技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种新型环保切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
机械加工向高速、强力、精密方向发展,对于一些硬度极高的材料,在切削加工时的难度较大。因为切削过程中存在较大的摩擦力,为了获得较好的加工表面,多年来人们一直致力于改善切削液的润滑、防锈性能的研究。传统切削中的添加剂通常含有硫、磷、氯的化合物成分,虽然起到了一定的效用,但是这些物质会对环境造成污染,并且硫化物还容易对有色金属造成腐蚀。随着人们环保意识的增强,对于许多毒性大并且防锈润滑性能不够理想的物质,逐渐加以摒弃。本发明自制了一种无毒无害,防锈性能优越并且具有润滑性能的添加剂,制备得到的切削液具有稳定性高。防锈性能好,很好的润滑性等,其综合性能优良,应用前景广泛。

本发明提供了一种新型环保切削液,包括以下重量份原料组成:
N5白油18-26份、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8-15份、
极压抗磨剂3-9份、
防锈剂7-14份、
乳化剂2-5份、
乙醇1.2-2份、
防腐蚀剂2-4份、
消泡剂3-7份、
防霉剂0.5-1.6份、
水20-27份。
优选的,所述的一种新型环保切削液,所述的极压抗磨剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐。
优选的,所述的一种新型环保切削液,所述的防锈剂为聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯。
进一步优选的,所述的聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯,由以下制备方法制备得到:
取20g二十碳烯酸与10g三乙醇胺加入到带有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的三口瓶中,加热导60℃,开始搅拌反应1h,并同时开动减压蒸馏装置,抽出反应生成的水,加入4g硼酸,继续反应1h,将40g的聚乙二醇-400 加入到三口瓶中,反应1.5h,趁热倒出产物,干燥除去残留在产物中的水份,得到聚聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯。
优选的,所述的一种新型环保切削液,所述的乳化剂为油酸钠与油酸按照重量比5:1混合而成。
优选的,所述的一种新型环保切削液,所述的防腐蚀剂为碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂按照质量比1:2:2混合而成。
本发明还提供了一种新型环保切削液的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将水20-27份加入到反应器中,升温至60℃,开启搅拌装置,然后加入
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8-15份、防锈剂7-14份搅拌15min;
(2)再加入N5白油18-26份、极压抗磨剂3-9份、防腐蚀剂2-4份、乙醇1.2-2份、乳化剂2-5份、消泡剂3-7份,搅拌30min;
(3)将温度降至40℃,加入防霉剂0.5-1.6份,继续搅拌20min即得。
有益效果:
(1)本发明制备得到的新型环保切削液性能优越,各项性能都能达到标准要求。不含对人体有害的亚硝酸钠,工作废液易于处理,对环境不污染,具有重要的环保意义。
(2)本发明自制了表面活性剂聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯,使切削液具有优越的防锈性和润滑性,与加入的防腐蚀剂产生复合增效作用,可以在金属器械以及加工金属的表面形成吸附保护膜层、钝化膜层,有效的防止阴、阳极腐蚀过程,并且能够有效地隔绝水分子、氧气等其他腐蚀性物质的浸入,具有优良的防腐、防锈性能。

下面的实施例可使本专业技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1-5和对比例1中聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯的制备方法为:取20g二十碳烯酸与10g三乙醇胺加入到带有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的三口瓶中,加热导60℃,开始搅拌反应1h,并同时开动减压蒸馏装置,抽出反应生成的水,加入4g硼酸,继续反应1h,将40g的聚乙二醇-400 加入到三口瓶中,反应1.5h,趁热倒出产物,干燥除去残留在产物中的水份,得到聚聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯。
实施例1
(1)将水27份加入到反应器中,升温至60℃,开启搅拌装置,然后加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份、聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯14份搅拌15min;

