Abstract
本发明公开了一种毛布清洗剂,按质量百分比包括如下组分:表面活性剂1‑20%,氧化剂1‑20%,树脂控制剂0.5‑10%,分散剂0.1‑10%,螯合剂0.1‑5%,缓蚀剂0.1‑5%,余量为水。还公开了毛布清洗剂在清洗生活用纸抄造用的毛布中的应用。本发明提出了一种新的适用于生活用纸的毛布清洗剂,同时具有乳化、润湿、分散、氧化、抑垢等多种作用,其中乳化、润湿作用主要是针对天然树脂等,分散和氧化作用主要针对湿强剂和细小纤维,抑垢作用主要针对无机盐的沉积,将生活用纸湿部系统中的天然树脂、无机盐、湿强剂和细小纤维等进行针对性的处理,减少了树脂、湿强剂和纤维在毛布上的沉积。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸用清洗剂,具体涉及一种毛布清洗剂及其应用。
背景技术
随着抄纸系统的封闭循环程度越来越高,同时在造纸过程中添加的化学药品越来越多,这些都导致了造纸湿部过程越来越复杂,造纸过程中的毛布极易产生沉积物,从而造成毛布的污染和堵塞。毛布污染后会带来一系列问题:(1)降低纸机车速,无法提高产量;(2)影响成纸质量,产生成纸压花,匀度下降,产生断纸、破洞等纸病;(3)增加纸页出压榨部的水分,从而增加电耗和汽耗;(4)真空设备负荷增加;(5)降低毛布的使用寿命,出现机械磨损;(6)影响纸机效能,增加运行成本。
毛布的脏污物可分为两大类:(1)淀粉、施胶剂、有机合成助剂等胶粘物,它们粘附在纤维原料、填料表面或游离在浆液中,最终在毛布上形成沉积物;(2)细小纤维和无机物(填料或无机垢)等,堵塞毛布孔隙,形成沉积物。在生产过程中,对毛布沉积物的分析结果表明,大部分的沉积物是少量的粘性物质在大量的细小纤维或无机物间形成了热固性树脂,从而沉积在毛布的表面或内部。造纸系统中的各种粘性物质,是最终造成毛布污染/堵塞,并影响纸机运行和成纸品质的最主要原因。
不同纸张的生产,由于其原料结构和使用化学药品的不同,造成其毛布污染的主要粘性物质也有所不同。对于文化用纸和白纸板,主要的粘性物质来自于所使用的淀粉、施胶剂、涂布损纸中的各种胶料;对于工业包装用纸,粘性物质主要来自于废纸中的热熔胶、压敏胶、淀粉和干强剂;对于生活用纸,其粘性物质主要来自于原料中的天然树脂和湿强剂,尤其是在高湿强生活用纸的抄造过程中,湿强剂是造成毛布污染的主要原因。
不同于文化用纸和工业包装用纸,生活用纸定量非常低,纸页非常薄,对毛布的要求更高;同时由于生活用纸杨克烘缸上使用的脱、贴缸剂和湿部添加的湿强剂易吸附在毛布上,这对毛布的保洁提出了更高的要求。在高湿强纸的抄造过程中,毛布的污染情况更为严重。目前生活用纸使用的湿强剂主要是PAE,PAE作为一种交联型的湿强剂,在毛布表面吸附后经过杨克烘缸时,杨克烘缸的温度会加速毛布上残留的湿强剂的交联反应。毛布随着纸页每次通过杨克烘缸的压区时,残留的湿强剂在毛布上交联反应会越来越成熟,并使得残留在毛布上的湿强剂更难去除,最终造成毛布的深度污染,导致毛布脱水困难,车速降低,并最终达不到使用要求而更换毛布。
针对造纸毛布的清洗,化学法是最有效且被广泛使用的方法。针对不同纸种毛布中粘性物质的不同,可采用碱性清洗、酸性清洗或中性清洗的方法。通过碱对树脂类胶粘物的润胀和皂化作用、酸对无机垢类物质的溶解清洗作用和不同表面活性剂对不同粘性物质的乳化、润湿、分散、溶解作用,最终实现对毛布的清洗作用。
对于生活用纸,尤其是高湿强纸的生产,在毛布上沉积的主要粘性物质湿强剂,另外还有少量的天然树脂和无机垢。传统的酸性、碱性和中性清洗剂对其的清洗保洁作用是极为有限的。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有的毛布清洗剂对沉积在毛布上的湿强剂清洗作用有限的问题,本发明第一方面提供一种毛布清洗剂,本发明第二方面提供所述毛布清洗剂在清洗生活用纸抄造时沉积在毛布上的粘性物质中的应用。

