本发明属于脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种汽油深度脱硫装置。该汽油深度脱硫装置,包括汽油储油罐、催化剂罐和吸附脱硫罐,所述汽油储油罐和催化剂罐分别通过管路与加热炉连通,并与循环氢混合进入选择性加氢反应器,选择性加氢反应器通过管路与吸附脱硫罐连通,吸附脱硫罐通过管路与压滤机连通,所述吸附脱硫罐一侧连通有吸附剂储存罐。其有益效果是:本发明一种汽油深度脱硫装置结构简单,装配方便,操作费用低,工艺流程简单,设备投资低;实现深度脱硫,减少油品中的有害物质。

技术领域
本发明属于脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种汽油深度脱硫装置。
背景技术
汽油中硫化物的存在形式有硫化氢、硫醇、硫醚、二硫化物、噻吩、二硫化物、噻吩及其衍生物。由于这些物质的存在,使其安定性大大降低,由于安定性差,放置一段时间即变色、浑浊,并产生大量胶质、沉渣,这些硫化物不仅会导致汽油氧化安定性变差、辛烷值下降和发动机燃系统的腐蚀,而且燃烧后生成的硫氧化物是大气污染的主要污染物,随着世界各国对于环境问题的重视,车用汽油中的硫所造成的污染问题已经越来越受到关注。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种汽油深度脱硫装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种汽油深度脱硫装置,包括汽油储油罐、催化剂罐和吸附脱硫罐,所述汽油储油罐和催化剂罐分别通过管路与加热炉连通,并与循环氢混合进入选择性加氢反应器,选择性加氢反应器通过管路与吸附脱硫罐连通,吸附脱硫罐通过管路与压滤机连通,所述吸附脱硫罐一侧连通有吸附剂储存罐。
进一步,所述汽油储油罐与加热炉连通的管路上设有汽油泵。
进一步,所述催化剂罐与加热炉连通的管路上设有控制阀。
进一步,所述吸附脱硫罐内底部设有超声波发生器。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种汽油深度脱硫装置结构简单,装配方便,操作费用低,工艺流程简单,设备投资低;实现深度脱硫,减少油品中的有害物质。

附图1为本发明的一种具体实施例。该发明一种汽油深度脱硫装置,包括汽油储油罐1、催化剂罐2和吸附脱硫罐5,所述汽油储油罐1和催化剂罐2分别通过管路与加热炉3连通,并与循环氢9混合进入选择性加氢反应器4,选择性加氢反应器4通过管路与吸附脱硫罐5连通,吸附脱硫罐5通过管路与压滤机11连通,所述吸附脱硫罐5一侧连通有吸附剂储存罐6。
进一步,所述汽油储油罐1与加热炉3连通的管路上设有汽油泵8。
进一步,所述催化剂罐2与加热炉3连通的管路上设有控制阀7。
进一步,所述吸附脱硫罐5内底部设有超声波发生器10。
该发明一种汽油深度脱硫装置,使用时将汽油储油罐11内的汽油通与催化剂罐2内的催化剂混合送入加热炉3,与循环氢9混合进入选择性加氢反应器4,脱除二烯烃、硫醇和碱性氮化物后,再经吸附脱硫罐5进行深度脱硫后,经压滤机11进行固液分离,得出脱硫后的油品,吸附脱硫罐5内底部的超声波发生器10可实现吸附脱硫剂再生,实现节能减耗。

1.一种汽油深度脱硫装置,包括汽油储油罐、催化剂罐和吸附脱硫罐,其特征在于,所述汽油储油罐和催化剂罐分别通过管路与加热炉连通,并与循环氢混合进入选择性加氢反应器,选择性加氢反应器通过管路与吸附脱硫罐连通,吸附脱硫罐通过管路与压滤机连通,所述吸附脱硫罐一侧连通有吸附剂储存罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽油深度脱硫装置,其特征是:所述汽油储油罐与加热炉连通的管路上设有汽油泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽油深度脱硫装置,其特征是:所述催化剂罐与加热炉连通的管路上设有控制阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽油深度脱硫装置,其特征是:所述吸附脱硫罐内底部设有超声波发生器。
