本发明抗皱抗衰老美白面膜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水70~80份、乙酰壳糖胺1.5~2份、聚谷氨酸钠0.8~1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2.5~3份、柠檬酸异癸酯0.8~1份、芦荟提取物5~6份、北美金缕梅叶提取物3~4份、桃红侧耳提取物3~4份、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物3~4份、葡萄籽油8~10份、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠2.5~3份、羟乙基纤维素2.5~3份、肌醇六磷酸2.5~3份。本发明抗皱抗衰老美白面膜的各组分协同,具有突出的美白以及抑制弹性蛋白酶的活性,抗皱抗衰老的功效,同时具有极佳的保湿效果,而且抗敏效果好,能够给肌肤带来多方面的修复和保护。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗皱抗衰老美白面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
氧化是皮肤衰老的最大威胁之一,D.Harman率先提出了自由基衰老学说,他认为机体衰老是由于细胞正常代谢过程中产生的自由基的有害作用造成的。一般情况下,机体内的自由基的产生与消失是动态平衡的,但是年龄增大、饮食不健康、劳累过度、精神压力大等因素都能让肌肤自由基泛滥,过剩的自由基会在皮肤细胞组织中累积并与细胞膜内含量丰富的脂类物质发生氧化作用,造成生物细胞膜的损伤,从而产生面色黯淡无光泽、缺水干燥等氧化现象。因此,过剩的自由基是造成皮肤衰老的重要因素。弹性蛋白酶(Elastase)是一种分解不溶性弹性蛋白为特征的蛋白水解酶,主要通过动物胰脏和微生物发酵获得,是除了自由基外,对人体皮肤等产生重要影响的生物活性酶。弹性蛋白酶会使皮肤真皮中支撑皮肤结构的弹性蛋白被过度的降解,从而使皮肤产生皱纹、松弛无弹性等衰老症状。应用于抗衰老化妆品中的保湿剂主要有吡咯烷酮羧酸盐、山梨醇、甘油、聚乙二醇、胆固醇油酸、透明质酸、乳酸和一些微生物的发酵代谢物等,其中应用最广的是透明质酸。用于化妆品中的活性抗氧化剂主要有维生素E、维生素C、超氧化物歧化酶、辅酶Q10、硫酸锌、阿魏酸、绿茶、艾地苯醌、多酚类物质以及类胡萝卜素等。如今大部分美白化妆品都是根据酪氨酸酶为基础,利用美白活性成分来控制酪氨酸酶的活性,从而降低黑色素的形成,达到美白的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有突出的抗皱抗衰老和美白功效以及优异保湿效果的抗皱抗衰老美白面膜及其制备方法。
本发明抗皱抗衰老美白面膜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水70~80份、乙酰壳糖胺1.5~2份、聚谷氨酸钠0.8~1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2.5~3份、柠檬酸异癸酯0.8~1份、芦荟提取物5~6份、北美金缕梅叶提取物3~4份、桃红侧耳提取物3~4份、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物3~4份、葡萄籽油8~10份、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠2.5~3份、羟乙基纤维素2.5~3份、肌醇六磷酸2.5~3份。
作为优化,该抗皱抗衰老美白面膜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水75份、乙酰壳糖胺1.6份、聚谷氨酸钠0.9份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2.7份、柠檬酸异癸酯0.9份、芦荟提取物5.5份、北美金缕梅叶提取物3.2份、桃红侧耳提取物3.6份、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物3.8份、葡萄籽油9.5份、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠2.6份、羟乙基纤维素2.8份、肌醇六磷酸2.8份。
制备该抗皱抗衰老美白面膜的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将所述重量份数的纯净水、乙酰壳糖胺、聚谷氨酸钠、鲸蜡硬脂醇、柠檬酸异癸酯加入反应釜中,温度升到70~80℃,搅拌速度为600~700r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
