发明内容

在一个实施方式中,本公开中使用的软木的粒度可在0.001和0.85mm之间变化,优选在0.4-0.7mm之间变化。

在一个实施方式中,根据图2进行纱线的涂覆过程。制备浴/浆料并且放置于纱线涂覆机的桶中。然后,迫使原料纱线穿过桶并且在两个受控压力的辊之间“拖拉”,以保证浴以最终获得大于2%百分比的软木颗粒(wt软木/wt最终纱线)所需的量均匀沉积在表面上。然后在两个进行预干燥的加热辊之间引导纱线,随后在离开机构时盘卷。涂覆后,纱线可以在高压釜型设备中通过排气软化。
在一个实施方式中,还需要调整将涂料浴/浆料施加到纺织品基材上的方法以及其加工参数、温度、压力、时间、速度等,以保证具有并入的软木的纺织品基材的品质。在施加技术方面和在参数方面,加工条件对于各种基材都是不同的,特别是对于纱线、纺织物、无纺织物和针织织物。在一个实施方式中,在存在妨碍本解决方案成功的约束的情况下,还可以使用经过通过等离子体、臭氧、超声波、使用异丙醇或甲苯溶胀等促进的表面改性的材料的预制备过程。这些处理有助于清洁、活化纺织品基材表面及对其添加官能性,使得它们更能够化学键合。
施用浆料的另一种方法可以通过喷雾进行。
以下给出了本公开的一个实施例。还需要调整将浴/浆料施加到纺织品基材上的方法以及其加工参数、温度、压力、时间、速度等,以保证具有并入的软木的纺织品基材的品质。
在施加技术方面和在参数方面,处理条件对于纱线及其余的基材(特别是纺织物、无纺织物和针织织物)是不同的。
在一个实施方式中,在纺织物、无纺织物和针织织物的情况下,可以进行通过刮刀涂覆制成冷端涂层,随后在100℃下干燥处理,并且在约160℃的温度下热固化。
在一个实施方式中,在纺织纱线的情况下,可以在纱线涂覆机中进行冷端涂覆,随后在同一设备中通过加热辊进行热处理,特别是干燥。
获得的产品以反应性方式(即化学键合到纺织品基材)并入大量的软木,使它们成为相对于现有技术独特且差异化产品。尽管在本文中仅呈现和描述了本公开的特定实施方式,取决于每种情况的必要条件,在不脱离所附权利要求限定的保护范围的条件下,本主题的专家将知道如何引入修改并用同等技术特征替换某些技术特征。

Claims (26)

1.软木纱线,包含天然或合成纤维的纺织纱线和至少2%的软木颗粒(wt软木/wt最终纱线)以及用于将所述软木颗粒粘合到所述纺织纱线的聚合物粘合剂,其中所述软木颗粒具有小于1mm的粒度。
2.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述软木纱线的线密度小于197特克斯。
3.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述软木纱线的线密度小于118特克斯。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的软木纱线,其中,所述软木纱线的线密度为15x2特克斯至40x2特克斯,优选30x2至33x2特克斯。
5.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,包含至少5%的软木颗粒(wt软木/wt最终纱线)。
6.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,包含至少10%的软木颗粒(wt软木/wt最终纱线)。
7.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,包含至少15%的软木颗粒(wt软木/wt最终纱线),更优选20%的软木颗粒(wt软木/wt最终纱线)。
8.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述软木颗粒具有小于0.85mm的粒度。
9.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述软木颗粒具有小于0.8mm的粒度。
10.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述软木颗粒具有0.001-0.5mm的粒度。
11.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述软木颗粒具有0.05-0.5mm,优选0.4–0.5mm的粒度。
12.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述粘合剂包括聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯或它们的组合。
13.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述粘合剂选自以下列表:热塑性树脂,即PVC、PU;热固性树脂,特别是聚氯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸聚酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、乙二醛树脂、蜡、石蜡、硅酮及它们的组合。
14.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,进一步包含固定剂、增稠剂、软化剂、稳定剂、着色剂或它们的组合。
15.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述纺织纱线是天然纤维或合成纤维或它们的混合物。
16.根据前述权利要求所述的软木纱线,其中,所述纺织纱线选自由以下组成的列表:棉,亚麻,羊毛,丝绸,粘胶纤维,醋酸纤维,聚酰胺,聚酯,丙烯酸纤维,弹性纤维,聚乙烯,聚氨酯及它们的组合。
17.包含前述权利要求中任一项所述的软木纱线的针织织物或纺织物。
18.用于权利要求1-17所述的纱线的涂料浴或浆料的组合物,包含:
5至50g/l的合适的聚合物粘合剂;
5至100g/l的具有小于1mm的粒度的软木颗粒。
19.根据前述权利要求所述的组合物,包含:
10至40g/l的合适的聚合物粘合剂;
20至70g/l的具有小于1mm的粒度的软木颗粒。
20.根据权利要求18-19所述的组合物,其中,所述软木颗粒包括小于0.85mm,优选小于0.8mm的粒度。
21.根据权利要求18-20所述的组合物,其中,所述软木颗粒包括0.001-0.5mm,优选0.05-0.5mm的粒度。
22.根据权利要求18-21所述的组合物,其中,所述粘合剂包括聚氨酯、或丙烯酸酯、或它们的组合。
23.根据权利要求18-22所述的组合物,其中,所述粘合剂选自以下列表:热塑性树脂,即PVC、PU;热固性树脂,特别是聚氯乙烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸聚酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯、乙二醛树脂、蜡、石蜡、硅酮及它们的组合。
