本发明公开了一种水性树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、将水、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、马来酰胺、乙氧基化季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯加入反应釜,搅拌加热至90℃;温度稳定后,逐步加入丙烯酸‑丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物;步骤二、待上述加入完毕后,90℃下保温10~20min后加入聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、硫代呫吨酮、二苯基‑2,4,6‑三甲基苯甲酰,然后在80℃下搅拌并保温5~7h后降温;步骤三,待降温至室温后,即获得水性树脂。

背景技术
现有的水性树脂成膜性比较差,有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性树脂的制备方法,旨在通过该方法获得一种水性树脂,具有良好的成膜性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种水性树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将水100~120质量份、双丙酮丙烯酰胺30~45质量份、马来酰胺5~7质量份、乙氧基化季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯20~45质量份、二季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯5~10质量份加入反应釜,搅拌加热至90℃;温度稳定后,逐步加入丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物120~150质量份;
步骤二、待上述加入完毕后,90℃下保温10~20min后加入聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯4~8质量份、硫代呫吨酮3~5质量份、二苯基-2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰7~11质量份,然后在80℃下搅拌并保温5~7h后降温;
步骤三,待降温至室温后,即获得水性树脂。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明的一种水性树脂的制备方法能够获得一种水性树脂,具有良好的成膜性。

实施例:
一种水性树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将水100质量份、双丙酮丙烯酰胺30质量份、马来酰胺5质量份、乙氧基化季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯20质量份、二季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯5质量份加入反应釜,搅拌加热至90℃;温度稳定后,逐步加入丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物120质量份;
步骤二、待上述加入完毕后,90℃下保温10min后加入聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯4质量份、硫代呫吨酮3质量份、二苯基-2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰7质量份,然后在80℃下搅拌并保温5h后降温;
步骤三,待降温至室温后,即获得水性树脂。

步骤二、待上述加入完毕后,90℃下保温10~20min后加入聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯4~8质量份、硫代呫吨酮3~5质量份、二苯基-2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰7~11质量份,然后在80℃下搅拌并保温5~7h后降温;
步骤三,待降温至室温后,即获得水性树脂。
