本发明涉及箱包领域,具体涉及一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺。
背景技术:
我国是世界聚氯乙烯(PVC)人造革生产和消费大国,其产能和产量分别占世界的73%和69%。半PU革是PVC革的升级产品,其特点是表层为PU,底层是PVC,既具有PU革良好的手感、外观、透气、透湿和表面易处理特性,又具有PVC革经久耐用、价格低廉的优势,市场竞争力强,已广泛用于生产箱包、服装、鞋类、家具、体育用品等领域,已占人造皮革产量的30-40%。但人造革、半PU革行业也面临着环境污染的严峻挑战。人造革、半PU革生产线上的废气污染物主要来自于溶剂型表处剂、面层树脂、粘胶剂中的有机溶剂的无序排放,这些溶剂有二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丁酮和甲缩醛等。根据测算,每1条半PU革生产线,每年排放DMF10.2吨,每年排放甲苯50.8吨,每年排放丁酮50.80吨,排放DOP1.32吨,乙酸酯类溶剂24.5吨。因此,人造革行业长期面临着环境治理成本高、资源浪费严重、环境污染严峻的挑战,且目前半PU革只是做成单面,另一面要用相应的内衬作为修饰,两面材质不同,不能正反两面使用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,制备的双面半PU革两面都是PU革,能够正反两面使用,而且能够根据需要选择两面的颜色不同,且两面都是PU革增加箱包的耐用性,美观性,同时在制备过程选用的原料为环保型,对环境污染小。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A1、制作PU浆料
(1)将聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂、高密度聚乙烯、焦麻纤维、硅酸铝纤维混合均匀,放入高速搅拌机中在600-750r/min转速下搅拌10-15min,搅拌后加入混合物重量0.3倍的水,继续搅拌20-30min,搅拌后放入真空干燥箱干燥;
(2)向上述干燥后的混合物中加入羧甲基纤维素、聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀,将混合物放入120℃、1.5-1.8Mpa氮气环境中静置3-3.5h,冷却到室温后用PH调节剂调节PH值为6.5-7;
(3)向上述步骤制备的混合物中加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和海泡石粉,在150-250r/min转速下搅拌50-60min,用紫外灯照射10min,制得PU浆料;
A2、制作PVC浆料
(1)将硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯、松香树脂、聚羟基丁酸酯、甲基异丁基甲酮、竹粉、双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯混合均匀,放入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入混合物重量2倍的乙醇,将反应釜放入烘箱中在90-95℃下反应4-5h,冷却后用水抽滤洗涤3-4次;
(2)将上述制备的混合物放入45-55℃水浴中,在150-200r/min转速下依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、偏硅酸钠、季戊四醇、二氯异氰尿酸钠,水浴搅拌30-40min,水浴后将混合物放入-5℃冷冻20min,自然升温到室温;
(3)向上述制备的混合物中加入大豆蛋白胶,搅拌均匀后放入45℃真空环境中静置2-3h,制得PVC浆料;
A3、制作半PU革
(1)将PU浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.13-0.16mm,放入干燥箱中在130-140℃、氢气环境中干燥20s;
(2)在干燥的PU浆料层上涂覆PVC浆料,涂覆厚度为0.28-0.36mm,放入干燥箱中在120-130℃、氢气环境中干燥40s;
(3)在干燥的PVC浆料层上涂覆一层粘胶,将里布粘贴在粘胶上,放入干燥箱中在70-80℃、氢气环境中干燥30-50s,去掉离型纸;
(4)将上述制备的半PU革半成品放入充满氢气的干燥箱中,以3℃/min升温到80-100℃,保温10min,再以4℃/min升温到160-165℃,保温60s,继续升温到170-180℃,保温90s,以2℃/min降温到室温,制得半PU革;
A4、制作双面革:将两层半PU革的PU层向外,PVC层向内贴合在一起,用压辊机压制贴合制得。
所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂的制备方法为:
(1)将甘油三乙酸酯、异氰酸酯、乙二醇混合均匀,放入反应釜中在150-180℃反应8-10h,冷却后离心,将沉淀物用乙醇清洗3-4次;
