本发明涉及个人护理清洁组合物,例如液体皂,沐浴露和洗发剂。
背景技术
在个人清洁组合物如液体皂,沐浴露和洗发剂中,有益剂的沉积和递送通常是产品性能的关键驱动因素。例如,当今市场上的许多洗发剂产品通过在洗涤过程中将有益剂如香味剂材料,硅酮,染料和去头皮屑剂沉积到头发上而递送益处。
已经采用各种技术以在期望时间增强有益剂的递送。一种广泛使用的技术是将有益剂包封在保护性涂层中,例如聚合物材料。聚合物材料可以保护有益剂如香味剂材料在使用前免于蒸发,反应,氧化或以其他方式消散。
然而,在清洁期间最大化包封物沉积是一项困难的任务,因为大多数个人清洁组合物被设计成从皮肤或毛发中带走颗粒。当洗去包封物时,组合物中可能需要相对高含量的包封的有益剂以递送消费者期望的益处。
WO2009/100464公开了一种包含经涂覆的微粒的组合物,所述经涂覆的微粒包含有益剂并且涂覆有1型聚合物和2型聚合物,所述1型聚合物包含阳离子原子含量大于约3重量%且重均分子量小于约800,000Da的阳离子聚合物;所述2型聚合物包含阳离子原子含量小于约3重量%且重均分子量大于约1,000,000Da的阳离子聚合物。
WO2007/065537公开了一种水性洗发剂组合物,其包含:(i)一种或多种阴离子清洁表面活性剂;(ii)水不溶性调理剂的离散分散液滴,其平均液滴直径(D3,2)为4微米或更小;(iii)一种或多种阳离子聚合物(A),其选自在pH 7下阳离子电荷密度小于1.0meq/g的阳离子改性丙烯酰胺聚合物,阳离子改性的纤维素,及其混合物,和(iv)一种或多种阳离子聚合物(B),其选自在pH 7下阳离子电荷密度大于1.0meq/g的阳离子改性丙烯酰胺聚合物,阳离子改性的聚半乳甘露聚糖,及其混合物,其中所述组合物包含除阳离子改性的丙烯酰胺聚合物以外的阳离子聚合物。硅酮是优选的并且作为水不溶性调理剂示例。

发明内容
在第一方面,本发明提供一种个人清洁组合物,其包含在水性连续相中的:
(i)5至30重量%的一种或多种阴离子清洁表面活性剂;
(ii)微囊,其中包含有益剂的核被包封在聚合物壳中,和
(iii)阳离子聚合物的组合,所述阳离子聚合物的组合包含:

具体实施方式
除非另有说明,否则本文使用的所有分子量均为重均分子量。
“水性连续相”是指以水为其基础的连续相。
合适地,本发明的组合物将包含约50至约90%,优选约55至约85%,更优选约60至约85%,最优选约65至约83%的水(基于组合物的总重量按重量计)。
用于本发明的典型的阴离子清洁表面活性剂(i)包括含有在其分子结构中具有8至14个碳原子,优选10至14个碳原子的有机疏水基团;和优选选自硫酸根、磺酸根、肌氨酸根、和羟乙基磺酸根的至少一个水增溶基团的那些表面活性剂。