其中,所述表面活性剂为清洗型表面活性剂、渗透剂和增溶剂中的任意一种或几种的组合。其中,清洗型表面活性剂是指易溶于水且具有较强润湿能力的表面活性剂,优选非离子和阴离子表面活性剂。渗透剂,顾名思义是起渗透作用,也是具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列,并能使表面张力显著下降的物质;渗透剂是促进毛布清洗剂往毛布污染物和毛布里面渗透的产品,可加速毛布清洗剂快速的抵达污染所在之处,并高效的和污染物发生作用。增溶剂具有高的亲水性。

其中,所述树脂控制剂主要指植物提取的可溶解、乳化木浆中来源于木材的天然树脂物质,优选薄荷油、薄荷油萜、椰子油、愈创木油、霍霍巴油、薰衣草油、柠檬油、柠檬草油、橙油、橙萜烯、橙油萜、留兰香油、萜品醇、松节油和百里香油中的任意一种或几种的组合。
其中,所述分散剂为羧酸盐;更优选PMA(聚马来酸)、PAA(聚丙烯酸)、PASP(聚天冬氨酸)、PESA(聚环氧琥珀酸)、HEDP(羟基亚乙基二膦酸)、MA-AA(丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物)中的任意一种或几种的组合。
其中,所述螯合剂优选具有高Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+螯合能力的螯合剂,更优选EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)、DTPA(二乙烯三胺五乙酸)、葡萄糖酸钠、PEPEMP(多氨基多醚基亚甲基膦酸)、ATMP(氨基三亚甲基膦酸)、DTPMPA(二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸)、HEDTA(N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸)、NTA(氨基三乙酸)及其钠盐中的任意一种或几种的组合。
其中,所述缓蚀剂可以防止清洗剂对金属设备的腐蚀,优选苯骈三氮唑(BTA)、六次甲基四胺(乌洛托品)和若丁(Rodine)中的任意一种或几种的组合。
其中,所述毛布清洗剂的制备方法如下:在清洁干燥的反应中,首先加入计量好的去离子水,随后依次加入所述表面活性剂,氧化剂,树脂控制剂,分散剂,螯合剂和缓蚀剂。每种原料的添加间隔时间为15min,以保证生产过程中,各原料混合均一,所有原料添加完毕后,再搅拌30min后出料。
本发明第二方面提供所述的毛布清洗剂在清洗生活用纸抄造用的毛布中的应用,尤其是高湿强生活用纸。使用方法如下:
(1)添加方式:在线连续添加;
(2)用量:非湿强纸0.4-0.5kg/吨纸(可根据现场生产情况进行调整优化);
湿强纸0.6-0.7kg/吨纸(可根据现场生产情况进行调整优化);
(3)添加点:毛布喷淋管(靠近风罩),毛布清洗剂通过增压泵加入管道,在线洗后,直接喷淋在纸机毛布上。
有益效果:本发明提出了一种新的适用于生活用纸(尤其是高湿强纸)的毛布清洗剂,同时具有乳化、润湿、分散、氧化、抑垢等多种作用,其中乳化、润湿作用主要是针对天然树脂等,分散和氧化作用主要针对湿强剂和细小纤维,抑垢作用主要针对无机盐的沉积,将生活用纸湿部系统中的天然树脂、无机盐、湿强剂和细小纤维等进行针对性的处理,减少了树脂、湿强剂和纤维在毛布上的沉积。

0.3%的螯合剂,其中0.2%的葡萄糖酸钠,0.1%的HEDP;
0.2%的缓蚀剂,缓蚀剂为若丁;
余量为水。
实施例6
按质量百分比包括如下组分:
6%的表面活性剂,其中2%为MOA-4(C12-14的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(其聚氧乙烯醚EO数为4)),1%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(其聚氧乙烯醚EO数为6),2%的二甲苯磺酸钠,1%的异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(其聚氧乙烯醚EO数为3);
4%的氧化剂,氧化剂为过硫酸铵;
2%的树脂控制剂,1%的橙油萜,1%的留兰香油;
2%的分散剂,1%的MA-AA,1%的HEDP;
0.3%的螯合剂,螯合剂为PAPEMP;
0.2%的缓蚀剂,缓蚀剂为乌洛托品;
余量为水。
对比例1
