本发明提供一种洗衣液,包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,非离子表面活性剂,磺酸,氢氧化钠,丙三醇,羧甲基纤维素,增白剂,柔顺剂,氯化钠,香精,卡松,抗菌剂和去离子水,其自然环保,能有效清洁污垢,温和不伤手,杀菌抑菌、清新宜人,衣服残留液也少,在彻底清洗衣物的同时,能柔顺衣物,且其原料都是市场上常见原料,制作成本较低。

本发明属于一种日常洗涤用品,具体涉及一种洗衣液。。
背景技术
洗衣液是近年出现并发展迅速的一种个人衣物洗涤产品,作为洗涤用品市场的新宠,与洗衣粉相比,洗衣液的配方比洗衣粉柔和的多,最主要是不伤手,衣服残留液也少,深得家庭主妇的喜爱,洗衣粉刺激性大,长期使用会伤害到爱人的皮肤,洗衣液具有易溶解、低能耗高活性物含量等优点,是衣服洗涤剂未来的发展方向,正越来越受到消费者的喜爱。目前市场上的洗衣液大多由化学物质调配而成,长时间使用会对肌肤产生伤害,也不利于环境保护,因此,需要一种新的配方诞生来满足人们的市场需求。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种不伤害肌肤,环保型洗衣液,具体技术方案如下:
一种洗衣液,包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,非离子表面活性剂,磺酸,亲氧化钠,丙三醇,羧甲基纤维素,增白剂,柔顺剂,氯化钠,香精,卡松,抗菌剂和去离子水。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述洗衣液由下述组分按质量百分比组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2-3%,非离子表面活性剂5-10%,磺酸2-7%,氢氧化钠3-7%,丙三醇0.5-2%,羧甲基纤维素1-3%,增白剂1-2%,柔顺剂0.5-1%,氯化钠1-3%,香精1-2%,卡松1-3%,抗菌剂3-5%,去离子水60-70%。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述洗衣液由下述组分按质量百分比组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2.5%,非离子表面活性剂7.5%,磺酸5%,氢氧化钠5%,丙三醇1%,羧甲基纤维素2%,增白剂1.5%,柔顺剂1%,氯化钠2%,香精1.5%,卡松2%,抗菌剂4%,去离子水65%。
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠易溶于水,具有优良的去污,乳化,发泡性能和抗硬水性能,温和的洗涤性质不会损伤皮肤,是阴离子表面活性剂,主要起到粘稠度作用,和氯化钠起反应,用量越多,产品越粘稠,所述卡松不含任何重金属,能有效的抑制和灭除菌类和各种微生物,防腐效果显著,在150ppm浓度下可完全抑制细菌生长,在125ppm浓度下,可完全抑制酵母菌和霉菌生长,所述丙三醇能保持皮肤湿润不干燥,有护肤,润肤的作用
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为6501。
所述6501易溶于水、具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污、抗硬水等功能,且其透明度好、增稠性能高。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述抗菌剂为C12季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述洗衣液还包括稳定剂,所述稳定剂为四乙酸二氨基乙烷。
在有些水质不是很好地方(使用地下水的、一般自来水可不放),可以选择性加入四乙酸二氨基乙烷,起到改善水质或者稳定泡沫作用
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种洗衣液,自然环保,能有效清洁污垢,温和不伤手,杀菌抑菌、清新宜人,衣服残留液也少,在彻底清洗衣物的同时,能柔顺衣物,且其原料都是市场上常见原料,制作成本较低。

本实施例提供的一种洗衣液,由下述组分按质量百分比组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2.5%,非离子表面活性剂7.5%,磺酸5%,氢氧化钠5%,丙三醇1%,羧甲基纤维素2%,增白剂1.5%,柔顺剂1%,氯化钠2%,香精1.5%,卡松2%,抗菌剂4%,去离子水65%,所述非离子表面活性剂为6501,所述抗菌剂为C12季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。

1.一种洗衣液,其特征在于:包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,非离子表面活性剂,磺酸,亲氧化钠,丙三醇,羧甲基纤维素,增白剂,柔顺剂,氯化钠,香精,卡松,抗菌剂和去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液,其特征在于:所述洗衣液由下述组分按质量百分比组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2-3%,非离子表面活性剂5-10%,磺酸2-7%,氢氧化钠3-7%,丙三醇0.5-2%,羧甲基纤维素1-3%,增白剂1-2%,柔顺剂0.5-1%,氯化钠1-3%,香精1-2%,卡松1-3%,抗菌剂3-5%,去离子水60-70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液,其特征在于:所述洗衣液由下述组分按质量百分比组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2.5%,非离子表面活性剂7.5%,磺酸5%,氢氧化钠5%,丙三醇1%,羧甲基纤维素2%,增白剂1.5%,柔顺剂1%,氯化钠2%,香精1.5%,卡松2%,抗菌剂4%,去离子水65%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为6501。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为C12季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣液,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为四乙酸二氨基乙烷。