(2)向上述沉淀物中加入苯胺、氯化铵搅拌均匀,在80-90℃水浴中加入二甲基甲酰胺,水浴反应3-4h,离心,将沉淀物用4-6%质量浓度的盐酸清洗2-3次,再用丙酮清洗2-3次,最后用去离子水清洗2-3次,放入干燥箱中干燥;
(3)将上述干燥后的物质放入氮气气氛炉中在220-280℃烧结20-30min,制得聚氨酯树脂;
(4)将聚氨酯树脂和丙烯酸按照质量比5:2混合均匀,放入120℃去离子水的饱和蒸气压中反应120-150min,反应后迅速放入冰水混合物中冷却,再转入干燥箱中以2℃/min升温到60-70℃,保温10min,再以3℃/min升温到80-85℃,保温20min,自然冷却到室温,制得聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂。
各原料按照以下重量份数组成:甘油三乙酸酯30-40份、异氰酸酯90-100份、乙二醇50-60份、苯胺65-75份、氯化铵35-45份、二甲基甲酰胺2-6份。
所述聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液的制备方法为:
(1)将苯丙乳液加热到60-70℃,以120-150r/min搅拌15min,然后边搅拌边加入聚硅氧烷,加入速度为0.5ml/s,并且在加入聚硅氧烷的同时加入PH调节剂,使混合液的PH值稳定在6-6.5之间;
(2)将上述制备的混合溶液放入150℃真空干燥箱中反应3-4h,反应后向溶液中加入PH调节剂调节成中性,将溶液降温到2-4℃,静置40-50min,溶液分层后取上层液体,制得聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液。
所述苯丙乳液和聚硅氧烷的体积比为7:3。
所述硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯的制备方法为:
(1)将硅藻土和聚氯乙烯按照质量比1:8混合均匀,放入一氧化碳气氛炉中在300-400℃烧结2-3h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述冷却后的混合物用40-50℃饱和硫酸铜溶液清洗3次,再用45-55℃饱和氯化钙溶液清洗2次,最后用去离子水清洗3次;
(3)将上述清洗后的混合物加入3-5%质量浓度的氢氧化钠溶液中,放入微波炉中在900W功率下微波处理30min,离心,将沉淀物用去离子水清洗至中性,放入干燥箱干燥,制得硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯。
制作PU浆料的原料按照以下重量份数组成:聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂200-300份、高密度聚乙烯60-80份、焦麻纤维15-30份、硅酸铝纤维10-20份、羧甲基纤维素15-20份、聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液100-120份、丙二醇脂肪酸酯30-50份、聚二甲基硅氧烷45-55份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚35-50份、海泡石粉5-8份。
制作PVC浆料的原料按照以下重量份数组成:硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯250-300份、松香树脂75-85份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠25-30份、聚羟基丁酸酯30-45份、偏硅酸钠15-25份、大豆蛋白胶25-35份、季戊四醇30-40份、甲基异丁基甲酮5-8份、二氯异氰尿酸钠12-16份、竹粉22-26份、双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯22-24份。
本发明提供了一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,其有益效果为:
(1)制备的双面半PU革两面都是PU革,能够正反两面使用,可以根据需要选择两面的颜色不同,且两面都是PU革增加箱包的耐用性,美观性,同时在制备过程选用的原料为环保型,对环境污染小,并且,采用特殊的原料和制备方法,制备的双面革抗菌性好,透气性好,即使长期存放在潮湿阴冷环境中,也不会霉变。
(2)聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂是丙烯酸树脂对聚氨酯树脂的改性,能够增加聚氨酯树脂的耐高温性,从而增加箱包的耐高温性,增强聚氨酯树脂的耐高温强度,其制备方法简单易操作,制备的聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂纯度高,杂质含量少,性质稳定,不容易被腐蚀。