某外企碱性清洗剂,以碱性清洗、乳化为主。
对比例2
某外企碱性清洗剂,以碱性清洗、乳化为主,辅助以一定的分散和螯合作用;该产品表面活性剂含量较高。
对比例3
某外企酸性清洗剂,以有机酸清洗和乳化为主。
对比例4
某外企酸性清洗剂,无机酸清洗,辅以一定量的表面活性剂。
对比例5
某外企中性清洗剂,以醇醚类溶剂清洗为主,辅助一定量的表面活性剂。
将实施例1-6和对比例1-5的清洗剂,用于高湿强生活用纸抄造用的毛布清洗,使用方法如下:
(1)添加方式:在线连续添加;
(2)用量:非湿强纸0.4-0.5kg/吨纸(可根据现场生产情况进行调整优化);
湿强纸0.6-0.7kg/吨纸(可根据现场生产情况进行调整优化);
(3)添加点:毛布喷淋管(靠近风罩),毛布清洗剂通过增压泵加入管道,在线洗后后,直接喷淋在纸机毛布上。
检测方法为产品上机后,机台上各控制点的显示数据(纸机上在线监控数据),结果见表1和表2。

结果如表1和表2所示,将实施例1-6制备得到的产品用于高湿强生活用纸抄造用的毛布清洗后,毛布含水量升高,代表毛布内孔隙增大,毛布吸水率增加,毛布可以容纳更多水分;同时,上层、中层和下层吸水箱真空度下降,代表毛布内孔隙率增加,水分更易被抽吸;毛布罗茨泵电流下降,代表真空系统在较低的电流下即可实现同样的真空度和脱水效率;伸展辊处毛布含水量和透气度升高,代表使用实施例的毛布清洗剂后,毛布孔隙率上升,吸水量增加;烘缸蒸汽压力下降,代表纸张含水量低,纸张中的水分更多被毛布吸走,从而更有利于纸张脱水,降低纸张干燥成本。其中,实施例3的毛布清洗剂的清洗效果最好,其次是实施例1的毛布清洗剂。
Claims (4)
1.一种毛布清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比包括如下组分:
所述表面活性剂为清洗型表面活性剂、渗透剂和增溶剂中的任意一种或几种的组合;
所述清洗型表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂;所述渗透剂为阴离子渗透剂;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磷酸酯为C8-C10或C12-C14脂肪醇的聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,其聚氧乙烯醚EO数为3-12;
所述阴离子渗透剂为快速渗透剂T、耐碱渗透剂OEP-70、耐碱渗透剂AEP和高温渗透剂JFC-M中的任意一种或几种的组合;
所述增溶剂的HLB>15,所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯和二甲苯磺酸钠、聚乙二醇400双油酸酯中的任意一种或几种的组合;
所述树脂控制剂为薄荷油、薄荷油萜、椰子油、愈创木油、霍霍巴油、薰衣草油、柠檬油、柠檬草油、橙油、橙萜烯、橙油萜、留兰香油、萜品醇、松节油和百里香油中的任意一种或几种的组合;
所述分散剂为聚马来酸、聚丙烯酸、聚天冬氨酸、聚环氧琥珀酸、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物中的任意一种或几种的组合;
所述氧化剂为过硫酸盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛布清洗剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸、二乙烯三胺五乙酸、葡萄糖酸钠、多氨基多醚基亚甲基膦酸、氨基三亚甲基膦酸、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸、氨基三乙酸及其钠盐中的任意一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的毛布清洗剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为苯骈三氮唑、六次甲基四胺和若丁中的任意一种或几种的组合。
4.权利要求1-3任意一项所述的毛布清洗剂在清洗高湿强生活用纸抄造用的毛布中的应用。
