Abstract
The invention provides a spring plate product welding device applied to an SMT (surface mounting technology) mounting line, which comprises a base, wherein a rack is arranged on the base, a linear driving mechanism is arranged at the top of the rack, a lifting mechanism is connected onto the linear driving mechanism in a sliding manner, a welding head is fixedly connected onto a driving shaft of the lifting mechanism, a plurality of positioning tables are further arranged on the base, a plurality of positioning jigs are arranged on the positioning tables, the positioning jigs are provided with a bottom plate, a plurality of guide posts are arranged on the bottom plate, jig plates are sleeved on the guide posts in a sliding manner, the jig plates are rectangular jig plates, and spring plate positioning grooves are formed in the jig plates. The invention replaces the traditional hand welding mode, and the positioning accuracy is improved by matching with the positioning jig, so that the processing efficiency and the processing accuracy can be effectively improved.

Technical Field

Background
