Abstract

本发明公开了一种滚筒式车轮法兰面去粉装置,根据待处理车轮的尺寸,更换对应的滚筒刷,机械手将车轮放置在限位盘的相应位置处,气缸Ⅰ输出端伸长驱动压块将车轮压紧,滑座及其上面的机构随着齿条在导柱Ⅰ行程范围内进行往复移动,在电机Ⅱ开始工作的同时,电机Ⅰ驱动齿轮Ⅱ转动,齿轮Ⅰ按照一定的传动比将转速通过支撑轴传递给滚筒刷,滚筒刷在随支撑轴自转的同时,通过齿轮Ⅲ齿条传动,在车轮法兰平面上往复移动若干次后,车轮法兰平面上的粉末或油漆被清扫干净。本发明所提供的去粉装置极大地提升了车轮法兰平面的清理效果和车间生产加工效率,避免了车间工人操作水平等人为因素对清理效果及生产加工效率的影响。

Description

一种滚筒式车轮法兰面去粉装置
技术领域
本发明涉及表面处理,具体地涉及一种车轮法兰面表面处理装置。
背景技术
车轮在机加工完成后,需要喷涂若干层不同类型的粉末、油漆等附着物,起保护装饰作用。考虑车轮的装配要求,车轮法兰平面不允许沾附粉末或油漆,但是在喷涂或者转运过程中粉末或油漆会不可避免的粘附到车轮法兰平面上。目前,通常采用工人手动处理的方式去除车轮法兰平面的粘附物,人工成本高,一致性不易保证,处理效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种滚筒式车轮法兰面去粉装置,提高车轮法兰平面附着物去除质量及效率。
一种滚筒式车轮法兰面去粉装置,包括:上底板,气缸Ⅰ,限位盘,压块,轴承盖Ⅰ,轴承Ⅰ,齿轮Ⅰ,支撑轴,滚筒刷,轴承Ⅱ,轴承盖Ⅱ,接头螺母,支板Ⅰ,电机Ⅰ,支柱Ⅰ;吸风机,电机Ⅱ,联轴器,齿轮Ⅱ,下底板,支板Ⅱ,齿轮Ⅲ,齿条,导柱Ⅰ,滑座,电机Ⅰ防护罩。
四个支柱Ⅰ均匀分布安装在下底板上,上底板安装在四个支柱Ⅰ上,限位盘安装在上底板上,三个气缸Ⅰ均匀分布安装在上底板上,三个压块分别与其对应的气缸Ⅰ和限位盘联接安装,两个支板Ⅱ对称安装在下底板的两侧,两个导柱Ⅰ穿过滑座安装在两个支板Ⅱ上,齿条通过螺栓联接安装在滑座的下面,电机Ⅱ安装在下底板上,齿轮Ⅲ安装在电机Ⅱ输出端,齿轮Ⅲ和齿条相啮合,电机Ⅰ安装在滑座上,齿轮Ⅱ通过联轴器安装在电机Ⅰ的输出端,电机Ⅰ防护罩将电机Ⅰ和联轴器包围在其内部并安装在滑座上,两个支板Ⅰ对称安装在滑座的两侧,支撑轴的左侧安装有齿轮Ⅰ,轴承Ⅰ套在支撑轴的左侧并且安装在左侧支板Ⅰ上的通孔内,轴承盖Ⅰ安装在左侧支板Ⅰ,限制支撑轴的轴向窜动,滚筒刷安装在支撑轴上,支撑轴的右侧套有轴承Ⅱ并且安装在右侧支板Ⅰ上的通孔内,轴承盖Ⅱ安装在右侧支板Ⅰ,限制支撑轴的轴向窜动,吸风机的接头螺母安装在轴承盖Ⅱ的右侧。
实际使用中,根据待处理车轮的尺寸,更换对应的滚筒刷,机械手将车轮放置在限位盘的相应位置处,气缸Ⅰ输出端伸长驱动压块将车轮压紧,电机Ⅱ驱动齿轮Ⅲ按照一定的转速转动,齿条在齿轮Ⅲ的驱动下以一定的速度移动,滑座及其上面的机构随着齿条在导柱Ⅰ行程范围内进行往复移动,在电机Ⅱ开始工作的同时,电机Ⅰ驱动齿轮Ⅱ转动,齿轮Ⅰ按照一定的传动比将转速通过支撑轴传递给滚筒刷,滚筒刷在随支撑轴自转的同时,通过齿轮Ⅲ齿条传动,在车轮法兰平面上往复移动若干次后,车轮法兰平面上的粉末或油漆被清扫干净,此时,气缸Ⅰ输出端收缩,压块展开,机械手将车轮夹持至下一工序。
在实际生产加工中,一个车轮型号通常会生产至少一个班次,所以滚筒刷不必经常更换,使得车间生产加工具有一定的持续性,减少了辅助时间,提高了生产效率。
滚筒刷刷过一定数量的车轮后,由于滚筒刷本身粘有了太多的粉尘,导致车轮法兰平面刷不干净。所以,滚筒刷每工作一定时间,吸风机开始工作,通过滚筒刷上面的小孔和支撑轴中空部分将滚筒刷表面的粉尘吸走。
所述的限位盘的阶梯尺寸分别对应若干不同尺寸的车轮,每一阶尺寸比车轮内轮缘直径多5mm,可以适应更多尺寸的车轮,车轮的径向定位误差可以被滚筒刷的尺寸覆盖掉。
所述的导柱Ⅰ保证了滑座及其上面的机构在移动过程中的稳定性。
所述的压块的材料选用柔软材料,避免压块材料过硬将车轮轮辋部分压出痕迹。
所述的滚筒刷为中空结构,其外表面均布着毛刷和排气孔,每一个排气孔在吸风机开始工作时都充当一个吸气口,可将孔周围的粉尘吸走。
所述的支撑轴有一部分为中空轴,这一部分在吸风机开始工作时充当粉尘和空气流通的导管。
所述的齿轮Ⅲ齿条传动和齿轮Ⅰ齿轮Ⅱ传动机构传递方式简单,适合工作在粉尘弥漫的恶劣环境中。
本发明所提供的去粉装置极大地提升了车轮法兰平面的清理效果和车间生产加工效率,避免了车间工人操作水平等人为因素对清理效果及生产加工效率的影响。