2)将所述重量份数的北美金镂梅提取物、芦荟提取物、桃红侧耳提取物、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物、加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌20~30min;
3)将所述重量份数的葡萄籽油、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠,缓慢加入反应釜中,搅拌速度为800~100r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
4)待反应釜温度降低至45~50℃时,加入所述重量份数的羟乙基纤维素和肌醇六磷酸,搅拌速度为1200~1500r/min,搅拌充分混合后进行灭菌,待温度降到室温后,得到。
本发明抗皱抗衰老美白面膜,葡萄籽油具有抵抗自由基,抗老化,降低紫外线的伤害,保护肌肤中的胶原蛋白等全方位的修复和保护功效。采用乙酰壳糖胺同聚谷氨酸钠复合保湿能力进一步加强,能有效地增加皮肤的保湿能力。鲸蜡硬脂醇、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠、柠檬酸异癸酯作为乳化剂、羟乙基纤维素、肌醇六磷酸作为增稠和螯合剂兼具营养肌肤功效,组成的面膜稳定性好,可以保持黏度,抑制油腻感;在70℃-0℃下48h不分层。采用植物组分北美金缕梅叶提取物为舒缓抗敏保湿剂。桃红侧耳提取物可以有效地抑制弹性蛋白酶的活性,从而起到增强皮肤弹性,减少皱纹及色素沉着,延缓皮肤衰老等作用。钝药野木瓜发酵提取物,可以促进黑色素代谢、抑制及破坏黑色素生成,具有美白肌肤的突出功效。芦荟提取物有助于改变皮脂的组成,具有抗菌消炎和保湿的作用。
本发明抗皱抗衰老美白面膜的各组分协同突出,具有突出的美白以及抑制弹性蛋白酶的活性,抗皱抗衰老的功效,同时具有极佳的保湿效果,而且抗敏效果好,能够给肌肤带来多方面的修复和保护。

具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明组分中,葡萄籽油可以抵抗自由基,抗老化,帮助吸收维生素C和E,强化循环系统的弹性,降低紫外线的伤害,保护肌肤中的胶原蛋白,改善静脉肿胀与水肿,预防黑色素沉淀。乙酰壳糖胺NAG具有优异的透皮吸收性,能提高皮肤的水合能力,是一种高效能的保湿剂,同时能加快伤口的愈合,改善皮肤水合程度。聚谷氨酸钠特殊的分子结构,使其具有极强的保湿能力,能有效地增加皮肤的保湿能力,促进皮肤健康,其超强的保湿能力更优于玻尿酸以及胶原蛋白,为新一代的生物科技保湿成份。鲸蜡硬脂醇作为乳化剂,具有抑制油腻感,降低蜡类原料黏性,稳定化妆品乳胶体等作用。肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠是增稠而不降粘的氨基酸表面活性剂,具有很好的发泡性及良好的去污与抗静电能力。柠檬酸异癸酯具有增塑效果,与乳化剂相似,可提高产品的稳定性,能有效软化肌肤角质层,帮助肌肤吸收养分,令肌肤柔软而富有弹性。羟乙基纤维素具有良好的增稠、悬浮、分散、乳化、粘合、成膜、保护水分和提供保护胶体等特性。可选用陶氏日化级羟乙基纤维素QP30000H。肌醇六磷酸在化妆品中作螯合剂使用,同时该成分也有去角质的作用。
北美金缕梅叶提取物为舒缓抗敏保湿剂,用于各种肤质,能够保湿修护肌肤,改善细纹暗沉等肌肤问题,让肌肤紧致而富有弹性。可选用陕西慧科植物开发有限公司,10:1金缕梅提取物。
桃红侧耳提取物可以有效地抑制弹性蛋白酶的活性,从而起到增强皮肤弹性,减少皱纹及色素沉着,延缓皮肤衰老等作用。可以通过以下方法提取:将桃红侧耳(Pleruotussalmoneostramineus L. Vass.)微粉碎过120~200目筛;将桃红侧耳粉置入浸提罐中,按照料液比1:20加入体积浓度为80%的乙醇,于55~60℃温度下循环浸提2~3h,然后8000r/min离心10分钟,取上清液,减压浓缩,经低温干燥,即得。
抑制弹性蛋白酶试验:弹性蛋白酶(Elastase)会使皮肤真皮中支撑皮肤结构的弹性蛋白被过度的降解,从而使皮肤产生皱纹、松弛无弹性等衰老症状。采用分光光度法测定对弹性蛋白酶的抑制率。以刚果红-弹性蛋白为底物,弹性蛋白被酶分解后,刚果红会脱落,测定溶液中刚果红的含量以表征酶活性。三角烧瓶中加入刚果红-弹性蛋白及硼酸缓冲溶液,置于37℃水浴中预热10 min,然后加入不同浓度的试验溶液及0.2 mg/mL弹性蛋白酶溶液,具体见表1。
