一种用废料合成的人造板
本实用新型属于一种利用城市垃圾中的纤维物质(木、竹、纸)和塑料制成的人造板。
目前，城市的垃圾处理是一大难题，垃圾中的废弃物包括木材、树枝、竹材、纸类及塑料，这些垃圾往往被销毁，难以利用。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的缺点，从而提供一种用废料合成的人造板。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的：
该板分为三层，上下两层分别为木质细料层(1)和(2)，中间一层为废弃的木、纸、塑料合成的粗料层(3)。
本实用新型具有如下优点：
该人造板利用城市的废弃垃圾，变废为宝，解决了城市垃圾处理难的问题，该板强度高，制造成本低，可适用于家具制作、产品包装和房屋装饰等领域。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：
图1是本实用新型结构剖视图。
在图1中：(1)细料层；(2)粗料层；(3)细料层。
在制造中，首先对垃圾进行分选，挑出可以制造人造板的纤维物质，如树枝、废木材、竹柳筐、废纸和塑料，然后对以上材料分类和整理，整理后的材料经过破碎加工后，按比例混合，并加入强化剂和防水剂进行搅拌，搅拌后的材料进行预压、热压、切边后形成最终产品。
