本发明公开了一种治疗老年便秘的中药配方，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：金银花18g，黄芪18g，威灵仙18g，白芍18g，麻仁18g，肉苁蓉18g，厚朴13g，当归18g，酒大黄13g。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，每天1剂，分早晚2次温服，可连服，大便调顺后即可停药。

一种治疗老年便秘的中药配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于老年便秘治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
老年性便秘为常见病，既往调查显示我国老年人便秘患病率为11.5％。老年人由于身体正常生理机能减退，如消化吸收功能降低、饮食量减少，或长期卧床，体弱无力排便等因素可致便秘。长期便秘可诱发结肠癌、痴呆，加重心脑血管疾病，甚至诱发心肌梗死、脑出血而致死亡。我国历代文献早有记载，《圣济总录》：“大便秘涩，其证皆荣卫不调，阴阳之气相持也……或因病后重亡津液，或老弱血气不足，是谓虚秘，或肾虚小便过多，大肠枯竭，渴而多秘者，亡津液也”；《千金方》：“凡候面黄者，即知大便难”，“凡大便不通，皆用滑腻之物及冷水并通也”；李东垣《脾胃论》之润肠丸“治胃中伏火，大便涩秘或干燥不通，全不思食，乃风结血秘，需润燥和血疏风，自然通矣。”
便秘原因，可能是由于：①动脉硬化和微血管病变引起的肠自主神经末梢营养障碍，而致全胃肠运动的减慢；②患者年龄相对较大，参与排便的肌肉张力减弱。本病属中医“便秘”范畴。“大肠者传导之官，糟粕出焉”。中医认为，大肠传化糟粕的功能实际上时脾胃升清降浊功能的具体表现，脏腑以通为用，胃气不降则阻塞不通，反升呃迸，通降是胃肠道的生理特点。脾胃居于中焦，为气机升降之枢纽，脾气亏虚，运化失职，气机紊乱才是本病的病理基础。早在《时方妙用·痨证》中就已提出“五脏皆受气于脾，故脾为五脏之本”。
老年便秘严重影响老年人的生活，同时危害巨大，过度用力排便 可致原有冠心病的老年人发生心绞痛以及心肌梗死，高血压者发生脑 血管意外；长期便秘的老年人可因肠腔内毒素过多吸收而发生头痛、 头晕、食欲不振、失眠等；严重便秘可使老年人发生各类疝的可能性 增加或加重疝的病情。为了治疗和缓解老年便秘，很多老人选择应用泻药，但是长期服 用泻药可导致结肠黑变病，长期便秘者还易发生结肠癌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于治疗老年便秘的中药配方及其制备方法，根据老年人的体质、生活习惯以及老年人便秘中医临床表现，本发明所述的治疗老年便秘的药物的治则为健脾益气、润肠通便。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：金银花18g，黄芪18g，威灵仙18g，白芍18g，麻仁18g，肉苁蓉18g，厚朴13g，当归18g，酒大黄13g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，每天1剂，分早晚2次温服，可连服，大便调顺后即可停药。
发明用于治疗老年便秘的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对老年便秘病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，黄芪补气；当归、白芍养血；麻仁、肉苁蓉化燥以治本；厚朴行气润燥；酒大黄缓降；威灵仙通气利脏腑；金银花清脏腑之热而不伤正。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗老年便秘的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：金银花18g，黄芪18g，威灵仙18g，白芍18g，麻仁18g，肉苁蓉18g，厚朴13g，当归18g，酒大黄13g。
实施例2：如果患者便燥严重，在上述组分中加玄明粉6g（冲入）。
实施例3：如果患者气虚，在上述组分中加党参15g。
实施例4：如果患者腹胀重，在上述组分中加木香13g。
先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，每天1剂，分早晚2次温服，可连服，大便调顺后即可停药。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于老年便秘护理的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
临床观察老年便秘患者20例，男10例、女10例，年龄平均（64.12±2.35）岁，病程平均（3.11±0.65）年。
2、疗效标准：参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中便秘疗效标准
临床痊愈：大便正常，或恢复至便秘前水平，伴随症状全部消失；
显效：便秘有明显改善，间隔时间及粪质接近正常，或大便稍干而排便间隔时间在48h以内，伴随症状大部分消失；
有效：排便间隔时间缩短1天，或粪质干结改善，伴随症状有好转；
无效：便秘及伴随症状均无改善。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，临床治愈5例，显效9例，有效6例，总有效率100%，中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。
典型案例：
孙某，女，84岁，原患糖尿病及冠心病、心房纤颤15年，现病情较稳定，但大便干燥不下，4日一行，腹满为患，曾用麻仁润肠丸有效，但反反复复，如用泻药则便泻不出，体乏无力，面容无助，虚惫气短，舌嫩赤，苔黄浊不均，脉弦大，涩而少力，代止不均，服用本发明配方进行治疗，服药后大便得下，下后腹中舒泰，气力精神转佳，继服月余，大便1~2日1行，糖尿病及冠心病较前好转，脉仍代止，较前柔和有力，苔渐趋正常，继服巩固疗效，2个月后药停病愈。

1.一种治疗老年便秘的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：金银花18g，黄芪18g，威灵仙18g，白芍18g，麻仁18g，肉苁蓉18g，厚朴13g，当归18g，酒大黄13g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗老年便秘的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括玄明粉6g（冲入）。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗老年便秘的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括党参15g。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗老年便秘的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括木香13g。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗老年便秘的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，每天1剂，分早晚2次温服，可连服，大便调顺后即可停药。