将上述反应体系置于37℃恒温水浴振荡器中振摇20min,立即加入5.0mLpH6.0磷酸缓冲溶液混合终止反应,于5000r/min下离心15min。准确吸取上清液2.0 mL,加入pH8.8硼酸缓冲液和pH 6.0磷酸缓冲液等量混合液2.0 mL,充分摇匀并于495 nm测定其吸光度,抑制率计算公式如下:抑制率=(1-(A1 -A2)/(B1 -B2))×100%。实验结果见图1可见桃红侧耳提取物对弹性蛋白酶的IC50值为1.73 mg/mL,说明桃红侧耳提取物对弹性蛋白酶抑制作用明显。
钝药野木瓜发酵提取物为钝药野木瓜(Stauntonia leucantha Diels exY.C.Wu)啤酒片球菌(P.cerevisiae)发酵后提取物,可以促进黑色素代谢、抑制及破坏黑色素生成,具有美白肌肤的突出功效,可以通过以下方法提取:将钝药野木瓜粉碎后加入发酵罐,按照料液比1:9,加入蒸馏水;接种活化培养后的啤酒片球菌发酵,接种量为1.5%~2.5%;28℃~30℃,发酵24~36小时;然后70~80℃条件下,超声提取3次,频率60kHz, 功率330W,每次30~60分钟,过滤,合并滤液,8000r/min离心10分钟,取上清液,减压浓缩成浸膏,即可。
芦荟提取物具有对胆甾醇合成有促进作用,有助于改变皮脂的组成,减少油光和增加皮肤的柔润程度;同时具有抗菌消炎和保湿的作用。可选用西安天丰生物科技有限公司芦荟苦素90%,库拉索芦荟提取物。
实施例1:1)将纯净水75份、乙酰壳糖胺1.6份、聚谷氨酸钠0.9份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2.7份、柠檬酸异癸酯0.9份加入反应釜中,温度升到70~80℃,搅拌速度为600~700r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
2)将芦荟提取物5.5份、北美金缕梅叶提取物3.2份、桃红侧耳提取物3.6份、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物3.8份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌20~30min;
3)将葡萄籽油9.5份、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠2.6份,缓慢加入反应釜中,搅拌速度为800~100r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
4)待反应釜温度降低至45~50℃时,加入羟乙基纤维素2.8份、肌醇六磷酸2.8份,搅拌速度为1200~1500r/min,搅拌充分混合后进行灭菌,待温度降到室温后,得到。
实施例2:1)将纯净水70份、乙酰壳糖胺1.5份、聚谷氨酸钠0.8份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2.5份、柠檬酸异癸酯0.8份加入反应釜中,温度升到70~80℃,搅拌速度为600~700r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
2)将芦荟提取物5份、北美金缕梅叶提取物3份、桃红侧耳提取物3份、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物3份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌20~30min;
3)将葡萄籽油8份、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠2.5份,缓慢加入反应釜中,搅拌速度为800~100r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
4)待反应釜温度降低至45~50℃时,加入羟乙基纤维素2.5份、肌醇六磷酸2.5份,搅拌速度为1200~1500r/min,搅拌充分混合后进行灭菌,待温度降到室温后,得到。
实施例3:1)将纯净水80份、乙酰壳糖胺2份、聚谷氨酸钠1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇3份、柠檬酸异癸酯1份加入反应釜中,温度升到70~80℃,搅拌速度为600~700r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
2)将芦荟提取物6份、北美金缕梅叶提取物4份、桃红侧耳提取物4份、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物4份加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌20~30min;
3)将葡萄籽油10份、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠3份,缓慢加入反应釜中,搅拌速度为800~100r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
