Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂5~10份,阴离子表面活性剂2~5份,非离子表面活性剂1~3份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.1~0.5份,异丙醇1~5份,增稠剂1~3份,皂角粉2~6份,茶籽粉0.5~2份,丁香酚1~2份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。本发明中的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂具有洗涤后使织物更加柔软、手感更舒适的效果,并且还具有一定的抗静电性能和抗菌性能的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及棉织物技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂。
背景技术
春冬季节,空气干燥,织物经过多次洗涤烘干后,容易形成静电,影响人们衣物的舒适度。单一的衣物清洁已经满足不了人们的需求,柔顺剂被越来越多的使用,使用柔顺剂可以解决静电给人们带来的烦恼,还可以有除味、保色、除皱、软化衣物等功能。由于人们的洗涤习惯逐渐由肥皂手洗转向含助剂合成洗涤剂的机器洗涤,使得洗后的织物手感比较差,需用衣物柔顺剂进行处理。因此,衣物柔顺剂成为家用洗涤必用助剂之一,直至今日仍为人们广泛使用而传统的柔顺剂采用。
双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵,该原料生物降解性差,在污水中容易被污泥吸附而造成环境污染,且该种柔顺剂稳定性差,不能持久起效,有一定的毒性、腐蚀性,有刺激性气味,对皮肤有一定的损害;洗涤后柔软蓬松效果差,对高档织物有损害。一般柔顺剂只能起到软化衣物、除静电的作用,不能对衣物上的细菌等微生物起到杀菌抑菌的作用。
为此,有必要针对上述问题,提出一种用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其能够解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂5~10份,阴离子表面活性剂2~5份,非离子表面活性剂1~3份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.1~0.5份,异丙醇1~5份,增稠剂1~3份,皂角粉2~6份,茶籽粉0.5~2份,丁香酚1~2份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
优选的,按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂6~10份,阴离子表面活性剂3~5份,非离子表面活性剂1.75~3份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.2~0.5份,异丙醇2~5份,增稠剂1.75~3份,皂角粉3~6份,茶籽粉1~2份,丁香酚1.25~2份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
优选的,按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂6~8份,阴离子表面活性剂3~4份,非离子表面活性剂1.75~2.5份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.2~0.4份,异丙醇2~4份,增稠剂1.75~2.5份,皂角粉3~5份,茶籽粉1~1.6份,丁香酚1.25~1.75份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
优选的,所述三氯羟基二苯醚的重量份数为0.3份。
优选的,所述阳离子表面活性剂为十八烷基二甲基氯化铵。
优选的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为单十二烷基磷酸酯钾。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述增稠剂采用聚乙二醇。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明中的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂具有洗涤后使织物更加柔软、手感更舒适的效果,并且还具有一定的抗静电性能和抗菌性能的特点。

其中,所述三氯羟基二苯醚的重量份数为0.3份。
其中,所述阳离子表面活性剂为十八烷基二甲基氯化铵。
其中,所述阴离子表面活性剂为单十二烷基磷酸酯钾。
其中,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
其中,所述增稠剂采用聚乙二醇。
下述以具体地实施例进行说明本发明中的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂。
实施例1
按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂5份,阴离子表面活性剂2份,非离子表面活性剂1份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.1份,异丙醇1份,增稠剂1份,皂角粉2份,茶籽粉0.5份,丁香酚1份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
实施例2
按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂6份,阴离子表面活性剂3份,非离子表面活性剂1.75份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.2份,异丙醇2份,增稠剂1.75份,皂角粉3份,茶籽粉1份,丁香酚1.25份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
实施例3
按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂8份,阴离子表面活性剂4份,非离子表面活性剂2.5份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.4份,异丙醇4份,增稠剂2.5份,皂角粉5份,茶籽粉1.6份,丁香酚1.75份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
实施例4
按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂10份,阴离子表面活性剂5份,非离子表面活性剂3份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.5份,异丙醇5份,增稠剂3份,皂角粉6份,茶籽粉2份,丁香酚2份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
上述实施例1~4中的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂具有洗涤后使织物更加柔软、手感更舒适的效果,并且还具有一定的抗静电性能和抗菌性能的特点。对采用上述实施例1~4中的柔顺剂洗涤后的棉织物进行抗菌性实验,结果表明,该棉织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率可达98.0~99.8%;对采用上述实施例1~4中的柔顺剂洗涤后的棉织物进行柔顺性实验,结果表明,该棉织物柔软、无褶子。

1.一种用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂5~10份,阴离子表面活性剂2~5份,非离子表面活性剂1~3份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.1~0.5份,异丙醇1~5份,增稠剂1~3份,皂角粉2~6份,茶籽粉0.5~2份,丁香酚1~2份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂6~10份,阴离子表面活性剂3~5份,非离子表面活性剂1.75~3份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.2~0.5份,异丙醇2~5份,增稠剂1.75~3份,皂角粉3~6份,茶籽粉1~2份,丁香酚1.25~2份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数包括以下原料:阳离子表面活性剂6~8份,阴离子表面活性剂3~4份,非离子表面活性剂1.75~2.5份,三氯羟基二苯醚0.2~0.4份,异丙醇2~4份,增稠剂1.75~2.5份,皂角粉3~5份,茶籽粉1~1.6份,丁香酚1.25~1.75份,余量为去离子水,上述各原料的重量份数之和为100份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述三氯羟基二苯醚的重量份数为0.3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为十八烷基二甲基氯化铵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为单十二烷基磷酸酯钾。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于棉织物的抗菌柔顺剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂采用聚乙二醇。