用于本发明的优选种类的阴离子清洁表面活性剂是具有以下通式的烷基醚硫酸盐:
R-O-(CH2CH2-O)n-SO3 -M+
其中R是具有10至14个碳原子的直链或支链烷基;n是代表平均乙氧基化度的数字,并且范围为1至5,优选1至3;和M是碱金属、铵或烷醇铵阳离子,优选钠、钾、单乙醇铵或三乙醇铵,或其混合物。
这样的优选阴离子表面活性剂的具体实例包括C10至C12烷基硫酸和C10至C12烷基醚硫酸的钠盐、钾盐、铵盐或乙醇胺盐(例如月桂基醚硫酸钠)。
也可使用任何上述材料的混合物。
在根据本发明的典型组合物中,基于组合物的总重量按重量计,阴离子清洁表面活性剂的含量通常为5至30重量%,优选8至25重量%,最优选10至16重量%。
除了上述阴离子清洁表面活性剂之外,根据本发明的组合物的水性连续相优选还包含一种或多种两性表面活性剂。合适的两性表面活性剂是甜菜碱,例如具有通式R(CH3)2N+CH2COO-的那些,其中R是烷基或烷基酰胺基烷基基团,烷基基团优选具有10至16个碳原子。特别合适的甜菜碱是油基甜菜碱,辛酰胺丙基甜菜碱,月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱,异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱是特别优选的。
当被包含时,基于毛发清洁组合物的总重量,两性表面活性剂的总含量优选为0.1至10重量%,更优选0.5至5重量%,最优选1至3重量%。
本发明的组合物优选包含调理剂的分散液滴,其平均直径(D3,2)为4微米或更小。
这些分散液滴的优选量为总组合物的0.1至10重量%。
优选的分散调理剂是乳化硅酮。
包含在本发明组合物中的乳化硅酮的液滴通常具有2微米或更小的平均液滴直径(D3,2)。优选平均液滴直径(D3,2)为1微米或更小,更优选0.5微米或更小,最优选0.25微米或更小。
测量平均液滴直径(D3,2)的合适方法是通过使用诸如Malvern Mastersizer的仪器进行激光散射。
用于本发明的合适的硅酮包括聚二有机硅氧烷,特别是聚二甲基硅氧烷(二甲聚硅氧烷)、具有羟基端基的聚二甲基硅氧烷(聚二甲基硅氧烷醇)和氨基官能的聚二甲基硅氧烷(氨端二甲聚硅氧烷)。
这样的硅酮优选是非挥发性的(在25℃下蒸气压小于1000Pa),并且优选具有大于100,000,更优选大于250,000的分子量。
这样的硅酮优选具有大于50,000cS(mm2.s-1)的运动粘度,并且更优选具有大于500,000cS(mm2.s-1)的运动粘度。本发明上下文中的硅酮运动粘度是在25℃下测量的并且可以通过玻璃毛细管粘度计测量,如Dow Corning Corporate Test Method CTM004(1970年7月20日)中进一步阐述的。
用于本发明的合适的硅酮可作为来自供应商如Dow Corning和GE Silicones的预形成硅酮乳液获得。为了便于处理和控制硅酮粒度,使用这样的预形成硅酮乳液是优选的。这样的预形成硅酮乳液将通常另外包含合适的乳化剂,并且可以通过化学乳化方法如乳液聚合,或通过使用高剪切混合机的机械乳化制备。平均液滴直径(D3,2)小于0.15微米的预形成硅酮乳液通常被称为微乳液。
合适的预形成硅酮乳液的实例包括乳液DC2-1766、DC2-1784、DC-1785、DC-1786、DC-1788、DC-1310、DC-7123和微乳液DC2-1865和DC2-1870,均可获自Dow Corning。这些都是聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的乳液/微乳液。氨端二甲聚硅氧烷乳液如DC939(来自Dow Corning)和SME253(来自GE Silicones)也是合适的。
也可以使用任何上述硅酮乳液的混合物。
在根据本发明的典型组合物中,基于组合物的总重量,硅酮(本身作为活性成分)的含量将通常为1至8重量%,优选2至7.5重量%。
本发明的组合物可以适合地包含至少一种无机电解质。无机电解质可用于帮助向组合物提供粘度。
当在30℃下使用Brookfield V2粘度计(转子RTV5,1分钟,20rpm)测量时,组合物的粘度适合地为3,000至10,000mPa.s,优选4,000至8,000mPa.s,更优选5,000至7,000mPa.s。
合适的无机电解质包括金属氯化物(如氯化钠,氯化钾,氯化钙,氯化镁,氯化锌,氯化铁和氯化铝)和金属硫酸盐(如硫酸钠和硫酸镁)。
用于本发明的优选无机电解质的实例包括氯化钠,氯化钾,硫酸镁及其混合物。
本发明的组合物包含微囊(iii),其中包含有益剂的核被包封在聚合物壳中。
微囊优选以按总组合物的重量计0.1至5%的量存在。

