目前,市场上的挂面各种各样,琳琅满目,但是专为糖尿病人制造的挂面还不多见。

为了克服如上所述的问题,本发明提供一种荞麦挂面,以弥补其不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种荞麦挂面,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:小麦粉120-160份、荞麦粉20-30份、木耳6-10份、胡萝卜8-10份、中药粉6-10份、水适量。所述中药粉的生产步骤如下:(1)按下述重量份称取天花粉50-70份、茯苓50-70份、熟地50-70份、生地50-70份、地骨皮50-70份、枸杞50-70份、麦冬50-70份、石膏50-70份、山药50-70份、白芍50-70份、知母25-35份、黄连50-70份、僵蚕50-70份、五味子25-35份、太子参50-70份、三七90-110份、丹参50-70份、北沙参50-70份、葛根50-70份、肉桂25-35份、人参50-70份、荔枝核50-70份、血竭45-55份、葫芦巴50-70份、黄芪50-70份、玉竹50-70份、黄精50-70份、石斛50-70份;(2)将上述原料用5-8倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉,备用。其生产步骤如下:(1)按上述重量份称取木耳、胡萝卜,将木耳洗净泡发,与洗净切丝胡萝卜一并打制成浆,得到菜泥浆,备用;(2)按上述重量份称取荞麦粉,将荞麦粉入锅炒制熟香,得到熟香荞麦粉,备用;(3)按上述重量份称取小麦粉、中药粉,将小麦粉、中药粉、熟香荞麦粉混合均匀,加入菜泥浆和适量水,放入揉拌机搅拌,得干湿均匀面团,再经常规方法熟化、滚压压片、切条、烘干、切断、包装,即得一种荞麦挂面。
上述中药的功效与作用是:天花粉:生津止渴,消肿排脓;茯苓:补益脾胃,渗利水湿,宁心安神;熟地:补血益精,滋肾养肝;生地:清热凉血,止血,滋阴养血;地骨皮:凉血退热,清肺止咳;枸杞:补肾益精,养肝明目;麦冬:润肺清心,养胃生津;石膏:清热泻火,止渴除烦;山药:补中益肺,固肾止泻;白芍:养血敛阴,平肝,缓急止痛;知母:滋阴清肺,解热除烦;黄连:燥湿清热,泻火解毒;僵蚕:祛风清热,镇静化痰;五味子:敛肺滋肾,生津涩精:太子参:补益脾肺,益气生津;三七:止血化瘀,消肿定痛;丹参:活血祛瘀,凉血除烦,安神定志,排脓止痛;北沙参:润肺止咳,生津养胃;葛根:解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹止泻:肉桂:补元阳,暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉;人参:补元调中,生津宁神;荔枝核:理气散寒止痛;血竭:行淤止痛,敛疮生肌;葫芦巴:温肾散寒,止痛;黄芪:补气升阳,固表止汗,利尿消肿,托疮生肌;玉竹:养阴润燥,生津止渴;黄精:补脾,润肺;石斛:益胃生津,滋阴除热。
