The upper and lower layer separating device (2) of the raw material paper sheet is provided with a chain (2-1), a chain driving mechanism (2-4), a sucker (2-2), a rotary joint (2-3) and a separating plate (2-5); the chain (2-1) is driven to run by a chain driving mechanism (2-4), and a group of suckers (2-2) are arranged on the chain (2-1); the sucker (2-2) is connected with a vacuumizing pipeline through a rotary joint (2-3); the separating plate (2-5) is arranged below the chain (2-1), and a wedge-shaped material separating surface is arranged at the front end of the separating plate (2-5);
The handle gasket pressing and cutting and folding device (3) is provided with a pressing and cutting mechanism (3-1) and a folding mechanism (3-2); the pressing and cutting mechanism (3-1) comprises a pressing and cutting module (3-1-3), an up-and-down motion sliding block assembly (3-1-2) and an up-and-down motion sliding block driving unit (3-1-1), wherein the pressing and cutting module (3-1-3) is of a bilateral symmetry structure, the left end and the right end of the pressing and cutting module (3-1-3) are matched with small paper sheets (8-3) at the upper handle of a paper sheet (8) of the carton gift box raw material, the upper end of the pressing and cutting module (3-1-3) is connected with the up-and-down motion sliding block assembly (3-1-2), and the up-and-down motion sliding block assembly (3-1-1) is assembled with the up-and-down motion sliding block driving unit (3-1-1);
The folding mechanism (3-2) is arranged below the pressing and cutting mechanism (3-1) and comprises a push plate (3-2-1), a horizontal sliding block (3-2-2), a horizontal guide rail (3-2-3) and a horizontal sliding block driving unit (3-2-4); the push plate (3-2-1) and the horizontal sliding block (3-2-2) comprise two parts which are symmetrically arranged left and right, in each part, the push plate (3-2-1) is fixedly connected with the horizontal sliding block (3-2-2), the horizontal sliding block (3-2-2) is assembled with the horizontal guide rail (3-2-3) and the horizontal sliding block driving unit (3-2-4), and the horizontal sliding block (3-2-2) and the push plate (3-2-1) are enabled to move left and right through the horizontal sliding block driving unit (3-2-4);
The lifting handle inserting device (5) is in butt joint with the lifting handle automatic conveying equipment, and a material ejection plate (5-1), a guide mechanism (5-3), a pull rod (5-4) and a driving arm (5-2) are arranged in the lifting handle inserting device (5); the driving arm (5-2) is connected with the ejector plate (5-1) through a pull rod (5-4) and a guide mechanism (5-3), and drives the ejector plate (5-1) to move up and down through the driving arm (5-2);
The handle mounting hole punching device (4) comprises a sliding block (4-3), a sliding block driving mechanism (4-1), a guide rail (4-2), a blanking module (4-4) and a bottom plate (4-6); the guide rail (4-2) is arranged on a fixed wallboard (6) of a carton gift box handle installation production line; the sliding block (4-3) is assembled with the sliding block driving mechanism (4-1) and the guide rail (4-2), and a blanking module (4-4) is arranged at the bottom of the sliding block (4-3); the blanking module (4-4) is provided with a blanking cutter (4-5), and the cutting edge of the blanking cutter (4-5) is matched with a handle mounting hole (8-4) to be processed on a paper box gift box raw material paper sheet (8); the bottom plate (4-6) is fixed on the workbench, and blanking holes (4-7) matched with cutting edges of the blanking cutters (4-5) are formed in the bottom plate (4-6).
