Abstract
本发明公开了一种单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板及其加工工艺,属于混合木多层板材技术领域。所述板材包括若干层交替粘接的软木层和硬木层,所述硬木层至少为一层,所述软木层的层数比硬木层多一层,最上层的软木层上表面粘接饰纸层。本发明的有益效果是:本申请的多层板采用软硬木交替混合的结构,由于软硬木吸水率不同,会互相牵制彼此的形变程度,单面贴纸整体也不会变形,无需双面贴纸,节省原材料,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种单面贴纸多层板,属于家具材料技术领域。
背景技术
传统的实木多层板,由单一材质木种复合而成,由于单一木种的吸水率相同,如果只在单侧贴纸会导致多层板变形,因此只能选择双面同时贴纸,提高成本,浪费原材料。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种不易变形的单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板。
本发明的技术方案是:一种单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,包括若干层交替粘接的软木层和硬木层,所述硬木层至少为一层,所述软木层的层数比硬木层多一层,最上层的软木层上表面粘接饰纸层。
所述软木层为松木层和/或杨木层。
所述硬木层为桦木层和/或桉木层。
所述软木层和硬木层的木心方向夹角为90°。
一种单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤a:分别对软木层和硬木层表面进行清洁处理;
步骤b:在软木层和硬木层表面涂布粘接用胶体;
步骤c:将软木层和硬木层交替粘接为一体,确保软木层比硬木层多一层;
步骤d:在最顶层软木层上粘接饰纸层;
步骤e:热压处理。
其中,步骤a所述的清洁处理具体包括:通过滚轴毛刷清洁处理或吹风清洁处理或吸尘清洁处理。
步骤b所述的涂布粘接用胶体采用气动打胶设备进行自动上胶,并利用涂胶滚轴进行涂胶,涂胶量为:45克/平方米。
采用热压机进行步骤e所述的热压处理,热压机压力设定为10Mpa、温度控制在90-110度,保压3-5秒。
本发明的有益效果是:本申请的多层板采用软硬木交替混合的结构,由于软硬木吸水率不同,会互相牵制彼此的形变程度,单面贴纸整体也不会变形,无需双面贴纸,节省原材料,降低生产成本。

实施例1
一种单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,包括若干层交替粘接的软木层1和硬木层2,所述硬木层2为二层,软木层1为三层,所述软木层1的材质为松木,所述硬木层2的材质为桦木,软木层1和硬木层2的木心方向夹角为90°,最上层的软木层1上表面粘接饰纸层3。
实施例2
一种单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,包括若干层交替粘接的软木层1和硬木层2,所述硬木层2为二层,软木层1为三层,所述软木层1为松木层与杨木层的组合,所述硬木层2为桦木层与桉木层的混合,软木层1和硬木层2的木心方向夹角为90°,最上层的软木层1上表面粘接饰纸层3。
多层板采用软硬木交替混合的结构,由于软硬木吸水率不一同,会互相牵制彼此的形变程度,即使单层贴纸,多层板整体也会经久不变形。
实施例3
一种单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤a:分别对软木层1和硬木层2表面进行清洁处理;
步骤b:在软木层1和硬木层2表面涂布粘接用胶体;
步骤c:将软木层1和硬木层2交替粘接为一体,确保软木层1比硬木层2多一层;
步骤d:在最顶层软木层1上粘接饰纸层3;
步骤e:热压处理。
步骤a所述的清洁处理具体包括:通过滚轴毛刷清洁处理或吹风清洁处理或吸尘清洁处理。
步骤b所述的涂布粘接用胶体采用气动打胶设备进行自动上胶,并利用涂胶滚轴进行涂胶,涂胶量为:45克/平方米。
采用热压机进行步骤e所述的热压处理,热压机压力设定为10Mpa、温度控制在90-110度,保压3-5秒。

1.一种单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,其特征在于,包括若干层交替粘接的软木层(1)和硬木层(2),所述硬木层(2)至少为一层,所述软木层(1)的层数比硬木层(2)多一层,最上层的软木层(1)上表面粘接饰纸层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,其特征在于,所述软木层(1)的材质为松木和/或杨木。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,其特征在于,所述硬木层(2)的材质为桦木和/或桉木。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,其特征在于,所述软木层(1)和硬木层(2)的木心方向夹角为90°。
5.一种单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤a:分别对软木层(1)和硬木层(2)表面进行清洁处理;
步骤b:在软木层(1)和硬木层(2)表面涂布粘接用胶体;
步骤c:将软木层(1)和硬木层(2)交替粘接为一体,确保软木层(1)比硬木层(2)多一层;
步骤d:在最顶层软木层(1)上粘接饰纸层(3);
步骤e:热压处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,其特征在于,步骤a所述的清洁处理具体包括:通过滚轴毛刷清洁处理或吹风清洁处理或吸尘清洁处理。
7.根据权利要求5所述的单面贴纸软硬木混合多层板,其特征在于,步骤b所述的涂布粘接用胶体采用气动打胶设备进行自动上胶,并利用涂胶滚轴进行涂胶,涂胶量为:45克/平方米。
