Abstract
本发明涉及一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法。该制备方法首先从人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花四种中药中提取出活性成分作为药膏;然后以天然的虾壳作为原料,依次经过酸泡、碱泡、次氯酸浸泡后除去蛋白质,色素,脂质后,利用氢氧化钠‑尿素溶液将其溶解后与天然抗氧化剂、药膏、纺丝助剂混合均匀后经静电纺丝处理后得到保健甲壳素纤维;最后将棉纤维经过疏水性修饰后与保健甲壳素纤维混纺制得中药保健甲壳素面料。经本发明制备的中药保健甲壳素面料亲肤性好,耐水洗能力、抗菌性能良好,且兼具保健功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料制备技术领域,具体为一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对健康和环境保护的重视,对服装纤维和织物也有了新的要求。即在注重服装美观与舒适的同时,对服装的卫生性等功能提出了更高的要求,各种抗菌防臭、健身防病的功能型纺织品成为人们所关注并有较大需求的高档纺织品之一。因此开发保健功能面料将会受到广大消费的青睐。甲壳素纤维具有生物相 容性好、生物活性优异、良好的生物降解性、良好的亲水性、染色性能好以及机械性能优良受到了广泛的使用。但是甲壳素面料耐水,耐油性不强限制了其应用。基于此,开发耐水耐油的甲壳素保健功能面料的将会具有巨大的市场前景。
发明内容
为了满足面料功能性要求,解决甲壳素面料耐水,耐油性不强等问题,本发明提供了一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发提供的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花洗净干燥后粉碎得中药粉末,将四种中药混合后,与乙醇-水混合液按1:15-20的质量体积比混合后,在45-60的条件下浸提10-12小时后过滤,滤液减压浓缩后冷冻干燥得药膏;
(2)将虾壳洗净干燥后,依次利用盐酸溶液、氢氧化钠溶液浸泡过夜后,再利用次氯酸钠水溶液高温浸泡2-4小时脱色后,用水洗涤2-3次后干燥,粉碎后过筛得虾壳粉末;将虾壳粉末加入到氢氧化钠-尿素混合溶液中,在700-1000rpm条件下搅拌使其溶解得到甲壳素凝胶溶液后,利用热水将溶液洗涤至中性后得到中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液;
(3)将中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液、天然抗氧化剂、药膏、纺丝助剂混合均匀后制备得到甲壳素纺丝液,经静电纺丝处理后干燥,制得抗菌甲壳素纤维;
(4)将棉纱线洗净后,将其在醋酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时后取出,用水洗涤2-3次后,再放置于疏水性硅烷化试剂的水溶液中,室温下浸泡4-6小时后,用水洗涤2-3次后,干燥得疏水改性的棉纤维;
(5)将步骤(3)所得的抗菌甲壳素纤维与步骤(4)所得的疏水改性的棉纤维进行混纺后,即得中药保健甲壳素面料。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述的人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花四种中药粉末混合时的质量比为1:1.2-1.5:0.5-1.5:1-2;所述的乙醇-水混合液中乙醇的体积分数为40-75%。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述的盐酸溶液溶度为0.5-1mol/L;所述的氢氧化钠溶液浓度为1-1.5mol/L。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述的次氯酸钠水溶液浓度为1-2mol/L;在所述次氯酸钠水溶液中浸泡时的温度为70-80℃。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述的氢氧化钠-尿素混合溶液中氢氧化钠浓度为1.5-2.5mol/L,尿素浓度为0.5-1mol/L。
优选的,步骤(3)中所述的天然抗氧化剂为茶多酚或者没食子酸;所述的纺丝助剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚碳酸脂中的一种;所述的中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液、天然抗氧化剂、药膏、纺丝助剂按质量份数酸依次为:90-95份、1-2.5份、2-3份、5-10份。
优选的,步骤(4)中所述的疏水性硅烷化试剂为十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十四烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种;所述的疏水性硅烷化试剂水溶液中疏水性硅烷化试剂的质量为棉纱线质量的2-4%。
