钙、0.8-1重量份的三硬脂酸甘油酯,搅拌均匀,在80-95℃下旋蒸2-3小时,得抗静电聚合物基体;
(5)将上述抗静电聚合物基体送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出,冷却,造粒,过筛,即得。
本发明的优点:
本发明首先将乙炔炭黑采用油酸二乙醇酰胺的碳酸二甲酯溶液分散,之后将硬脂酸、三乙醇胺在催化剂作用下酯化,再将得到的酯胺分散到酰胺溶液中,通过酯胺与碳酸二甲酯的反应,得到含有季铵盐的抗静电溶液,通过该反应,不仅有效的提高了抗静电效果,而且改善了乙炔炭黑的表面活性,从而增强了乙炔炭黑在聚丙烯基体间的分散相容性,提高了成品涂料的均匀稳定性,通过该反应,提高了成品涂料的抑菌、抗黄变等性能,从而能够增强成品的品质。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取2重量份的异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯、16重量份的乙炔炭黑混合,加入到混合料重量10倍的碳酸二甲酯中,超声1小时,升高温度为70℃,加入0.4重量份的油酸二乙醇酰胺,保温搅拌20分钟,得酰胺分散液;
(2)将10重量份的硬脂酸加热软化,与8重量份的三乙醇胺混合,送入到反应釜中,加入混合料重量1%的对甲基苯磺酸,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为165℃,搅拌反应5小时,得酯胺;
(3)取上述酯胺,加入到上述酰胺分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为50℃,反应37小时,出料冷却,得抗静电溶液;
(4)取110重量份的高密度聚丙烯,加入到上述抗静电溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入2重量份的硬脂酸钙、0.8重量份的三硬脂酸甘油酯,搅拌均匀,在80℃下旋蒸2小时,得抗静电聚合物基体;
(5)将上述抗静电聚合物基体送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出,冷却,造粒,过筛,即得。
实施例2
一种抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取4重量份的异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯、20重量份的乙炔炭黑混合,加入到混合料重量13倍的碳酸二甲酯中,超声2小时,升高温度为75℃,加入1重量份的油酸二乙醇酰胺,保温搅拌30分钟,得酰胺分散液;
(2)将14重量份的硬脂酸加热软化,与9重量份的三乙醇胺混合,送入到反应釜中,加入混合料重量3%的对甲基苯磺酸,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为180℃,搅拌反应6小时,得酯胺;
(3)取上述酯胺,加入到上述酰胺分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为60℃,反应40小时,出料冷却,得抗静电溶液;
(4)取140重量份的高密度聚丙烯,加入到上述抗静电溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入4重量份的硬脂酸钙、1重量份的三硬脂酸甘油酯,搅拌均匀,在95℃下旋蒸3小时,得抗静电聚合物基体;
(5)将上述抗静电聚合物基体送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出,冷却,造粒,过筛,即得。
性能测试:

1.一种抗静电粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取2-4重量份的异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯、16-20重量份的乙炔炭黑混合,加入到混合料重量10-13倍的碳酸二甲酯中,超声1-2小时,升高温度为70-75℃,加入0.4-1重量份的油酸二乙醇酰胺,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得酰胺分散液;
(2)将10-14重量份的硬脂酸加热软化,与8-9重量份的三乙醇胺混合,送入到反应釜中,加入混合料重量1-3%的对甲基苯磺酸,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为165-180℃,搅拌反应5-6小时,得酯胺;
(3)取上述酯胺,加入到上述酰胺分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为50-60℃,反应37-40小时,出料冷却,得抗静电溶液;
