The invention provides an automatic bar code scanning device for a container, which is shown in figures 1-2, wherein figure 1 is a perspective view of the automatic bar code scanning device for the container. Fig. 2 is a top view of an automated bar code scanner of the container of the present invention. The automatic barcode scanning device of the container comprises: a rail mount 7; a container mount 9 disposed on the rail mount 7 for carrying a container 10; a transport belt 6 provided on the rail base 7 for transporting the container base 9; a blocking rotating assembly 1 arranged on the track base 7 for controlling the motion state of the container base 9; and a scanning component 3 arranged on the track base 7 and used for automatically scanning the bar code label on the container 10.
According to the automatic bar code scanning device, the blocking rotating assembly 1 is arranged and used for controlling the container base 9 to brake, release, rotate and the like on the conveying belt 6, and a blocking device of the container base 9 is not required to be arranged independently, so that the bar code scanner 303 can scan out a bar code label on the container 10 more conveniently and accurately, the structure of the device is simplified, the cost is reduced, fault points are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

In addition, as can be seen from fig. 3, the driving motor 103 is mounted on the motor connecting plate 102 by bolts, and the friction wheel 101 is mounted on the motor shaft of the driving motor 103 by a jackscrew. The blocking rotation assembly 1 further comprises: rail slider 104, first guide plate 107, and first cylinder 106. The guide rail sliding block 104 and the first guide plate 107 are mounted on the motor connecting plate 102 through bolts, the first air cylinder 106 is mounted on the first connecting plate 105 and the motor connecting plate 102 through bolts, and the first connecting plate 105 and the guide rail sliding block 104 are mounted together through bolts.
Preferably, the friction wheel 101 in this embodiment is a polyurethane friction wheel, which does not slip, and can more effectively drive the container base 9 to rotate, so as to ensure more stable operation of the device, and the transmission efficiency is high.
Further, since the container base 9 is transported on the transport belt 6 and is driven by the driving motor 103 to rotate at a high speed, in order to ensure that the container base 9 operates stably and that the container base 9 can accurately reach an operating position, the automatic barcode scanning device of the present invention further includes a pressing following mechanism 2 for pressing the container base 9 and following the container base 9 to move.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a perspective view of a pressing follower mechanism in the automatic barcode scanning device for a container of the present invention. The pressing follow-up mechanism 2 includes: a pressing bearing 201 for pressing the container base 9 and following the container base 9, and a second cylinder 205. The pressing bearing 201 is mounted on the second guide plate 204 by using a shaft 203 and a shaft sleeve 202, the second air cylinder 205 and a preset linear bearing 207 are mounted on the second connecting plate 206 by using bolts, and the second guide plate 204, a cylinder rod of the second air cylinder 205 and a guide rod of the linear bearing 207 are fixed by using bolts.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a perspective view of an assembly of the blocking rotation assembly and the pressing follower in the automatic barcode scanning apparatus for containers according to the present invention. The blocking rotating component 1 and the pressing following mechanism 2 in the invention are respectively driven by cylinders, and the pressing following mechanism 2 and the blocking rotating component 1 are connected with bolts through a third connecting plate 208.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a perspective view of a scanning assembly in the automatic barcode scanning apparatus of the container of the present invention. The scanning assembly 3 of the present invention includes an angle adjusting connection plate 301, a fourth connection plate 302, and a barcode scanner 303. The barcode scanner 303 is mounted on the fourth connecting plate 302 by using a bolt, and adjusts an angle of the assembly formed by the blocking rotating assembly 1 and the pressing follow-up mechanism 2, and is mounted on the angle adjusting connecting plate 301 by using a bolt.