(3)聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液能够增加苯丙乳液的乳化性和亲油性,使得PU浆料的分散性好,易于涂覆均匀,其制备方法中,控制PH值在6-6.5之间有利于聚硅氧烷和苯丙乳液的牢固结合。
(4)硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯有利于降低聚氯乙烯的硬度,增加其柔软性,制备的半PU革和现有半PU革相比具有更佳的柔软性,在其制备过程中,反复用饱和硫酸铜溶液和饱和氯化钙溶液清洗,能增加硅藻土和聚氯乙烯结合的稳定性,再在碱性环境下微波处理使硅藻土和聚氯乙烯发生交联,达到改性的目的。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:
一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A1、制作PU浆料
(1)将200份聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂、60份高密度聚乙烯、15份焦麻纤维、10份硅酸铝纤维混合均匀,放入高速搅拌机中在600r/min转速下搅拌10min,搅拌后加入混合物重量0.3倍的水,继续搅拌20min,搅拌后放入真空干燥箱干燥;
(2)向上述干燥后的混合物中加入15份羧甲基纤维素、100份聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液、30份丙二醇脂肪酸酯、45份聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀,将混合物放入120℃、1.5Mpa氮气环境中静置3h,冷却到室温后用PH调节剂调节PH值为6.5;
(3)向上述步骤制备的混合物中加入35份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和5份海泡石粉,在150r/min转速下搅拌50min,用紫外灯照射10min,制得PU浆料;
A2、制作PVC浆料
(1)将250份硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯、75份松香树脂、30份聚羟基丁酸酯、5份甲基异丁基甲酮、22份竹粉、22份双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯混合均匀,放入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入混合物重量2倍的乙醇,将反应釜放入烘箱中在90℃下反应4h,冷却后用水抽滤洗涤3次;
(2)将上述制备的混合物放入45℃水浴中,在150r/min转速下依次加入25份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、15份偏硅酸钠、30份季戊四醇、12份二氯异氰尿酸钠,水浴搅拌30min,水浴后将混合物放入-5℃冷冻20min,自然升温到室温;
(3)向上述制备的混合物中加入25份大豆蛋白胶,搅拌均匀后放入45℃真空环境中静置2h,制得PVC浆料;
A3、制作半PU革
(1)将PU浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.13mm,放入干燥箱中在130℃、氢气环境中干燥20s;
(2)在干燥的PU浆料层上涂覆PVC浆料,涂覆厚度为0.28mm,放入干燥箱中在120℃、氢气环境中干燥40s;
(3)在干燥的PVC浆料层上涂覆一层粘胶,将里布粘贴在粘胶上,放入干燥箱中在70℃、氢气环境中干燥30s,去掉离型纸;
(4)将上述制备的半PU革半成品放入充满氢气的干燥箱中,以3℃/min升温到80℃,保温10min,再以4℃/min升温到160℃,保温60s,继续升温到170℃,保温90s,以2℃/min降温到室温,制得半PU革;
A4、制作双面革:将两层半PU革的PU层向外,PVC层向内贴合在一起,用压辊机压制贴合制得。
实施例2:
一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A1、制作PU浆料
(1)将300份聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂、80份高密度聚乙烯、30份焦麻纤维、20份硅酸铝纤维混合均匀,放入高速搅拌机中在750r/min转速下搅拌15min,搅拌后加入混合物重量0.3倍的水,继续搅拌30min,搅拌后放入真空干燥箱干燥;
(2)向上述干燥后的混合物中加入20份羧甲基纤维素、120份聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液、50份丙二醇脂肪酸酯、55份聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀,将混合物放入120℃、1.8Mpa氮气环境中静置3.5h,冷却到室温后用PH调节剂调节PH值为7;
