本发明公开了一种黑猪青贮饲料,包括以下重量份原料:玉米秸秆25‑35份、南瓜藤20‑30份、南瓜10‑20份、玉米15‑25份、苜蓿5‑10份、辣廖5‑10、马齿苋5‑10、米糠10‑15、食用盐0.1‑0.5、乳酸菌0.1‑0.5。该青贮饲料的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将玉米秸秆、南瓜藤、南瓜、苜蓿、辣廖、马齿苋切碎后,晒干;(2)将玉米粉碎后,与米糠、食用盐一起煮熟,并冷却;(3)将步骤(1)中的原料与步骤(2)中的原料混合后,加入乳酸菌和水,使其含水量为65‑75%,然后密封发酵。本发明方法制备出的青贮饲料鲜香多汁、适口性好,有效提高了黑猪的采食量,缩短了黑猪的出槽时间。

本发明属于饲料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种黑猪青贮饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
黑猪肉包含丰富的铁质、蛋白质和维他命,特别胆固醇含量和脂肪都比普通猪肉低,黑猪肉在脂肪方面依然含量低得多,黑猪肉所含的“全蛋白质”更能辅佐修补人体组织,常吃黑猪肉能提供平衡安康的营养素,让现代人在节食中仍然可取得矿物质、维他命和蛋白质,长保安康。青贮饲料消化率高、适口性好,可增加黑猪肉的口感,但是,不能将普通猪的青贮饲料用于饲养黑猪。所以,急需研制专门用于黑猪的青贮饲料,以满足黑猪的生长发育。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种黑猪青贮饲料及其制备方法,为黑猪提供香甜多汁的青贮饲料,促进黑猪的生长发育。
一种黑猪青贮饲料,包括以下重量份原料:
玉米秸秆25-35份、南瓜藤20-30份、南瓜10-20份、玉米15-25份、苜蓿5-10份、辣廖5-10、马齿苋5-10、米糠10-15、食用盐0.1-0.5、乳酸菌0.1-0.5。
进一步的,所述黑猪青贮饲料包括以下重量份原料:玉米秸秆30份、南瓜藤25份、南瓜15份、玉米20份、苜蓿8份、辣廖8、马齿苋8、米糠12、食用盐0.2、乳酸菌0.3。
以上所述的黑猪青贮饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆、南瓜藤、南瓜、苜蓿、辣廖、马齿苋切碎后,晒干至水分为45-55%;
(2)将玉米粉碎后,与米糠、食用盐一起煮熟,并冷却至45-50℃;
(3)将步骤(1)中的原料与步骤(2)中的原料混合后,加入乳酸菌和水,搅拌均匀,使其含水量为65-75%,然后置于发酵池中压实,密封发酵13-15天即可。
本发明黑猪青贮饲料及其制备方法,与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:1.本发明方法中加入了苜蓿、辣廖、马齿苋,提高了黑猪的免疫力,且苜蓿、辣廖、马齿苋较为常见和丰富,极大地降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益;2.本发明方法制备出的青贮饲料鲜香多汁、适口性好,有效提高了黑猪的采食量,缩短了黑猪的出槽时间。

实施例1
一种黑猪青贮饲料,包括以下重量份原料:
玉米秸秆25份、南瓜藤20份、南瓜10份、玉米15份、苜蓿5份、辣廖5、马齿苋5、米糠10、食用盐0.1、乳酸菌0.1。
以上所述的黑猪青贮饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆、南瓜藤、南瓜、苜蓿、辣廖、马齿苋切碎后,晒干至水分为45-55%;
(2)将玉米粉碎后,与米糠、食用盐一起煮熟,并冷却至45-50℃;
(3)将步骤(1)中的原料与步骤(2)中的原料混合后,加入乳酸菌和水,搅拌均匀,使其含水量为65-75%,然后置于发酵池中压实,密封发酵13-15天即可。

青贮饲料发酵好之后,可将其分袋封装,避免与空气接触而发生变质。

2.如权利要求1所述的黑猪青贮饲料,其特征在于:玉米秸秆30份、南瓜藤25份、南瓜15份、玉米20份、苜蓿8份、辣廖8、马齿苋8、米糠12、食用盐0.2、乳酸菌0.3。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的黑猪青贮饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆、南瓜藤、南瓜、苜蓿、辣廖、马齿苋切碎后,晒干至水分为45-55%;
(2)将玉米粉碎后,与米糠、食用盐一起煮熟,并冷却至45-50℃;