优选的,步骤(5)中所述的混纺时,抗菌甲壳素纤维与疏水改性的棉纤维质量比为1:0.5-2。
与现有技术相比,本发明所述的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法具有以下有益效果,本发明采用天然虾壳为甲壳素纤维原料,来源丰富,成本低;利用静电纺丝技术将药膏与甲壳素纤维进行静电纺丝处理,使得药膏中的活性成分能吸附于纺丝纤维上,提高了面料的保健效果;对棉纤维进行疏水性修饰,加强了棉纤维的耐水性能;将棉纤维以及甲壳素纤维进行混纺,使得制备的面料透气性好,吸水性高,抗菌性能好,对皮肤亲和性强。经本发明制备的中药保健甲壳素面料亲肤性好,耐水洗能力、抗菌性能良好,且兼具保健功能。
具体实施方式
【实施例1】
(1)将人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花洗净干燥后粉碎得中药粉末,将人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花四种中药粉末按1:1.2:1.5:1的质量比混合后,与55%的乙醇-水混合液按1:20的质量体积比混合后,在50℃的条件下浸提11小时后过滤,滤液减压浓缩后冷冻干燥得药膏;
(2)将虾壳洗净干燥后,依次利用1mol/L盐酸溶液、1.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡过夜后,再利用1mol/L次氯酸钠水溶液在70℃条件下浸泡3小时脱色后,用水洗涤3次后干燥,粉碎后过筛得虾壳粉末;将虾壳粉末加入到2mol/L氢氧化钠-1mol/L尿素混合溶液中,在700-1000rpm条件下搅拌使其溶解得到甲壳素凝胶溶液后,利用热水将溶液洗涤至中性后得到中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液;
(3)将91.5份中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液、1.5份没食子酸、2份药膏、5份聚丙烯腈混合均匀后制备得到甲壳素纺丝液,经静电纺丝处理后干燥,制得抗菌甲壳素纤维;
(4)将棉纱线洗净后,将其在醋酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时后取出,用水洗涤2-3次后,再放置于十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷的水溶液中,室温下浸泡6小时后,用水洗涤2-3次后,干燥得疏水改性的棉纤维;
(5)将步骤(3)所得的抗菌甲壳素纤维与步骤(4)所得的疏水改性的棉纤维按1:0.5的质量比进行混纺后,即得中药保健甲壳素面料。
【实施例2】
(1)将人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花洗净干燥后粉碎得中药粉末,将人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花四种中药粉末按1:1.2:2:1.5的质量比混合后,与60%的乙醇-水混合液按1:18的质量体积比混合后,在55℃的条件下浸提12小时后过滤,滤液减压浓缩后冷冻干燥得药膏;
(2)将虾壳洗净干燥后,依次利用1mol/L盐酸溶液、1.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡过夜后,再利用1mol/L次氯酸钠水溶液在70℃条件下浸泡3小时脱色后,用水洗涤3次后干燥,粉碎后过筛得虾壳粉末;将虾壳粉末加入到2.5mol/L氢氧化钠-1mol/L尿素混合溶液中,在700-1000rpm条件下搅拌使其溶解得到甲壳素凝胶溶液后,利用热水将溶液洗涤至中性后得到中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液;
(3)将92份中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液、1份维生素E、2份药膏、5份聚丙烯酰胺混合均匀后制备得到甲壳素纺丝液,经静电纺丝处理后干燥,制得抗菌甲壳素纤维;
(4)将棉纱线洗净后,将其在醋酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时后取出,用水洗涤2-3次后,再放置于十四烷基三乙氧基硅烷的水溶液中,室温下浸泡6小时后,用水洗涤2-3次后,干燥得疏水改性的棉纤维;
(5)将步骤(3)所得的抗菌甲壳素纤维与步骤(4)所得的疏水改性的棉纤维按1:1的质量比进行混纺后,即得中药保健甲壳素面料。
【实施例3】
(1)将人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花洗净干燥后粉碎得中药粉末,将人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花四种中药粉末按1:1.5:1.5:2的质量比混合后,与60%的乙醇-水混合液按1:20的质量体积比混合后,在60℃的条件下浸提11小时后过滤,滤液减压浓缩后冷冻干燥得药膏;