一种滚筒式车轮法兰面去粉装置,包括:上底板1,气缸Ⅰ2,限位盘3,压块4,轴承盖Ⅰ5,轴承Ⅰ6,齿轮Ⅰ7,支撑轴8,滚筒刷9,轴承Ⅱ11,轴承盖Ⅱ12,接头螺母13,支板Ⅰ14,电机Ⅰ15,支柱Ⅰ16;吸风机17,电机Ⅱ18,联轴器19,齿轮Ⅱ20,下底板21,支板Ⅱ22,齿轮Ⅲ23,齿条24,导柱Ⅰ25,滑座26,电机Ⅰ防护罩27。
四个支柱Ⅰ16均匀分布安装在下底板21上,上底板1安装在四个支柱Ⅰ16上,限位盘3安装在上底板1上,三个气缸Ⅰ2均匀分布安装在上底板1上,三个压块4分别与其对应的气缸Ⅰ2和限位盘3联接安装,两个支板Ⅱ22对称安装在下底板21的两侧,两个导柱Ⅰ25穿过滑座26安装在两个支板Ⅱ22上,齿条24通过螺栓联接安装在滑座26的下面,电机Ⅱ18安装在下底板21上,齿轮Ⅲ23安装在电机Ⅱ18输出端,齿轮Ⅲ23和齿条24相啮合,电机Ⅰ15安装在滑座26上,齿轮Ⅱ20通过联轴器19安装在电机Ⅰ15的输出端,电机Ⅰ防护罩27将电机Ⅰ15和联轴器19包围在其内部并安装在滑座26上,两个支板Ⅰ14对称安装在滑座26的两侧,支撑轴8的左侧安装有齿轮Ⅰ7,轴承Ⅰ6套在支撑轴8的左侧并且安装在左侧支板Ⅰ14上的通孔内,轴承盖Ⅰ5安装在左侧支板Ⅰ14,限制支撑轴8的轴向窜动,滚筒刷9安装在支撑轴8上,支撑轴8的右侧套有轴承Ⅱ11并且安装在右侧支板Ⅰ14上的通孔内,轴承盖Ⅱ12安装在右侧支板Ⅰ14,限制支撑轴8的轴向窜动,吸风机17的接头螺母13安装在轴承盖Ⅱ12的右侧。
实际使用中,根据待处理车轮10的尺寸,更换对应的滚筒刷9,机械手将车轮10放置在限位盘3的相应位置处,气缸Ⅰ2输出端伸长驱动压块4将车轮10压紧,电机Ⅱ18驱动齿轮Ⅲ23按照一定的转速转动,齿条24在齿轮Ⅲ23的驱动下以一定的速度移动,滑座26及其上面的机构随着齿条24在导柱Ⅰ25行程范围内进行往复移动,在电机Ⅱ18开始工作的同时,电机Ⅰ15驱动齿轮Ⅱ20转动,齿轮Ⅰ7按照一定的传动比将转速通过支撑轴8传递给滚筒刷9,滚筒刷9在随支撑轴8自转的同时,通过齿轮Ⅲ23齿条24传动,在车轮10法兰平面上往复移动若干次后,车轮10法兰平面上的粉末或油漆被清扫干净,此时,气缸Ⅰ2输出端收缩,压块4展开,机械手将车轮10夹持至下一工序。