(3)向上述步骤制备的混合物中加入50份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和8份海泡石粉,在250r/min转速下搅拌60min,用紫外灯照射10min,制得PU浆料;
A2、制作PVC浆料
(1)将300份硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯、85份松香树脂、45份聚羟基丁酸酯、8份甲基异丁基甲酮、26份竹粉、24份双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯混合均匀,放入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入混合物重量2倍的乙醇,将反应釜放入烘箱中在95℃下反应5h,冷却后用水抽滤洗涤4次;
(2)将上述制备的混合物放入55℃水浴中,在200r/min转速下依次加入30份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、25份偏硅酸钠、40份季戊四醇、16份二氯异氰尿酸钠,水浴搅拌40min,水浴后将混合物放入-5℃冷冻20min,自然升温到室温;
(3)向上述制备的混合物中加入35份大豆蛋白胶,搅拌均匀后放入45℃真空环境中静置3h,制得PVC浆料;
A3、制作半PU革
(1)将PU浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.16mm,放入干燥箱中在140℃、氢气环境中干燥20s;
(2)在干燥的PU浆料层上涂覆PVC浆料,涂覆厚度为0.36mm,放入干燥箱中在130℃、氢气环境中干燥40s;
(3)在干燥的PVC浆料层上涂覆一层粘胶,将里布粘贴在粘胶上,放入干燥箱中在80℃、氢气环境中干燥50s,去掉离型纸;
(4)将上述制备的半PU革半成品放入充满氢气的干燥箱中,以3℃/min升温到100℃,保温10min,再以4℃/min升温到165℃,保温60s,继续升温到180℃,保温90s,以2℃/min降温到室温,制得半PU革;
A4、制作双面革:将两层半PU革的PU层向外,PVC层向内贴合在一起,用压辊机压制贴合制得。
所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂的制备方法为:
(1)将甘油三乙酸酯、异氰酸酯、乙二醇混合均匀,放入反应釜中在150℃反应8h,冷却后离心,将沉淀物用乙醇清洗3次;
(2)向上述沉淀物中加入苯胺、氯化铵搅拌均匀,在80℃水浴中加入2份二甲基甲酰胺,水浴反应3h,离心,将沉淀物用4%质量浓度的盐酸清洗2次,再用丙酮清洗2次,最后用去离子水清洗2次,放入干燥箱中干燥;
(3)将上述干燥后的物质放入氮气气氛炉中在220℃烧结20min,制得聚氨酯树脂;
(4)将聚氨酯树脂和丙烯酸按照质量比5:2混合均匀,放入120℃去离子水的饱和蒸气压中反应120min,反应后迅速放入冰水混合物中冷却,再转入干燥箱中以2℃/min升温到60℃,保温10min,再以3℃/min升温到80℃,保温20min,自然冷却到室温,制得聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂。
各原料按照以下重量份数组成:甘油三乙酸酯30份、异氰酸酯90份、乙二醇50份、苯胺65份、氯化铵35份。
实施例3:
一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A1、制作PU浆料
(1)将220份聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂、65份高密度聚乙烯、20份焦麻纤维、12份硅酸铝纤维混合均匀,放入高速搅拌机中在650r/min转速下搅拌12min,搅拌后加入混合物重量0.3倍的水,继续搅拌25min,搅拌后放入真空干燥箱干燥;
(2)向上述干燥后的混合物中加入18份羧甲基纤维素、110份聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液、35份丙二醇脂肪酸酯、50份聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀,将混合物放入120℃、1.6Mpa氮气环境中静置3h,冷却到室温后用PH调节剂调节PH值为6.5;
(3)向上述步骤制备的混合物中加入40份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和6份海泡石粉,在200r/min转速下搅拌55min,用紫外灯照射10min,制得PU浆料;
A2、制作PVC浆料
(1)将280份硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯、80份松香树脂、35份聚羟基丁酸酯、6份甲基异丁基甲酮、23份竹粉、23份双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯混合均匀,放入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入混合物重量2倍的乙醇,将反应釜放入烘箱中在90℃下反应5h,冷却后用水抽滤洗涤3次;
