本发明是一种食品防腐剂配方。
背景技术
食品防腐剂是抑制物质腐败的药剂,对以腐败物质的微生物的生长具有持续的抑制或灭杀作用,延长食品保质期和货架期;长期以来,苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、对羟基苯甲酸酯类等合成防腐剂广泛应用于食品工业,对于严格控制防腐剂用量的单一食品对人体是安全的,当在食用不同种类的食品后,其中所含防腐剂将在体内积聚起来,对人体造成危害;食用含量超标的合成类防腐剂也会对人体产生毒副作用,尤其对老人、儿童、孕妇和体质较弱的人影响最重;因此,开发安全稳定、绿色环保的、性能优越的高效、广谱的天然防腐剂有着巨大的实际意义。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种食品防腐剂配方,可以达到安全稳定,各成分协同效应好,抑菌性能高效、广谱的天然食品防腐剂的作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种食品防腐剂配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:纯竹醋30-40%,壳聚糖5-10%,苦瓜提取物5-10%,增效剂5-10%,保护剂0.1-0.9%,乳酸链球菌素5-10%,乳酸5-10%,柠檬酸1-5%,变性淀粉1-5%,溶菌酶1-5%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,可以达到安全稳定,各成分协同效应好,抑菌性能高效、广谱的天然食品防腐剂的作用。

一种食品防腐剂配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:纯竹醋40%,壳聚糖10%,苦瓜提取物10%,增效剂10%,保护剂0.9%,乳酸链球菌素10%,乳酸10%,柠檬酸5%,变性淀粉5%,溶菌酶5%,此时食品防腐剂抑菌性能高效,但是各成分的协同效应较差。
实施例3
一种食品防腐剂配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:纯竹醋35%,壳聚糖8%,苦瓜提取物8%,增效剂8%,保护剂0.5%,乳酸链球菌素7%,乳酸7%,柠檬酸3%,变性淀粉3%,溶菌酶3%,此时食品防腐剂的各成分的协同效应较好,且同时抑菌性能也很高效。