可以包含在微囊的核中的任选的另外的材料包括染料、颜料和防腐剂。
微囊的聚合物壳可以使用本领域技术人员已知的方法制备,例如凝聚、界面聚合和缩聚。
凝聚过程通常包括通过将胶体材料沉淀到材料的液滴的表面上而包封通常不溶于水的材料。凝聚可以很简单,例如在小心控制的pH、温度和浓度的条件下,使用一种胶体例如明胶,或其中两种或可能更多种具有相反电荷的胶体例如明胶和阿拉伯树胶或明胶和羧甲基纤维素的复合物。
界面聚合通过存在于油相中的至少一种油溶性壁形成材料与存在于水相中的至少一种水溶性壁形成材料的反应产生包封壳。两种壁形成材料之间的聚合反应发生,导致在油相和水相的界面处形成共价键以形成胶囊壁。这种方法生产的壳胶囊的一个实例是聚氨酯胶囊。
缩聚包括在适当的搅拌条件下,在聚合物材料的预缩合物的水溶液中形成水不溶性材料(例如香料)的分散体或乳液,以产生期望尺寸的胶囊,并调节反应条件以使预缩合物通过酸催化而缩合,导致缩合物从溶液中分离并包围分散的水不溶性材料以产生黏合膜和期望微囊。
形成用于本发明的微囊的优选方法是缩聚,通常用于生产氨基塑料包封物。氨基塑料树脂是一种或多种胺与一种或多种醛的反应产物。合适的胺的实例包括脲,硫脲,三聚氰胺及其衍生物,苯并胍胺和乙酰胍胺以及胺的组合。
优选地,微囊的聚合物壳是选自三聚氰胺甲醛,脲甲醛,三聚氰胺乙二醛和通过多异氰酸酯和多胺的反应形成的聚脲的氨基塑料树脂。最优选的聚合物壳选自三聚氰胺乙二醛和聚脲。
优选地,通过剪切而激活微囊;也就是说它们通过剪切被破坏以释放内容物。
特别优选的微囊具有三聚氰胺乙二醛壳,如WO2013/068255和WO2011/161618中所述制备并且可从Firmenich SA获得。
有利地,聚合物壳占微囊重量的至多20重量%。
通过改变工艺条件,可以以已知方式生产具有期望尺寸的微囊。微囊通常具有1至500微米,优选1至300微米,更优选1至50微米,最优选1至10微米的平均直径。如果必须,可以将最初生产的微囊过滤或筛选以产生具有更大尺寸均匀性的产品。

聚半乳甘露聚糖是主要包含半乳糖和甘露糖单元的多糖,并且通常发现于豆科种子的胚乳中,例如瓜尔豆,刺槐豆,皂荚,凤凰木等。瓜尔豆粉主要包含半乳甘露聚糖,其基本上是具有单一元(single membered)半乳糖分支的直链甘露聚糖。甘露糖单元以1-4-β-糖苷键连接,并且半乳糖支化在交替的甘露糖单元上通过1-6键发生。因此瓜尔胶聚合物中半乳糖与甘露糖的比率为1比2。
用于本发明的合适的阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(a)包括聚半乳甘露聚糖(例如瓜尔胶)和已通过与一种或多种衍生剂的化学反应而阳离子地改性的聚半乳甘露聚糖衍生物(例如羟烷基瓜尔胶(例如羟乙基瓜尔胶或羟丙基瓜尔胶)。
衍生剂通常含有反应性官能团,例如环氧基团,卤素基团,酯基团,酸酐基团或烯属不饱和基团,以及至少一个阳离子基团如阳离子氮基团,更通常为季铵基团。衍生化反应通常在聚半乳甘露聚糖骨架上引入横向阳离子基团,通常通过醚键连接,其中氧原子对应于已经反应的聚半乳甘露聚糖骨架上的羟基。
用于本发明的优选的阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(a)包括瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
用于本发明的瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵通常包含用醚连接的2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵基团官能化的非离子瓜尔胶骨架,并且通常通过瓜尔胶与N-(3-氯-2-羟丙基)三甲基氯化铵的反应制备。
用于本发明的阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(优选瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵)通常具有500,000至3,000,000g/mol,更优选800,000至2,500,000g/mol的平均分子量(通过尺寸排阻色谱法测定的重均分子量(Mw))。
聚合物的阳离子电荷密度适合地通过美国药典描述的凯氏定氮法在用于氮测定的化学测试下测定。
优选的阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(a)的具体实例是阳离子电荷密度为0.5至1.1meq/g的瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
优选的阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(b)的具体实例是阳离子电荷密度为1.2至2meq/g的瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖的优选混合物的具体实例是瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵的混合物,其中一种具有0.5至1.1meq/g的阳离子电荷密度,一种具有1.2至2meq/g的阳离子电荷密度。
优选的阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(a)选自平均分子量为800,000至2,500,000g/mol且电荷密度为0.5至1.1meq/g的瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
优选的阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(b)选自平均分子量为800,000至2,500,000g/mol且电荷密度为1.2至2meq/g的瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
在根据本发明的典型组合物中,阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖的总含量通常基于组合物的总重量按重量计为0.05至0.5%,优选0.1至0.3%,更优选0.15至0.25%。
本发明的组合物可以含有进一步的任选成分以增强性能和/或消费者可接受性。这样的成分的实例包括香味剂、染料和颜料,pH调节剂和防腐剂或抗微生物剂。这些成分中的每一种都将以有效实现其目的的量存在。通常,基于组合物的总重量,这些任选成分以至多5重量%的含量被单独地包含。
本发明的组合物的pH优选为4至7,更优选5.5至6.5。
使用模式
本发明的组合物主要旨在局部施用于身体,优选毛发和头皮。
最优选将本发明的组合物局部施用于毛发,然后按摩到毛发和头皮中。然后在干燥毛发之前用水冲洗掉毛发和头皮上的组合物。
将通过以下非限制性实施例进一步说明本发明,其中除非另有说明,否则提到的所有百分数均基于总重量按重量计。
实施例
制备三种洗发剂组合物。
将含有油溶性染料Hostasol(其发荧光)的包封物(三聚氰胺乙二醛包封物,购自Firmenich)通过后投料(post dosing)以按组合物的总重量计0.4重量%的含量加入到每个基质中,如下表1所示。