(2)将上述制备的混合物放入50℃水浴中,在180r/min转速下依次加入28份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、20份偏硅酸钠、35份季戊四醇、14份二氯异氰尿酸钠,水浴搅拌35min,水浴后将混合物放入-5℃冷冻20min,自然升温到室温;
(3)向上述制备的混合物中加入30份大豆蛋白胶,搅拌均匀后放入45℃真空环境中静置2h,制得PVC浆料;
A3、制作半PU革
(1)将PU浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.14mm,放入干燥箱中在135℃、氢气环境中干燥20s;
(2)在干燥的PU浆料层上涂覆PVC浆料,涂覆厚度为0.3mm,放入干燥箱中在125℃、氢气环境中干燥40s;
(3)在干燥的PVC浆料层上涂覆一层粘胶,将里布粘贴在粘胶上,放入干燥箱中在75℃、氢气环境中干燥40s,去掉离型纸;
(4)将上述制备的半PU革半成品放入充满氢气的干燥箱中,以3℃/min升温到90℃,保温10min,再以4℃/min升温到160℃,保温60s,继续升温到175℃,保温90s,以2℃/min降温到室温,制得半PU革;
A4、制作双面革:将两层半PU革的PU层向外,PVC层向内贴合在一起,用压辊机压制贴合制得。
所述聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液的制备方法为:
(1)将苯丙乳液加热到60℃,以120r/min搅拌15min,然后边搅拌边加入聚硅氧烷,加入速度为0.5ml/s,并且在加入聚硅氧烷的同时加入PH调节剂,使混合液的PH值稳定在6-6.5之间;
(2)将上述制备的混合溶液放入150℃真空干燥箱中反应3h,反应后向溶液中加入PH调节剂调节成中性,将溶液降温到2℃,静置40min,溶液分层后取上层液体,制得聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液。
所述苯丙乳液和聚硅氧烷的体积比为7:3。
实施例4:
一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A1、制作PU浆料
(1)将260份聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂、75份高密度聚乙烯、25份焦麻纤维、15份硅酸铝纤维混合均匀,放入高速搅拌机中在700r/min转速下搅拌10min,搅拌后加入混合物重量0.3倍的水,继续搅拌25min,搅拌后放入真空干燥箱干燥;
(2)向上述干燥后的混合物中加入15份羧甲基纤维素、110份聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液、40份丙二醇脂肪酸酯、50份聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀,将混合物放入120℃、1.7Mpa氮气环境中静置3h,冷却到室温后用PH调节剂调节PH值为7;
(3)向上述步骤制备的混合物中加入45份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和7份海泡石粉,在180r/min转速下搅拌55min,用紫外灯照射10min,制得PU浆料;
A2、制作PVC浆料
(1)将280份硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯、80份松香树脂、40份聚羟基丁酸酯、7份甲基异丁基甲酮、24份竹粉、23份双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯混合均匀,放入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入混合物重量2倍的乙醇,将反应釜放入烘箱中在90℃下反应5h,冷却后用水抽滤洗涤3次;
(2)将上述制备的混合物放入48℃水浴中,在180r/min转速下依次加入28份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、18份偏硅酸钠、33份季戊四醇、14份二氯异氰尿酸钠,水浴搅拌35min,水浴后将混合物放入-5℃冷冻20min,自然升温到室温;
(3)向上述制备的混合物中加入25份大豆蛋白胶,搅拌均匀后放入45℃真空环境中静置3h,制得PVC浆料;
A3、制作半PU革
(1)将PU浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.14mm,放入干燥箱中在135℃、氢气环境中干燥20s;
