Abstract
一种防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,其由如下重量份的原料制备而成:硅藻土、碳化硅粉体、玉米淀粉、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、氧化铝、十二碳醇酯、磷酸三苯酯、二乙二醇丁醚、膨胀蛭石、纳米二氧化硅、硫酸钡、苯丙乳液、三(十二烷基苯磺酰基)钛酸异丙酯、碳纤维、环氧树脂E‑44、稀释剂660A、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚、双环己酮草酰二腙、水玻璃、羟丙基甲基纤维素、适量的去离子水。本发明制备环氧陶瓷涂料涂层致密光滑、坚如陶瓷、粘结牢固、厚度均匀,耐水、防腐蚀、电绝缘性能优异等优良特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐涂料领域,具体涉及一种防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
球墨铸铁管以强度高、韧性好、可靠性高、耐腐蚀性能好等优点正逐步取代灰铁管,近年来,随着城市化规模不断扩大,对管材的需求特别是大口径管材的需求不断增加,在国内以及国际各大城市供水管道和管网改造中发挥越来越大的作用,作为这些项目工程的首选材料,被广泛应用于城建输水、输气等工程上,为球墨铸铁管行业提供了巨大的市场。
环氧树脂陶瓷是铸铁管内衬的一种新型防腐涂层,它是将环氧陶瓷涂料以机械喷涂或手工刷涂,自然固化在铸铁管内衬水泥内壁上,最终得到致密光滑、坚如陶瓷、粘结牢固、厚度均匀,耐水、防腐蚀、电绝缘性能优异的内衬层,适用于输送污水、中水、饮用水的供排水工程。内衬环氧树脂陶瓷铸铁管耐水、耐稀酸、耐盐、耐碱性好,涂层光滑、致密,可长期与混凝土表面牢固结合,并耐海洋生物和微生物腐蚀,是混凝土表面首选的防渗防腐涂层,寿命可达20年以上。
作者叶秀芳等人在《新型陶瓷改性环氧树脂涂料的制备及性能表征》一文中,利用甘氨酸改性环氧树脂,制备了水性环氧乳液,所制得的水性环氧乳液与陶瓷粉混合,在固化剂的作用下,得到了环氧树脂陶瓷涂料。该涂层虽然具有较好的涂膜性能,涂层可在室温下固化,使用方便;但是涂层耐腐蚀性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,其由如下重量份的原料制备而成:硅藻土20-30份、碳化硅粉体100-120份、玉米淀粉20-25份、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠6-8份、氧化铝15-20份、十二碳醇酯3-4份、磷酸三苯酯3-4份、二乙二醇丁醚5-6份、膨胀蛭石15-20份、纳米二氧化硅12-15份、硫酸钡10-12份、苯丙乳液20-25份、三(十二烷基苯磺酰基)钛酸异丙酯8-10份、碳纤维12-15份、环氧树脂E-44 70-80份、稀释剂660A 12-15份、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚3-4份、双环己酮草酰二腙12-15份、水玻璃15-20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10-12份、适量的去离子水。
所述的防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)将碳化硅粉体、硅藻土、玉米淀粉、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠加入球磨机中,混合均匀后再加入氧化铝和相当于碳化硅粉体重量份2-3倍的去离子水,球磨8-10h后取出,得到浆料,悬片式磁力搅拌仪搅拌20-30min,注入塑料模具,在70-75℃下保温30-40min后脱模,50-60℃下继续干燥10-12h,在箱式电阻炉中空气气氛下,先以4-6℃/min的升温速率升温至300℃,并保温50-60min,再以15-20℃/min的升温速率分别升温至1300℃、1400℃、1500℃、1600℃下进行烧结20-30min,自然冷却至40℃以下,粉碎至60-80目的粉末;
(2)将十二碳醇酯、磷酸三苯酯、二乙二醇丁醚加入到分散罐中,以800-1000转/min的搅拌速率搅拌至均匀;将步骤(1)的产物、膨胀蛭石、纳米二氧化硅、硫酸钡加入到分散灌中,以1500-1800转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌40-50min,加入三(十二烷基苯磺酰基)钛酸异丙酯、苯丙乳液和相当于苯丙乳液重量份4-5倍的去离子水,继续高速搅拌1.5-2h,搅拌制成浆料;加入碳纤维,以1500-1800转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌40-50min,使得碳纤维在浆料中分散均匀;
(3)将环氧树脂E-44、稀释剂660A混合搅拌均匀,水浴加热至70-80℃搅拌3-4h,取出,冷却,加入三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚、双环己酮草酰二腙,混合搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)的产物中,再加入水玻璃,以1800-2000转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌40-50min,再加入羟丙基甲基纤维素,继续高速搅拌1-2h,得到防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明首先采用碳化硅、硅藻土和氧化铝烧结制备碳化硅陶瓷,碳化硅陶瓷具有很高的硬度、优良的力学性能和相对较低的密度,以碳化硅陶瓷作为基材,使涂层具有耐磨损、高硬度、良好的机械加工强度等优越性能;采用环氧树脂和水玻璃复配作为胶粘剂,扩大使用温度,起到粘结陶瓷基材和膨胀蛭石、纳米二氧化硅等填料及碳纤维的作用,同时使涂料具备良好的施工性能,增加涂层与球墨铸铁管材之间的附着力,使涂层具有良好的耐水、耐稀酸、耐盐和耐碱性;加入苯丙乳液,使得本涂料固化成膜后,有光泽和韧性,不龟裂,并具有良好的附着力好,耐水、耐油、耐热、耐老化性能良好等;膨胀蛭石、纳米二氧化硅等填料的加入,为了增加涂层的硬度、抗拉强度及抗剪切强度,同时使涂层具备低的导热系数;具有轴向强度和模量高,无蠕变,耐疲劳性好优良特性的碳纤维的加入,增强涂料的机械加工强度、减少涂料的收缩和开裂,使涂层具有很高的柔韧性;本发明制备环氧陶瓷涂料涂层致密光滑、坚如陶瓷、粘结牢固、厚度均匀,耐水、防腐蚀、电绝缘性能优异等优良特性。