Furthermore, a positioning follow-up mechanism 4 for positioning the container base 9 is arranged on the track base 7. For example, the track base 7 in this embodiment may be an H-shaped track base 7 (the same reference numerals are used for the track bases), further ensuring the stability of the whole device. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a perspective view of a positioning follow-up mechanism in the automatic barcode scanning apparatus for containers of the present invention. Fig. 8 is a front view of a positioning follower in the automated barcode scanning apparatus of the container of the present invention. The positioning follower 4 adopts a positioning pin 401 and a bearing spacer 403 to mount 2 bearings 402 on the rail base 7. In order to further ensure that the container base 9 can stably run in the process of high-speed rotation, the container base 9 at the operation position is subjected to three-point positioning rotation operation by adopting the blocking rotating assembly 1, the positioning follow-up mechanism 4 and the pressing follow-up mechanism 2, so that the positioning is more reliable, the high-speed rotation of the container base 9 can be realized, and the container base 9 can be further ensured to be stopped, released and stably rotated in time. In addition, because the blocking rotating assembly 1 and the pressing follow-up mechanism 2 are driven by cylinders, the pretightening force is moderate when the container base 9 is positioned, the impact on each mechanism is buffered, and the service life of each mechanism is longer. Meanwhile, when the container base 9 rotates at a high speed, the scanning component 3 automatically scans the bar code label on the container 10 at a high speed, and the scanning efficiency is greatly improved.
Further, the rail base 7 of the present invention is further provided with a wear plate 8 for preventing the transport belt 6 from being excessively worn. In addition, the automatic barcode scanning device of the present invention further comprises: a sensor 5 for detecting whether the container base 9 reaches an operating position, the sensor 5 being arranged on the container base 9. Through setting up this sensor 5, can effectively detect out whether container base 9 reachs the operation position, be convenient for in time start scanning subassembly 3, improve work efficiency.
In the specific implementation, when the barcode scanning device of the container is in the initial state, the first cylinder 106 in the blocking rotating assembly 1 extends out, and drives the first guide plate 107, the friction wheel 101, the motor connecting plate 102 and the driving motor 103 to extend forward along the guide rail sliding block 104, so that the first cylinder 106 in the blocking rotating assembly 1 is in the extending state; the second cylinder 205 in the pressing following mechanism 2 retracts to drive the pressing bearing 201, the shaft sleeve 202, the shaft 203 and the second guide plate 204 to retract along the linear bearing 207, so that the second cylinder 205 in the pressing following mechanism 2 is in a retracted state. When the container 10 with the bar code carried by the container base 9 is transported to an operation position by the transport belt 6, the blocked rotating assembly 1 blocks and stops, the sensor 5 detects whether the container base 9 reaches the operation position, when the container base 9 is detected to reach the operation position, the second air cylinder 205 in the pressing follow-up mechanism 2 is driven to extend out, the pressing bearing 201, the shaft sleeve 202, the shaft 203 and the second guide plate 204 are driven to extend out along the linear bearing 207, the second air cylinder 205 which extends out simultaneously and the positioning follow-up mechanism 4 arranged on the track base 7 clamp the container base 9 to form three-point positioning, the driving motor 103 is controlled to rotate, the container base 9 is driven to rotate at high speed by the friction wheel 101, the bar code scanner 303 is started to scan the code, when the code scanning is successful, the driving motor 103 stops rotating, the first air cylinder 106 retracts to drive the first guide plate 107, the friction wheel 101, The motor connecting plate 102, the driving motor 103, retract along the guide rail slider 104, block the retraction of the rotating assembly 1, and allow the container base 9 to pass through. The transport belt 6 drives the container base 9 to leave the operation position, and the initial state is recovered to wait for the next container base 9 to enter the operation position for code scanning operation. The automatic bar code scanning device has the advantages that the working process is more efficient, the full-automatic work is realized, the manual intervention is not needed, the blocking and rotating assembly 1 is arranged and used for controlling the functional actions of braking, releasing, rotating and the like of the container base 9 on the conveying belt 6, and the blocking and stopping device of the container base is not needed to be arranged independently, so that the scanning assembly can more conveniently and accurately scan out the bar code label on the container, the structure of the device is simplified, the cost is reduced, the fault points are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
Preferably, in the implementation, when any fault occurs during the operation of the automatic barcode scanning device, an error is automatically reported to the system. For example, if the barcode scanner 303 fails to scan, the barcode scanner automatically reports an error, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to maintain.
