本发明公开了一种天然食品防腐剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:鱼精蛋白1‑10份,壳聚糖5‑10份,溶菌酶1‑2份,山梨酸3‑5份,大蒜提取物10‑15份,皂苷提取物5‑20份。本发明的防腐剂可广泛用于饮料、果酒、液体调料等食品的防腐,具有防腐效果好且天然无毒,弥补了传统防腐剂危害人体健康的缺点,具有安全无毒、抑菌保健的功效。

本发明涉及一种天然食品防腐剂,属于食品技术领域。
背景技术
食品防腐剂是抑制物质腐败的药剂,对以腐败物质的微生物的生长具有持续的抑制或灭杀作用,延长食品保质期和货架期;长期以来,苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、对羟基苯甲酸酯类等合成防腐剂广泛应用于食品工业,对于严格控制防腐剂用量的单一食品对人体是安全的,当在食用不同种类的食品后,其中所含防腐剂将在体内积聚起来,对人体造成危害;食用含量超标的合成类防腐剂也会对人体产生毒副作用,尤其对老人、儿童、孕妇和体质较弱的人影响最重;因此,开发安全稳定、绿色环保的、性能优越的高效、广谱的天然防腐剂有着巨大的实际意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种天然食品防腐剂,可以达到安全稳定,各成分协同效应好,抑菌性能高效、广谱的天然食品防腐剂的作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征是,包括以下重量份数的组分:
鱼精蛋白 1-10份,
壳聚糖 5-10份,
溶菌酶 1-2份,
山梨酸 3-5份,
大蒜提取物 10-15份,
皂苷提取物 5-20份。
优选地,包括以下重量份数的组分:鱼精蛋白5份,壳聚糖8份,溶菌酶2份,山梨酸3份,大蒜提取物15份,皂苷提取物5份。

优选地,所述的皂苷提取物从桔梗、柴胡、甘草、青钱柳中的一种或多种中提取。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明的防腐剂可广泛用于饮料、果酒、液体调料等食品的防腐,具有防腐效果好且天然无毒,弥补了传统防腐剂危害人体健康的缺点,具有安全无毒、抑菌保健的功效。

其中,所述的大蒜提取物的制备方法为:以干燥的大蒜为原料,去蒂、分瓣、剥皮,用清水漂洗,除去杂质,粉碎机把蒜粒加工成糊状,将蒜糊放入烘箱,以文火烘干。
其中,所述的皂苷提取物从桔梗、柴胡、甘草、青钱柳中的一种或多种中提取。