4)待反应釜温度降低至45~50℃时,加入羟乙基纤维素3份、肌醇六磷酸3份,搅拌速度为1200~1500r/min,搅拌充分混合后进行灭菌,待温度降到室温后,得到。

功效测试:仪器:MEXAMETER MX18皮肤色素仪,由德国Courage+Khazaka公司(CK)公司生产;采用Lab色度系统光谱光度计测量皮肤颜色的变化,MicroSkinII 多功能皮肤镜图像分析系统。
测定环境:测试环境温度:22±3℃,湿度:50±5%,并且进行实时动态监测。
美白功效评价:选择志愿者164名,年龄22~54岁,分为实施例1、对比例2、对比例3、实施例4四组,每天使用2次,洁面后使用;在使用化妆品前1天,使用后7d、14d、21d、28d使用Lab色度系统光谱光度计测量皮肤颜色的变化:连续测试3次,取L*值平均值。同时使用MEXAMETER MX18皮肤色素仪测皮肤黑红色素含量,连续测试3次,取平均值。结果见图2、图3。
受试对象在使用实施例1与试验前有明显差异(P<0.O5)(见图2),随着产品使用时间的延长呈现降低的趋势,相对于对比例皮肤的黑色素含量明显减少。皮肤色度L*值值越大,表示皮肤颜色越浅。使用实施例1后皮肤色度L*值有显著增加的趋势,明显大于对比例和试验前水平(P<0.O5) (见图3)。
抗衰抗皱测试:共选取123名志愿者,分为3组,分别采用实施例1和对比例1、4中的产品,测试部位为两侧脸颊和眼角,每天使用2次,洁面后使用;在使用化妆品前1天,使用后7d、14d、21d、28 d,使用MicroSkinII 多功能皮肤镜图像分析系统测定皮肤平均粗糙度和皱纹平均深度数值变化,计算平均值,见图4-5。从图4-5可见,使用本发明实施例1后相对于对比例1,4,皮肤粗糙和皮肤皱纹深度值显著改善(P<0.O5),具有明显突出的抗衰抗皱功效。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗皱抗衰老美白面膜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水70~80份、乙酰壳糖胺1.5~2份、聚谷氨酸钠0.8~1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2.5~3份、柠檬酸异癸酯0.8~1份、芦荟提取物5~6份、北美金缕梅叶提取物3~4份、桃红侧耳提取物3~4份、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物3~4份、葡萄籽油8~10份、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠2.5~3份、羟乙基纤维素2.5~3份、肌醇六磷酸2.5~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱抗衰老美白面膜,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:纯净水75份、乙酰壳糖胺1.6份、聚谷氨酸钠0.9份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2.7份、柠檬酸异癸酯0.9份、芦荟提取物5.5份、北美金缕梅叶提取物3.2份、桃红侧耳提取物3.6份、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物3.8份、葡萄籽油9.5份、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠2.6份、羟乙基纤维素2.8份、肌醇六磷酸2.8份。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述抗皱抗衰老美白面膜的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将所述重量份数的纯净水、乙酰壳糖胺、聚谷氨酸钠、鲸蜡硬脂醇、柠檬酸异癸酯加入反应釜中,温度升到70~80℃,搅拌速度为600~700r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
2)将所述重量份数的北美金镂梅提取物、芦荟提取物、桃红侧耳提取物、钝药野木瓜发酵提取物、加入到反应釜中,继续搅拌20~30min;
3)将所述重量份数的葡萄籽油、肉豆蔻酰肌氨酸钠,缓慢加入反应釜中,搅拌速度为800~100r/min,搅拌混合均匀;
4)待反应釜温度降低至45~50℃时,加入所述重量份数的羟乙基纤维素和肌醇六磷酸,搅拌速度为1200~1500r/min,搅拌充分混合后进行灭菌,待温度降到室温后,得到。