(2)在干燥的PU浆料层上涂覆PVC浆料,涂覆厚度为0.32mm,放入干燥箱中在128℃、氢气环境中干燥40s;
(3)在干燥的PVC浆料层上涂覆一层粘胶,将里布粘贴在粘胶上,放入干燥箱中在70℃、氢气环境中干燥40s,去掉离型纸;
(4)将上述制备的半PU革半成品放入充满氢气的干燥箱中,以3℃/min升温到90℃,保温10min,再以4℃/min升温到160℃,保温60s,继续升温到180℃,保温90s,以2℃/min降温到室温,制得半PU革;
A4、制作双面革:将两层半PU革的PU层向外,PVC层向内贴合在一起,用压辊机压制贴合制得。
所述硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯的制备方法为:
(1)将硅藻土和聚氯乙烯按照质量比1:8混合均匀,放入一氧化碳气氛炉中在300℃烧结2h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述冷却后的混合物用40℃饱和硫酸铜溶液清洗3次,再用45℃饱和氯化钙溶液清洗2次,最后用去离子水清洗3次;
(3)将上述清洗后的混合物加入3%质量浓度的氢氧化钠溶液中,放入微波炉中在900W功率下微波处理30min,离心,将沉淀物用去离子水清洗至中性,放入干燥箱干燥,制得硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯。
实施例5:
一种半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A1、制作PU浆料
(1)将280份聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂、80份高密度聚乙烯、25份焦麻纤维、15份硅酸铝纤维混合均匀,放入高速搅拌机中在750r/min转速下搅拌15min,搅拌后加入混合物重量0.3倍的水,继续搅拌20min,搅拌后放入真空干燥箱干燥;
(2)向上述干燥后的混合物中加入20份羧甲基纤维素、100份聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液、30份丙二醇脂肪酸酯、45份聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀,将混合物放入120℃、1.8Mpa氮气环境中静置3h,冷却到室温后用PH调节剂调节PH值为6.5;
(3)向上述步骤制备的混合物中加入35份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和5份海泡石粉,在250r/min转速下搅拌60min,用紫外灯照射10min,制得PU浆料;
A2、制作PVC浆料
(1)将250份硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯、75份松香树脂、30份聚羟基丁酸酯、8份甲基异丁基甲酮、26份竹粉、22份双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯混合均匀,放入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入混合物重量2倍的乙醇,将反应釜放入烘箱中在95℃下反应4h,冷却后用水抽滤洗涤4次;
(2)将上述制备的混合物放入45℃水浴中,在150r/min转速下依次加入30份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、25份偏硅酸钠、30份季戊四醇、16份二氯异氰尿酸钠,水浴搅拌30min,水浴后将混合物放入-5℃冷冻20min,自然升温到室温;
(3)向上述制备的混合物中加入35份大豆蛋白胶,搅拌均匀后放入45℃真空环境中静置3h,制得PVC浆料;
A3、制作半PU革
(1)将PU浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.13mm,放入干燥箱中在130℃、氢气环境中干燥20s;
(2)在干燥的PU浆料层上涂覆PVC浆料,涂覆厚度为0.28mm,放入干燥箱中在120℃、氢气环境中干燥40s;
(3)在干燥的PVC浆料层上涂覆一层粘胶,将里布粘贴在粘胶上,放入干燥箱中在80℃、氢气环境中干燥30s,去掉离型纸;
(4)将上述制备的半PU革半成品放入充满氢气的干燥箱中,以3℃/min升温到80℃,保温10min,再以4℃/min升温到165℃,保温60s,继续升温到170℃,保温90s,以2℃/min降温到室温,制得半PU革;
A4、制作双面革:将两层半PU革的PU层向外,PVC层向内贴合在一起,用压辊机压制贴合制得。
所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂的制备方法为:
(1)将甘油三乙酸酯、异氰酸酯、乙二醇混合均匀,放入反应釜中在180℃反应10h,冷却后离心,将沉淀物用乙醇清洗4次;
