Description

Environment-friendly rolling oil for secondary cold rolling
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of protection, and particularly relates to environment-friendly rolling oil for secondary cold rolling.
Background
At present, the global demand of secondary cold rolling raw plates with thin specifications of less than 0.2mm is more than 400 ten thousand tons/year and is continuously increasing. Foreign enterprises in the United states, British, Germany and the like begin to develop and apply secondary cold-rolled original plates in the 90 s of the 20 th century. More than 40 sets of production lines are dedicated or used for secondary cold rolling internationally and are mainly distributed in North America, east Asia, Europe and other regions. The secondary cold rolling technology is a production process of an extremely thin strip steel, which further thins the strip steel through a secondary cold rolling process after primary cold rolling and annealing treatment. The secondary cold rolling process comprises rolling reduction and flattening processes and is mainly characterized in that: 1) the strip steel is further thinned through secondary rolling after annealing; 2) the mechanical property of the material is improved; 3) obtaining the surface roughness required by a user; 4) the flatness of the strip steel is improved; 5) the typical reduction rate is 15-40%. The secondary cold rolling raw plate has the characteristics of thin specification, high hardness, fine internal metallographic phase granularity and high product added value, and fully embodies the advantages of the secondary cold rolling technology.
However, China is seriously lack of secondary cold-rolled original plates, other enterprises do not produce the secondary cold-rolled original plates except Baoku, and the needed secondary cold-rolled original plates are solved by outsourcing (import and the like). The import of the secondary cold-rolled original plate not only has high production cost, but also has limited foreign secondary cold-rolled original plate resources and is increasingly difficult to purchase. The secondary cold-rolled original plate with the thin specification of less than 0.2mm is a product with complex production process, high requirements on rolling technical level, great manufacturing difficulty and strict quality requirements, rolling oil has great influence on the plate shape and the surface of the secondary cold-rolled plate, and the existing rolling oil also brings a series of environmental pollution problems of difficult recovery and treatment of the waste liquid of the rolling oil. Therefore, further exploration of rolling oil products that are environmentally friendly and meet the requirements of secondary cold rolling is becoming very urgent and important.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide the environment-friendly rolling oil for the secondary cold rolling, which has good lubricity, antirust property and environment-friendly property and is suitable for the secondary cold rolling.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the environment-friendly rolling oil for secondary cold rolling comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 70-82% of composite base oil, 5-10% of lubricating additive, 2-5% of antioxidant, 5-15% of emulsifier and 2-6% of antirust agent; wherein the lubricating additive is compounded by dimethyl dithiophosphate, butyl stearate and polydimethylsiloxane.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the dimethyl dithiophosphate to the butyl stearate to the polydimethylsiloxane is 1 (0.3-0.6) to (0.2-0.4).
In the scheme, the composite base oil is compounded by dioctyl sebacate and pentaerythritol tetraoctyl.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the dioctyl sebacate to the pentaerythritol tetraoctyl ester is 1 (0.4-2.5).
In the scheme, the antirust agent is compounded by zinc naphthenate and N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the zinc naphthenate to the N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine is 1 (0.3-3).
In the scheme, the emulsifier is T-80.
In the scheme, the antioxidant is tert-butyl hydroquinone.
The environment-friendly rolling oil for secondary cold rolling produced according to the formula belongs to an environment-friendly product, has good lubricating property and antirust property, and is suitable for secondary cold rolling.
In the secondary cold rolling process, rolling oil and water are mixed to prepare working liquid with the concentration of 2-3 wt%.
The environment-friendly rolling oil for secondary cold rolling has the following functions:
1) the base oil is compounded by dioctyl sebacate and pentaerythritol tetraoctyl ester, is a main component for providing lubricating property, is also a carrier of other additives, is matched with the base oil and is used, a firm lubricating oil film is easily formed on the surface of metal, and good friction lubricating property can be shown; the cost is low, the biodegradable property is good, the problems that the existing rolling oil waste liquid is difficult to recycle and treat and the like can be effectively solved, and the economic and environmental benefits are remarkable;
2) t-80 is used as an emulsifier, plays a role in stabilizing a rolling oil system and can play a certain lubricating role;
3) the dimethyl dithiophosphate, the butyl stearate and the polydimethylsiloxane are used as composite lubricating additives in a matched manner, so that the lubricating performance of the obtained rolling oil system under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions is improved, the viscosity of the base oil system is adjusted, and the phenomena of friction and roll sticking are reduced; the working condition requirements of high temperature and high pressure of secondary cold rolling are met;
4) tert-butyl hydroquinone as an antioxidant; because organic matters adopted in rolling oil usually contain unsaturated chemical bonds, the rolling oil can have various chemical reactions (oil oxidation reaction, polymerization reaction and the like) with other compounds, the generated oxidation reaction causes the problems of thinning of the rolling oil, increase of acid value, reduction of viscosity, thinning of oil film, turbidity and the like, thereby affecting the service performance of the rolling oil, being not beneficial to transportation and long-term storage, and the polymerization reaction causes solidification of grease, thus being easy to cause spots on the surface of a plate strip; the tertiary butyl hydroquinone is introduced into the rolling oil system, so that the problems of oxidation and the like can be effectively solved;
5) zinc naphthenate and N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine are used as antirust additives, the zinc naphthenate and the N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine are used in a composite mode, an N element in the N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine is bonded with a metal matrix tightly, the zinc naphthenate fills small gaps uncovered by the N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine, the zinc naphthenate and the metal matrix exert a synergistic effect, a very thin covering layer can be formed on the surface of metal, the metal and a corrosion medium are isolated, the anodic dissolution process of the metal cannot be carried out, the metal can be effectively prevented from being rusted, and a good antirust effect is achieved.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the environment-friendly rolling oil for secondary cold rolling has no strong pungent smell, and is healthy and environment-friendly; has good lubricating property and stability and convenient maintenance.
2) The environment-friendly rolling oil can bear high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, and is suitable for a secondary cold rolling process and the like.
3) The environment-friendly rolling oil for secondary cold rolling has excellent stability and antirust performance under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, and has good detergency after rolling.
