本发明公开了一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置,包括卡箍、按压手柄、活动定位臂及捆绑件;所述按压手柄的侧壁开设通槽,所述卡箍套设于按压手柄的通槽端部,所述活动定位臂的一端与按压手柄通过转轴铰接,另一端可拆卸连接有捆绑件;所述捆绑件到转轴的距离等于所述卡箍到转轴的距离,当所述活动定位臂旋转至与按压手柄的中轴线平行时,所述捆绑件与卡箍接触。本发明中的一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置,可避免在术中操作时,医生用手凭感觉找出支架与人工血管的连接处,以降低医生操作难度,使用方便,节省手术时间,降低患者手术风险。

Description

一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置。
背景技术
针对严重主动脉血管病变或损伤的患者,临床上通常需要进行外科开胸手术,应用人工血管来替代自身病变或损伤的血管。现有的人工血管都是采取医用高分子材料编织成管状结构,在手术操作时,一般需要在停循环条件下操作,大约需要30min,对于该动脉血管支配的器官来说存在缺血、缺氧问题,对于缺血、缺氧较敏感的器官,长时间缺血可能影响其功能,严重者可导致器官缺血、缺氧坏死。专利名称为人工血管,专利号为CN201610639554的发明专利中记载了一种人工血管,其仅需要2min左右的手术时间即可完成操作,但是上述人工血管在手术过程中,需要医生根据手感去寻找支架与自身血管的连接处,再用线绳将支架、自身血管及卡箍进行固定,由于手感差异,可能造成线绳绑定不牢或绑定位置不对,耽误手术时间或引发渗漏、出血等并发症,增加了患者的医疗风险。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中,人工血管连接手术存在的固定不便、操作难度大的技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明中的一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置,包括卡箍、按压手柄、活动定位臂及捆绑件;所述按压手柄的侧壁开设通槽,所述卡箍套设于按压手柄的通槽端部,所述活动定位臂的一端与按压手柄通过转轴铰接,另一端可拆卸连接有捆绑件;所述捆绑件到转轴的距离等于所述卡箍到转轴的距离,当所述活动定位臂旋转至与按压手柄的中轴线平行时,所述捆绑件与卡箍接触。
进一步,所述捆绑件为扎带或线绳。
进一步,所述活动定位臂为框架式结构,远离所述按压手柄的一端具有缺口,所述缺口的端面开设固定槽,所述捆绑件卡固于固定槽内。
进一步,所述卡箍的外侧开设环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽沿着卡箍的圆周边设置,当所述捆绑件收紧后,所述捆绑件固定在凹槽内。
进一步,所述卡箍的外侧设置两个环形限位凸起,两个所述环形限位凸起沿着卡箍的圆周边平行设置,当所述捆绑件收紧后,所述捆绑件固定在两个环形限位凸起之间。
本发明中的一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置,与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
本发明中的一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置,卡箍可以通过手柄轻松释放在支架与人工血管连接处,然后拇指、食指按下定位臂,系紧扎带或线绳,即可实现精准定位和固定,可避免在术中操作时,医生用手凭感觉找出支架与人工血管的连接处,以降低医生操作难度,使用方便,节省手术时间,降低患者手术风险。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-4所示,本发明中的一种用于人工血管的卡箍1固定装置,包括卡箍1、按压手柄2、活动定位臂3及捆绑件;按压手柄2的侧壁开设通槽7,卡箍1套设于按压手柄2的通槽7端部,用手挤压按压手柄2时,其端部的直径变小,使卡箍1可轻松从端部脱离,活动定位臂3的一端与按压手柄2通过转轴5铰接,另一端可拆卸连接有捆绑件;捆绑件到转轴5的距离等于卡箍1到转轴5的距离,当活动定位臂3旋转至与按压手柄2的中轴线平行时,捆绑件与卡箍1接触。捆绑件为扎带4或线绳,优选的为扎带4。
本发明的工作原理如下:
在体外循环条件下,剪下患者的病变血管,先将卡箍1安装在按压手柄2的端部,扎带4安装在活动定位臂3上,活动定位臂3抬起,将按压手柄2的端部伸入患者血管的切口端,使卡箍1抵接在血管的内壁,转动活动定位臂3向卡箍1方向,此时活动定位臂3正好与卡箍1的位置相应,拉紧扎带4使之将卡箍1与患者自身血管预固定,挤压按压手柄2使其端部的直径变小,卡箍1从按压手柄2的端部脱离,退出按压手柄2,通过输送装置将一体式人工血管的支架部分伸到卡箍1内,释放,使卡箍1固定在支架和自身血管之间,最后拉紧扎带4即可实现固定。
活动定位臂3为框架式结构,远离按压手柄2的一端具有缺口,缺口的端面开设固定槽6,捆绑件卡固于固定槽6内。
为防止捆绑件从卡箍1上滑落,在一种实施方式中,卡箍1的外侧开设环形凹槽8,环形凹槽8沿着卡箍1的圆周边设置,当捆绑件收紧后,捆绑件固定在环形凹槽8内。
在另一种实施方式中,卡箍1的外侧设置两个环形限位凸起,两个环形限位凸起沿着卡箍1的圆周边平行设置,当捆绑件收紧后,捆绑件固定在两个环形限位凸起之间。

1.一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置,其特征在于,包括卡箍、按压手柄、活动定位臂及捆绑件;所述按压手柄的侧壁开设通槽,所述卡箍套设于按压手柄的通槽端部,所述活动定位臂的一端与按压手柄通过转轴铰接,另一端可拆卸连接有捆绑件;所述捆绑件到转轴的距离等于所述卡箍到转轴的距离,当所述活动定位臂旋转至与按压手柄的中轴线平行时,所述捆绑件与卡箍接触;
所述活动定位臂为框架式结构,远离所述按压手柄的一端具有缺口,所述缺口的端面开设固定槽,所述捆绑件卡固于固定槽内;
所述卡箍的外侧开设环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽沿着卡箍的圆周边设置,当所述捆绑件收紧后,所述捆绑件固定在凹槽内;
或,所述卡箍的外侧设置两个环形限位凸起,两个所述环形限位凸起沿着卡箍的圆周边平行设置,当所述捆绑件收紧后,所述捆绑件固定在两个环形限位凸起之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于人工血管的卡箍定位和固定的装置,其特征在于,所述捆绑件为扎带或线绳。