(2)向上述沉淀物中加入苯胺、氯化铵搅拌均匀,在90℃水浴中加入6份二甲基甲酰胺,水浴反应4h,离心,将沉淀物用6%质量浓度的盐酸清洗3次,再用丙酮清洗3次,最后用去离子水清洗3次,放入干燥箱中干燥;
(3)将上述干燥后的物质放入氮气气氛炉中在280℃烧结30min,制得聚氨酯树脂;
(4)将聚氨酯树脂和丙烯酸按照质量比5:2混合均匀,放入120℃去离子水的饱和蒸气压中反应120min,反应后迅速放入冰水混合物中冷却,再转入干燥箱中以2℃/min升温到70℃,保温10min,再以3℃/min升温到85℃,保温20min,自然冷却到室温,制得聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂。
各原料按照以下重量份数组成:甘油三乙酸酯40份、异氰酸酯100份、乙二醇60份、苯胺75份、氯化铵45份。
所述聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液的制备方法为:
(1)将苯丙乳液加热到70℃,以150r/min搅拌15min,然后边搅拌边加入聚硅氧烷,加入速度为0.5ml/s,并且在加入聚硅氧烷的同时加入PH调节剂,使混合液的PH值稳定在6-6.5之间;
(2)将上述制备的混合溶液放入150℃真空干燥箱中反应4h,反应后向溶液中加入PH调节剂调节成中性,将溶液降温到4℃,静置50min,溶液分层后取上层液体,制得聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液。
所述苯丙乳液和聚硅氧烷的体积比为7:3。
所述硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯的制备方法为:
(1)将硅藻土和聚氯乙烯按照质量比1:8混合均匀,放入一氧化碳气氛炉中在400℃烧结3h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述冷却后的混合物用50℃饱和硫酸铜溶液清洗3次,再用55℃饱和氯化钙溶液清洗2次,最后用去离子水清洗3次;
(3)将上述清洗后的混合物加入5%质量浓度的氢氧化钠溶液中,放入微波炉中在900W功率下微波处理30min,离心,将沉淀物用去离子水清洗至中性,放入干燥箱干燥,制得硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯。
对比例1:
一种水性半PU革底料及其制备方法,将80kg的醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(型号707)置于高速分散机上的不锈钢容器中,然后加入0.5kgpH调节剂,开启分散机,控制转速在700转/分钟,依次加入1kg的聚乙烯醇(型号2499),分散均匀;高速分散15分钟;
2)将转速控制在500转/分钟,缓慢向不锈钢容器中加入10kg水性聚氨酯树脂与3kg水的混合物,边搅拌边加入,混合均匀;
3)保持转速不变,用0.5kgpH调节剂将pH值调至7.0-8.5,接着依次加入3kg增粘乳液(型号TR602)、0.5kg消泡剂(型号8044)、0.9kg润湿剂(型号YMT-329),最后缓慢加入0.6kg增稠剂(型号MH30),将浆料粘度调整到10000cps,获得水性半PU革底料。

A1、制作PU浆料
(1)将聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂、高密度聚乙烯、焦麻纤维、硅酸铝纤维混合均匀,放入高速搅拌机中在600-750r/min转速下搅拌10-15min,搅拌后加入混合物重量0.3倍的水,继续搅拌20-30min,搅拌后放入真空干燥箱干燥;
(2)向上述干燥后的混合物中加入羧甲基纤维素、聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合均匀,将混合物放入120℃、1.5-1.8Mpa氮气环境中静置3-3.5h,冷却到室温后用PH调节剂调节PH值为6.5-7;
(3)向上述步骤制备的混合物中加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和海泡石粉,在150-250r/min转速下搅拌50-60min,用紫外灯照射10min,制得PU浆料;
A2、制作PVC浆料
(1)将硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯、松香树脂、聚羟基丁酸酯、甲基异丁基甲酮、竹粉、双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯混合均匀,放入反应釜中,并向反应釜中加入混合物重量2倍的乙醇,将反应釜放入烘箱中在90-95℃下反应4-5h,冷却后用水抽滤洗涤3-4次;
(2)将上述制备的混合物放入45-55℃水浴中,在150-200r/min转速下依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、偏硅酸钠、季戊四醇、二氯异氰尿酸钠,水浴搅拌30-40min,水浴后将混合物放入-5℃冷冻20min,自然升温到室温;
