Abstract

本发明公开了一种利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法,首先将废弃纸箱通过大型粉碎机粉碎成纸屑,然后在表面涂胶的薄木板上依次铺放一层纸屑、滴加一层生态白胶、铺放一层纸屑、铺放一层细铁丝、铺放一层纸屑、滴加一层生态白胶和铺放一层纸屑,将上层的纸屑铺平后放上一层表面涂胶的薄木板,再将铺好的半成型板材放入多层热压机中进行热压成型,最后将热压成型的复合板取出,在复合板表面用涂蜡的方式涂上防水胶并覆贴上耐磨层最终得到新型快递盒复合板材。本发明有效实现了废弃纸箱的无污染资源化再利用,避免了常规回收工艺造成的环境污染问题,并且成本低廉,经济效益显著,有利于进一步推广应用。

Description

利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法
技术领域
本发明属于废弃纸箱的资源化利用及新型快递盒复合板材的生产技术领域,具体涉及一种利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法。
背景技术
目前废弃纸箱的处理方式主要是纸浆厂将其作为二次原料制作成纸浆重复使用,而这一过程水污染较为严重,用水量及排水量均较大(一般每吨浆和纸约用水300吨以上),废水中有机物含量高(PPT体现:生化需氧量(BOD)高,悬浮物(SS)多),含有毒性物危害水生生物的生长,影响工农畜牧业和居民用水。长期积累,悬浮物会淤塞河床港口并产生硫化氢有毒臭气,进而污染环境并影响人们生活。
生态白胶是一种高端的高分子聚合物与丙烯酸改性树脂乳液,应用先进科学技术配制而成,其初粘性好、粘接强度高、耐酸、耐碱、防冻、阻燃、干燥快、易施工、不含甲醛、气味超低、品质稳定、低温成膜性优良且具有优越的耐水性,是市面上最环保、质量最好的白乳胶之一。适用于木材与家具的粘接、墙布、纸制品的粘接剂批刮腻子,广泛应用于家庭装修、家具制作、胶合板、人造板、纸制品加工及布类粘接等。生态白胶通过中国环境标注产品认证,新型无甲醛,是无毒害绿色环保建材。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种工艺简单且成本低廉的利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法,其特征在于具体过程为:首先将废弃纸箱通过大型粉碎机粉碎成纸屑,然后在表面涂胶的薄木板上依次铺放一层纸屑、滴加一层生态白胶、铺放一层纸屑、铺放一层细铁丝、铺放一层纸屑、滴加一层生态白胶和铺放一层纸屑,将上层的纸屑铺平后放上一层表面涂胶的薄木板,再将铺好的半成型板材放入多层热压机中进行热压成型,最后将热压成型的复合板取出,在复合板表面用涂蜡的方式涂上防水胶并覆贴上耐磨层最终得到新型快递盒复合板材。
进一步优选,所述热压成型过程采用湿法成型工艺,热压温度为200℃,挤水段和塑化段压力为5~7MPa,干燥段压力为1MPa。
本发明有效实现了废弃纸箱的无污染资源化再利用,避免了常规回收工艺造成的环境污染问题,并且成本低廉,经济效益显著,有利于进一步推广应用。

以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例
利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法的工艺流程为:
快递盒粉碎→纸屑铺平→滴加生态白胶→纸屑中加细铁丝→热压→修整
利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法,具体过程为:首先将废弃纸箱通过大型粉碎机粉碎成纸屑,然后在表面涂胶的薄木板上依次铺放一层纸屑、滴加一层生态白胶、铺放一层纸屑、铺放一层细铁丝、铺放一层纸屑、滴加一层生态白胶和铺放一层纸屑,铺放一层细铁丝用于起到固定的作用,将上层的纸屑铺平后放上一层表面涂胶的薄木板,再将铺好的半成型板材放入多层热压机中进行热压成型,最后将热压成型的复合板取出,在复合板表面用涂蜡的方式涂上防水胶并覆贴上耐磨层用于起到防潮、防水、耐热、耐化学腐蚀、耐磨即增加板材质量和使用寿命的作用,最终得到新型快递盒复合板材。
热压过程:新型快递盒复合板材热压过程采用湿法成型法,不加胶黏剂,主要依靠水分和木材细胞的胞间层物质以及组成细胞壁的细纤维之间填充物的胶粘作用来完成纤维之间的结合。胞间层物质和细纤维之间的填充物都是由木质素和半纤维素复合形成的多组分高分子物质。热压时,纤维之间紧密接触,并使本来处于束缚状态的木质素和半纤维素大分子链段与大分子本身的相互扩散运动逐渐加强,直至分子间引力和氢键发生作用,使界面消失而完成胶合过程。
热压工艺:湿法生产的热压过程分为挤水、干燥和塑化3个阶段,以这3个阶段的时间和采用的压力为坐标作出的曲线,称热压工艺曲线。
(1)挤水阶段:用最高压力使纤维紧密接触和尽可能多地排除板坯内的自由水;(2)干燥阶段:用加热蒸发的方法继续排除板坯中机械压力所不能除去的水分,压力要适当降低,以利水蒸气的逸出;(3)塑化阶段:在最高压力下完成纤维之间的结合。3个阶段的时间分配决定于每个阶段终了时的板坯含水率,这可以通过观察热压后板子的外观情况和机械强度来判断,并决定是否需要进行调整。热压温度一般不作主动调节, 一旦温度因故发生波动,也是通过调节热压工艺曲线来与之相适应。生产硬质板常用热压工艺参数为:热压温度200℃左右;挤水段和塑化段压力为5~7MPa,干燥段压力约为1MPa;热压时间与板子厚度有关,当板子厚度为3~4mm时,约需6~8min。

1.利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法,其特征在于具体过程为:首先将废弃纸箱通过大型粉碎机粉碎成纸屑,然后在表面涂胶的薄木板上依次铺放一层纸屑、滴加一层生态白胶、铺放一层纸屑、铺放一层细铁丝、铺放一层纸屑、滴加一层生态白胶和铺放一层纸屑,将上层的纸屑铺平后放上一层表面涂胶的薄木板,再将铺好的半成型板材放入多层热压机中进行热压成型,最后将热压成型的复合板取出,在复合板表面用涂蜡的方式涂上防水胶并覆贴上耐磨层最终得到新型快递盒复合板材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废弃纸箱生产新型快递盒复合板材的方法,其特征在于:所述热压成型过程采用湿法成型工艺,热压温度为200℃,挤水段和塑化段压力为5~7MPa,干燥段压力为1MPa。
