Abstract
本发明公开通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将砍伐的红椿剥皮;(2)浸泡在含有Fe3+的水溶液中;(3)干燥;(4)浸泡于NH4HCO3的甘油‑水溶液中;(5)浸泡于pH为12~13氢氧化钠溶液中;(6)干燥。本发明加工后的红椿木材,材质坚硬程度与铁刀木相当,色泽与30年生红椿相似,兼具铁刀木和30年生红椿的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及木材深加工技术领域。具体地说是通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法。
背景技术
10年及以下生的红椿木材并不能显示出其特有的红褐色,只有20年及以上生的红椿木材才能够显示其特有的红褐色;这就导致市场上10年及以下生的红椿木材价格不足1000元/立方米,而20年及以上生的红椿木材价格在5000元左右。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将砍伐的10年生及以下的红椿剥皮;
(2)浸泡在含有Fe3+的水溶液中;
(3)干燥;
(4)浸泡于NH4HCO3的甘油-水溶液中;
(5)浸泡于pH为12~13氢氧化钠溶液中;
(6)干燥。
上述通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,在步骤(1)中具体包括如下步骤:
(1-1)将砍伐的10年生及以下的红椿剥皮,阴干至含水率为20wt%~30wt%,得红椿木材;
(1-2)在干燥箱内将红椿木材加热至90~100℃,然后放入微波炉中进行微波处理,微波频率为2.45GHz,功率为600W~900W,时间为100~200s。
上述通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,在步骤(2)中,将水溶性三价铁盐加入到水中,将步骤红椿木材浸泡于三价铁盐的水溶液中,浸泡时间为96~144h。
上述通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,在步骤(3)中,将步骤(2)中浸泡后的红椿木材在-5℃~-10℃的条件下冷冻12~48h,然后在干燥箱内干燥至含水率为20wt%~30wt%。
上述通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,在步骤(4)中,NH4HCO3的甘油-水溶液为饱和溶液,即向甘油中加入NH4HCO3直至不再溶解,再加入与甘油等质量的水,并且保持溶液始终有未溶解的NH4HCO3固体,浸泡时间为144~288h,浸泡温度为25~30℃。
上述通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,在步骤(5)中:氢氧化钠溶液的初始温度为10~20℃,然后以1~2℃/h的升温速度逐步升温至80℃并保温48~96h,升温过程中监测溶液pH并保持溶液pH为12~13。
上述通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,在步骤(6)中:在温度为80~100℃的条件下,干燥12~48h。
本发明的技术方案取得了如下有益的技术效果:首先将Fe3+渗透到红椿圆木中,然后再将NH4HCO3渗透到红椿圆木中,再经氢氧化钠溶液浸泡,逐步升温过程中NH4HCO3受热分解生成NH3、CO2和H2O,一方面有利于氢氧化钠溶液向木材内部渗透并与Fe3+反应生成铁的氢氧化物,另一方面NH3和H2O在木材内部会形成NH3·H2O,从而加速Fe3+与OH-反应生成铁的氢氧化物,最后干燥形成Fe2O3沉积于木材纤维上,使得红椿木材呈现出红褐色、且颜色均一稳定,提高红椿木材的售价。
具体实施方式
通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将砍伐的10年生红椿剥皮,取直径为11.6cm、长度为11.6cm的待处理红椿圆木;
(1-1)将红椿圆木阴干至含水率为25wt%,得红椿木材;
(1-2)在干燥箱内将红椿木材加热至95℃,然后放入微波炉中进行微波处理,微波频率为2.45GHz,功率为600W~900W,时间为150s。
(2)浸泡在含有Fe3+的水溶液中;
将自来水加热至100℃,然后冷却至30℃保温备用;取50kg上述自来水,加入10.45kg的Fe2(SO4)3·H2O,搅拌1h得含有Fe3+的水溶液;然后将步骤(1-2)处理后的红椿木材浸泡在含有Fe3+的水溶液中,浸泡时间为96h。
(3)冷冻、干燥;
将步骤(2)中浸泡后的红椿木材在-10℃的条件下冷冻48h,然后在干燥箱内干燥至含水率为30wt%。
(4)浸泡于NH4HCO3的甘油-水溶液中;
在温度为30℃的条件下,向25kg的甘油中加入NH4HCO3直至不再溶解,然后加入25kg的水,最后将步骤(3)中处理后的红椿木材浸泡于此混合溶液中,浸泡时间为192h。
(5)浸泡于pH为12~13氢氧化钠溶液中;
在10℃的条件下,将氢氧化钠溶解于自来水中,配制50kg、pH为13的氢氧化钠溶液,将步骤(4)中处理后的红椿木材浸泡于此氢氧化钠溶液中;然后以2℃/h的升温速度逐步升温至80℃并保温72h,升温过程中监测溶液pH并保持溶液pH为13。
(6)干燥:在温度为90℃的条件下,干燥48h即得;干燥后的红椿木材可在清水中浸泡12-48小时,除去木材表层的残留氢氧化钠,也可以在加工成产品之后再在清水中进行浸泡而除去残留的氢氧化钠。
本实施例加工后的红椿木材,材质坚硬程度与铁刀木相当,色泽与30年生的红椿木材相似,兼具铁刀木和30年生红椿的优点;其作为铁刀木的替代品,能够彻底避免铁刀木木材因加工时容易对人的眼睛造成危害的缺陷;其作为30年生红椿的替代品,外观视觉能够达到30年生红椿的效果,能够满足人们对红褐色材质红椿的需求。10年生及以下的红椿圆木价格不超过1000元/立方米,经本发明加工后,价格可达5000元/立方米,经济效益良好。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本专利申请权利要求的保护范围之中。
Claims (2)
1.通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将砍伐的10年生及以下的红椿剥皮;
(1-1)将砍伐的10年生及以下的红椿剥皮,阴干至含水率为20wt%~30wt%,得红椿木材;
(1-2)在干燥箱内将红椿木材加热至90~100℃,然后放入微波炉中进行微波处理,微波频率为2.45GHz,功率为600W~900W,时间为100~200s;
(2)浸泡在含有Fe3+的水溶液中;将水溶性三价铁盐加入到水中,将步骤红椿木材浸泡于三价铁盐的水溶液中,浸泡时间为96~144h;
(3)干燥;将步骤(2)中浸泡后的红椿木材在-5℃~-10℃的条件下冷冻12~48h,然后在干燥箱内干燥至含水率为20wt%~30wt%;
(4)浸泡于NH4HCO3的甘油-水溶液中;NH4HCO3的甘油-水溶液为饱和溶液,即向甘油中加入NH4HCO3直至不再溶解,再加入与甘油等质量的水,并且保持溶液始终有未溶解的NH4HCO3固体,浸泡时间为144~288h,浸泡温度为25~30℃;
(5)浸泡于pH为12~13氢氧化钠溶液中;氢氧化钠溶液的初始温度为10~20℃,然后以1~2℃/h的升温速度逐步升温至80℃并保温48~96h,升温过程中监测溶液pH并保持溶液pH为12~13;
(6)干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通过红椿木材变色而提高红椿木材价值的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(6)中:在温度为80~100℃的条件下,干燥12~48h。