(3)向上述制备的混合物中加入大豆蛋白胶,搅拌均匀后放入45℃真空环境中静置2-3h,制得PVC浆料;
A3、制作半PU革
(1)将PU浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.13-0.16mm,放入干燥箱中在130-140℃、氢气环境中干燥20s;
(2)在干燥的PU浆料层上涂覆PVC浆料,涂覆厚度为0.28-0.36mm,放入干燥箱中在120-130℃、氢气环境中干燥40s;
(3)在干燥的PVC浆料层上涂覆一层粘胶,将里布粘贴在粘胶上,放入干燥箱中在70-80℃、氢气环境中干燥30-50s,去掉离型纸;
(4)将上述制备的半PU革半成品放入充满氢气的干燥箱中,以3℃/min升温到80-100℃,保温10min,再以4℃/min升温到160-165℃,保温60s,继续升温到170-180℃,保温90s,以2℃/min降温到室温,制得半PU革;
A4、制作双面革:将两层半PU革的PU层向外,PVC层向内贴合在一起,用压辊机压制贴合制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂的制备方法为:
(1)将甘油三乙酸酯、异氰酸酯、乙二醇混合均匀,放入反应釜中在150-180℃反应8-10h,冷却后离心,将沉淀物用乙醇清洗3-4次;
(2)向上述沉淀物中加入苯胺、氯化铵搅拌均匀,在80-90℃水浴中加入二甲基甲酰胺,水浴反应3-4h,离心,将沉淀物用4-6%质量浓度的盐酸清洗2-3次,再用丙酮清洗2-3次,最后用去离子水清洗2-3次,放入干燥箱中干燥;
(3)将上述干燥后的物质放入氮气气氛炉中在220-280℃烧结20-30min,制得聚氨酯树脂;
(4)将聚氨酯树脂和丙烯酸按照质量比5:2混合均匀,放入120℃去离子水的饱和蒸气压中反应120-150min,反应后迅速放入冰水混合物中冷却,再转入干燥箱中以2℃/min升温到60-70℃,保温10min,再以3℃/min升温到80-85℃,保温20min,自然冷却到室温,制得聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,其特征在于,各原料按照以下重量份数组成:甘油三乙酸酯30-40份、异氰酸酯90-100份、乙二醇50-60份、苯胺65-75份、氯化铵35-45份、二甲基甲酰胺2-6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液的制备方法为:
(1)将苯丙乳液加热到60-70℃,以120-150r/min搅拌15min,然后边搅拌边加入聚硅氧烷,加入速度为0.5ml/s,并且在加入聚硅氧烷的同时加入PH调节剂,使混合液的PH值稳定在6-6.5之间;
(2)将上述制备的混合溶液放入150℃真空干燥箱中反应3-4h,反应后向溶液中加入PH调节剂调节成中性,将溶液降温到2-4℃,静置40-50min,溶液分层后取上层液体,制得聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述苯丙乳液和聚硅氧烷的体积比为7:3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯的制备方法为:
(1)将硅藻土和聚氯乙烯按照质量比1:8混合均匀,放入一氧化碳气氛炉中在300-400℃烧结2-3h,自然冷却到室温;
(2)将上述冷却后的混合物用40-50℃饱和硫酸铜溶液清洗3次,再用45-55℃饱和氯化钙溶液清洗2次,最后用去离子水清洗3次;
(3)将上述清洗后的混合物加入3-5%质量浓度的氢氧化钠溶液中,放入微波炉中在900W功率下微波处理30min,离心,将沉淀物用去离子水清洗至中性,放入干燥箱干燥,制得硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,其特征在于,制作PU浆料的原料按照以下重量份数组成:聚氨酯-丙烯酸树脂200-300份、高密度聚乙烯60-80份、焦麻纤维15-30份、硅酸铝纤维10-20份、羧甲基纤维素15-20份、聚硅氧烷改性苯丙乳液100-120份、丙二醇脂肪酸酯30-50份、聚二甲基硅氧烷45-55份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚35-50份、海泡石粉5-8份。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的半PU环保双面箱包革的制作工艺,其特征在于,制作PVC浆料的原料按照以下重量份数组成:硅藻土改性聚氯乙烯250-300份、松香树脂75-85份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠25-30份、聚羟基丁酸酯30-45份、偏硅酸钠15-25份、大豆蛋白胶25-35份、季戊四醇30-40份、甲基异丁基甲酮5-8份、二氯异氰尿酸钠12-16份、竹粉22-26份、双乙酰酒石酸单甘油酯22-24份。