具体实施方式
本实施例的防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料,其由如下重量份的原料制备而成:硅藻土30份、碳化硅粉体120份、玉米淀粉25份、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠8份、氧化铝20份、十二碳醇酯4份、磷酸三苯酯4份、二乙二醇丁醚6份、膨胀蛭石20份、纳米二氧化硅15份、硫酸钡12份、苯丙乳液25份、三(十二烷基苯磺酰基)钛酸异丙酯10份、碳纤维15份、环氧树脂E-44 80份、稀释剂660A 15份、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚4份、双环己酮草酰二腙15份、水玻璃20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素12份、适量的去离子水。
本实施例的防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)将碳化硅粉体、硅藻土、玉米淀粉、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠加入球磨机中,混合均匀后再加入氧化铝和相当于碳化硅粉体重量份3倍的去离子水,球磨10h后取出,得到浆料,悬片式磁力搅拌仪搅拌30min,注入塑料模具,在75℃下保温40min后脱模,60℃下继续干燥12h,在箱式电阻炉中空气气氛下,先以6℃/min的升温速率升温至300℃,并保温60min,再以20℃/min的升温速率分别升温至1300℃、1400℃、1500℃、1600℃下进行烧结30min,自然冷却至40℃以下,粉碎至80目的粉末;
(2)将十二碳醇酯、磷酸三苯酯、二乙二醇丁醚加入到分散罐中,以1000转/min的搅拌速率搅拌至均匀;将步骤(1)的产物、膨胀蛭石、纳米二氧化硅、硫酸钡加入到分散灌中,以1500转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌50min,加入三(十二烷基苯磺酰基)钛酸异丙酯、苯丙乳液和相当于苯丙乳液重量份5倍的去离子水,继续高速搅拌2h,搅拌制成浆料;加入碳纤维,以1800转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌50min,使得碳纤维在浆料中分散均匀;
(3)将环氧树脂E-44、稀释剂660A混合搅拌均匀,水浴加热至80℃搅拌4h,取出,冷却,加入三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚、双环己酮草酰二腙,混合搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)的产物中,再加入水玻璃,以2000转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌50min,再加入羟丙基甲基纤维素,继续高速搅拌2h,得到防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料。
耐标准中性盐雾性能和耐腐蚀测试:采用标准中性盐雾机做中性盐雾实验。将样品(涂覆量:250mg/dm2)放入盐雾机中用盐水(浓度为5%,pH为6.5-7.5)在35℃下喷雾,观察样品状况变化。测试结果:样品在1500h内未出现红锈。
Claims (2)
1.一种防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,其由如下重量份的原料制备而成:硅藻土20-30份、碳化硅粉体100-120份、玉米淀粉20-25份、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠6-8份、氧化铝15-20份、十二碳醇酯3-4份、磷酸三苯酯3-4份、二乙二醇丁醚5-6份、膨胀蛭石15-20份、纳米二氧化硅12-15份、硫酸钡10-12份、苯丙乳液20-25份、三(十二烷基苯磺酰基)钛酸异丙酯8-10份、碳纤维12-15份、环氧树脂E-44 70-80份、稀释剂660A 12-15份、三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚3-4份、双环己酮草酰二腙12-15份、水玻璃15-20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素10-12份、适量的去离子水。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)将碳化硅粉体、硅藻土、玉米淀粉、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠加入球磨机中,混合均匀后再加入氧化铝和相当于碳化硅粉体重量份2-3倍的去离子水,球磨8-10h后取出,得到浆料,悬片式磁力搅拌仪搅拌20-30min,注入塑料模具,在70-75℃下保温30-40min后脱模,50-60℃下继续干燥10-12h,在箱式电阻炉中空气气氛下,先以4-6℃/min的升温速率升温至300℃,并保温50-60min,再以15-20℃/min的升温速率分别升温至1300℃、1400℃、1500℃、1600℃下进行烧结20-30min,自然冷却至40℃以下,粉碎至60-80目的粉末;
(2)将十二碳醇酯、磷酸三苯酯、二乙二醇丁醚加入到分散罐中,以800-1000转/min的搅拌速率搅拌至均匀;将步骤(1)的产物、膨胀蛭石、纳米二氧化硅、硫酸钡加入到分散灌中,以1500-1800转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌40-50min,加入三(十二烷基苯磺酰基)钛酸异丙酯、苯丙乳液和相当于苯丙乳液重量份4-5倍的去离子水,继续高速搅拌1.5-2h,搅拌制成浆料;加入碳纤维,以1500-1800转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌40-50min,使得碳纤维在浆料中分散均匀;
(3)将环氧树脂E-44、稀释剂660A混合搅拌均匀,水浴加热至70-80℃搅拌3-4h,取出,冷却,加入三缩水甘油基对氨基苯酚、双环己酮草酰二腙,混合搅拌均匀后加入步骤(2)的产物中,再加入水玻璃,以1800-2000转/min的搅拌速率高速搅拌40-50min,再加入羟丙基甲基纤维素,继续高速搅拌1-2h,得到防龟裂的环氧陶瓷涂料。