(2)将虾壳洗净干燥后,依次利用1mol/L盐酸溶液、1.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液浸泡过夜后,再利用1mol/L次氯酸钠水溶液在70℃条件下浸泡3小时脱色后,用水洗涤3次后干燥,粉碎后过筛得虾壳粉末;将虾壳粉末加入到2mol/L氢氧化钠-1.5mol/L尿素混合溶液中,在700-1000rpm条件下搅拌使其溶解得到甲壳素凝胶溶液后,利用热水将溶液洗涤至中性后得到中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液;
(3)将93份中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液、1份没食子酸、2份药膏、4份聚丙烯腈混合均匀后制备得到甲壳素纺丝液,经静电纺丝处理后干燥,制得抗菌甲壳素纤维;
(4)将棉纱线洗净后,将其在醋酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时后取出,用水洗涤2-3次后,再放置于十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷的水溶液中,室温下浸泡6小时后,用水洗涤2-3次后,干燥得疏水改性的棉纤维;
(5)将步骤(3)所得的抗菌甲壳素纤维与步骤(4)所得的疏水改性的棉纤维按1:0.5的质量比进行混纺后,即得中药保健甲壳素面料。

Claims (8)
1.一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花洗净干燥后粉碎得中药粉末,将四种中药混合后,与乙醇-水混合液按1:15-20的质量体积比混合后,在45-60的条件下浸提10-12小时后过滤,滤液减压浓缩后冷冻干燥得药膏;
(2)将虾壳洗净干燥后,依次利用盐酸溶液、氢氧化钠溶液浸泡过夜后,再利用次氯酸钠水溶液高温浸泡2-4小时脱色后,用水洗涤2-3次后干燥,粉碎后过筛得虾壳粉末;将虾壳粉末加入到氢氧化钠-尿素混合溶液中,在700-1000rpm条件下搅拌使其溶解得到甲壳素凝胶溶液后,利用热水将溶液洗涤至中性后得到中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液;
(3)将中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液、天然抗氧化剂、药膏、纺丝助剂混合均匀后制备得到甲壳素纺丝液,经静电纺丝处理后干燥,制得抗菌甲壳素纤维;
(4)将棉纱线洗净后,在醋酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时后取出,用水洗涤2-3次后,再放置于疏水性硅烷化试剂的水溶液中,室温下浸泡4-6小时后,用水洗涤2-3次后,干燥得疏水改性的棉纤维;
(5)将步骤(3)所得的抗菌甲壳素纤维与步骤(4)所得的疏水改性的棉纤维进行混纺后,即得中药保健甲壳素面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的人参、枸杞、灵芝、金银花四种中药粉末混合时的质量比为1:1.2-1.5:0.5-1.5:1-2;所述的乙醇-水混合液中乙醇的体积分数为40-75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的盐酸溶液溶度为0.5-1mol/L;所述的氢氧化钠溶液浓度为1-1.5mol/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的次氯酸钠水溶液浓度为1-2mol/L;在所述次氯酸钠水溶液中浸泡时的温度为70-80℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的氢氧化钠-尿素混合溶液中氢氧化钠浓度为1.5-2.5mol/L,尿素浓度为0.5-1mol/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的天然抗氧化剂为茶多酚或者没食子酸;所述的纺丝助剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯腈、聚碳酸脂中的一种;所述的中性的甲壳素凝胶溶液、天然抗氧化剂、药膏、纺丝助剂按质量份数算依次为:90-95份、1-2.5份、2-3份、5-10份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的疏水性硅烷化试剂为十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十四烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种;所述的疏水性硅烷化试剂的水溶液中疏水性硅烷化试剂的质量为棉纱线质量的2-4%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药保健甲壳素面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述的混纺时,抗菌甲壳素纤维与疏水改性的棉纤维质量比为1:0.5-2。