实施例1:从SH1,SH2和SH3在毛发上沉积囊剂
为了测量囊剂在毛发上的沉积,使用以下方法:
使用2英寸、250毫克的未经处理的高加索发束。
首先用每克毛发0.1g洗发剂组合物(SH1,SH2或SH3)洗涤毛发。使发绺起泡30秒,然后在温水(35℃-40℃)中漂洗30秒。
然后对洗过的毛发进行乙醇萃取。将整个2英寸的发束切到含有用于萃取沉积在包封物中的荧光剂的2ml乙醇的小瓶中。在溶剂萃取期间将毛发样品滚动1小时。使用适当的校准标准品测定如上获得的200微升等份的乙醇溶液中的荧光剂的浓度。
将萃取的样品置于96孔板中,并在Varioskan荧光检测器上通过荧光光谱法进行分析,以确定微囊在毛发上的沉积水平。使用450nm的激发波长和520nm的发射波长。
结果列于下表2中。

可以看出,根据本发明的SH3的沉积最大。这与SH1形成对比,SH1含有同样与瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵聚合物组合的相同量的包封物。
实施例2:用SH1,SH2和SH3处理的毛发上的香料强度
在梳理发束之前和之后,由香味专家评估用SH1,SH2和SH3处理的毛发的香料强度。
首先按照上面给出的洗涤方案用组合物洗涤发束。使用7”发束。然后将发束放置干燥过夜。洗涤后24小时测量香料强度。
香料强度结果报告于表3中。

可以看出,用根据本发明的SH3处理的毛发的香料强度最大。
实施例3:从SH3,SH4和SH5在毛发上沉积囊剂
制备以下组合物:-
SH3——如上表3所示
SH4——其与SH3相同,但省略了Jaguar C17聚合物。
SH5——其与SH3相同,但用聚DADMAC(聚(二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵);Merquat 106,可获自Lubrizol))代替C17聚合物(以0.05重量%,基于100%活性物质和组合物的总重量))。
以与上述实施例1中所述相同的方式进行微囊在毛发上沉积的研究。
结果列于下表4中。

可以看出,根据本发明的组合物(SH3)导致比包含单一聚合物的组合物(SH4)和包含现有技术的聚合物组合的组合物(SH5)更高的沉积。
Claims (8)
1.一种个人清洁组合物,其包含在水性连续相中的:
(i)5至30重量%的一种或多种阴离子清洁表面活性剂;
(ii)微囊,其中包含有益剂的核被包封在聚合物壳中,并且其中所述微囊(ii)的所述核的所述有益剂选自香料,
(iii)香味剂,和
(iv)阳离子聚合物的组合,所述阳离子聚合物的组合包含:
(a)至少一种阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖,其在pH 7下的平均电荷密度小于1.2meq/g;和
(b)至少一种阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖,其在pH 7下的平均电荷密度至少为1.2meq/g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(a)在pH 7下的平均电荷密度为0.5至1.1meq/g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(b)在pH 7下的平均电荷密度为1.2至3meq/g。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述微囊的所述聚合物壳是选自三聚氰胺乙二醛和聚脲的氨基塑料树脂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(a)选自平均分子量为800,000至2,500,000g/mol且电荷密度为0.5至1.1meq/g的瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(b)选自平均分子量为800,000至2,500,000g/mol且电荷密度为1.2至2meq/g的瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述组合物中阳离子聚合物(a)与阳离子聚合物(b)的重量比为3:1至1:1。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述阳离子聚半乳甘露聚糖(b)在pH 7下的平均电荷密度为1.2至2meq/g。