(3)将温度降至40℃,加入五氯苯酚钠0.5份,继续搅拌20min即得。

实施例2

(2)再加入N5白油26份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐3份、防腐蚀剂4份、乙醇1.2份、乳化剂5份、聚醚L61 3份,搅拌30min;
(3)将温度降至40℃,加入五氯苯酚钠1.6份,继续搅拌20min即得。
乳化剂为油酸钠与油酸按照重量比5:1混合而成。
防腐蚀剂为碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂按照质量比1:2:2混合而成。
实施例3
(1)将水25份加入到反应器中,升温至60℃,开启搅拌装置,然后加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺10份、聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯12份搅拌15min;
(2)再加入N5白油20份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐8份、防腐蚀剂2.8份、乙醇1.9份、乳化剂2.9份、聚醚L61 6份,搅拌30min;
(3)将温度降至40℃,加入五氯苯酚钠0.8份,继续搅拌20min即得。
乳化剂为油酸钠与油酸按照重量比5:1混合而成。
防腐蚀剂为碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂按照质量比1:2:2混合而成。
实施例4
(1)将水22份加入到反应器中,升温至60℃,开启搅拌装置,然后加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺13份、聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯9份搅拌15min;
(2)再加入N5白油23份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐4份、防腐蚀剂3.7份、乙醇1.6份、乳化剂4.7份、聚醚L61 4份,搅拌30min;
(3)将温度降至40℃,加入五氯苯酚钠1.4份,继续搅拌20min即得。
乳化剂为油酸钠与油酸按照重量比5:1混合而成。
防腐蚀剂为碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂按照质量比1:2:2混合而成。
实施例5
(1)将水23份加入到反应器中,升温至60℃,开启搅拌装置,然后加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺12份、聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯11份搅拌15min;
(2)再加入N5白油22份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐5份、防腐蚀剂3份、乙醇1.8份、乳化剂3.5份、聚醚L61 5份,搅拌30min;
(3)将温度降至40℃,加入五氯苯酚钠1份,继续搅拌20min即得。
乳化剂为油酸钠与油酸按照重量比5:1混合而成。
防腐蚀剂为碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂按照质量比1:2:2混合而成。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于,乳化剂中不添加油酸。具体地说是:
(1)将水27份加入到反应器中,升温至60℃,开启搅拌装置,然后加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份、聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯14份搅拌15min;
(2)再加入N5白油18份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐9份、防腐蚀剂2份、乙醇2份、油酸钠2份、聚醚L61 7份,搅拌30min;
(3)将温度降至40℃,加入五氯苯酚钠0.5份,继续搅拌20min即得。
防腐蚀剂为碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂按照质量比1:2:2混合而成。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于,防锈剂使用三乙醇胺。具体地说是:
(1)将水27份加入到反应器中,升温至60℃,开启搅拌装置,然后加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8份、三乙醇胺14份搅拌15min;
(2)再加入N5白油18份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐9份、防腐蚀剂2份、乙醇2份、乳化剂2份、聚醚L61 7份,搅拌30min;
(3)将温度降至40℃,加入五氯苯酚钠0.5份,继续搅拌20min即得。
乳化剂为油酸钠与油酸按照重量比5:1混合而成。
防腐蚀剂为碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂按照质量比1:2:2混合而成。
将实施例1-5和对比例1-2中制备得到的切削液进行性能测试:
贮存稳定性参考GB/T6144-2010。
防锈性以及最大无卡咬负荷测试参考ASTM D2881-03。
摩擦因素测试参考SH/T 0762-2005。
用切削液5wt%稀释液进行其他性能测试。

由测试结果可知,本发明制备得到的新型环保切削液具有优异的润滑、防锈、冷却和清洗性能,并且稳定性高,是一种综合性能优良的的切削液产品。
对比例1中乳化剂不添加油酸,切削液的稳定性能出现下降,这会影响其使用性能和贮存运输稳定性。本发明利用油酸钠和油酸复配作为乳化剂,油酸的加入可以抑制了油酸钠的水解,油酸钠HIB=18,油酸(HLB=1),二者复配,可中和乳化剂的HLB值,其用量比例决定着乳化剂最终的HLB值,本发明通过将油酸钠与油酸按照重量比5:1混合成乳化剂,得到的乳化剂HLB值接近本发明中被乳化物质的HLB值,因而取得了很好的乳化效果,提高产品的稳定性。
对比例2中采用了三乙醇胺代替本发明中的自制防锈剂,从测试结果可知,三乙醇胺用于本发明,也可以达到较好的防锈效果,但是其润滑性能不理想。本发明自制的聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯不但具有很好的防锈性能,还具有很好的润滑性。
切削液的研制和生产是一个实践性很强的工艺过程,原料用量、种类会对切削液品质产生很大的影响。本发明通过对各组份的选择和配伍优化,确定实施例5中的配方为切削液的最佳配方。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型环保切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料组成:
N5白油18-26份、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8-15份、
极压抗磨剂3-9份、
防锈剂7-14份、
乳化剂2-5份、
乙醇1.2-2份、
防腐蚀剂2-4份、
消泡剂3-7份、
防霉剂0.5-1.6份、
水20-27份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保切削液,其特征在于,所述的极压抗磨剂为二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保切削液,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂为聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯,其特征在于,由以下制备方法制备得到:
取20g二十碳烯酸与10g三乙醇胺加入到带有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的三口瓶中,加热导60℃,开始搅拌反应1h,并同时开动减压蒸馏装置,抽出反应生成的水,加入4g硼酸,继续反应1h,将40g的聚乙二醇-400 加入到三口瓶中,反应1.5h,趁热倒出产物,干燥除去残留在产物中的水份,得到聚聚乙二醇型二十碳烯酸三乙醇酰胺硼酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保切削液,其特征在于,所述的乳化剂为油酸钠与油酸按照重量比5:1混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保切削液,其特征在于,所述的防腐蚀剂为碳酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂按照质量比1:2:2混合而成。
7.一种新型环保切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将水20-27份加入到反应器中,升温至60℃,开启搅拌装置,然后加入
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8-15份、防锈剂7-14份搅拌15min;
(2)再加入N5白油18-26份、极压抗磨剂3-9份、防腐蚀剂2-4份、乙醇1.2-2份、乳化剂2-5份、消泡剂3-7份,搅拌30min;
(3)将温度降至40℃,加入防霉剂0.5-1.6份,继续搅拌20min即得。
