Abstract
本发明公开一种治疗中耳炎的外用中药组合物及其制备方法，所述的该外用中药组合物是由下述重量份的中药原料配制成的：栝楼15‑35份、黄柏30‑60份、金钱草20‑40份、栀子5‑15份、蛇蜕5‑15份、虎耳草5‑10份。本发明选用多种中药材，具有止血消炎、活血镇痛、收敛解毒的功效；能迅速缓解患者痛苦、毒副作用小，药性平和持久，对各种原因引起的中耳炎尤其是慢性中耳炎具有显著的疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗中耳炎的外用中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
中耳炎，就是中耳发炎，是累及中耳（包括咽鼓管鼓室鼓窦及乳突气房）全部或部分结构的炎性病变绝大多数为非特异性安排炎症，尤其好发于儿童。可分为非化脓性及化脓性两大类。非化脓性者包括分泌性中耳炎气压损伤性中耳炎；化脓性者有急性和慢性真是之分特异性炎症太少少见如结核性中耳炎等。常见有分泌性中耳炎、急性化脓性中耳炎、及胆脂瘤型中耳炎和气压损伤性中耳炎。中耳炎是引起鼓室硬化最常见的病因。表现为鼓膜增厚，内陷。鼓室和/或乳突窦及乳突气房内充填软组织密度影，乳突气房含气减少或消失，鼓室及乳突内可以出现积液征象，听小骨破坏甚至消失，少部分患者可有乳突及鼓室壁的骨质破坏。但不会出现钙化。
目前西医治疗中耳炎主要以抗炎治疗，局部用药为主，用抗生素水溶液或抗生素与类固醇激素类药物混合液，如 0.25％氯霉素液、氯霉素可的松液、氧氟沙星滴耳液等，治疗中耳炎及外耳道炎等。疗效快，但是容易复发。此外，在治疗过程中长期大量使用抗生素会带来很多副作用。
中医认为，耳部疾病是由于致病邪毒侵犯，使机体正常生理功能失调，从而发生病理变化。具体到中耳炎，即为肝胆湿热、邪气盛行所致。中耳炎疾病的发生是正邪斗争的反映，是五脏六腑功能失调的结果。
相对于化学合成药物而言，中草药有多种有效成分，不仅具有毒性低、不易产生副作用、病原微生物对其不易产生耐药性的优点，而且在抗菌抗病毒的同时，还能增强免疫机能，提高机体抗病力。长久以来，传统中医依据扶正祛邪的理论，已经有了很多治疗中耳炎的中药。但是一般的中药汤剂治疗周期太长，不能快速缓解患者痛苦，且大多数显效较慢，治疗周期长，疗效不够确切。
发明内容
发明人依据多年的临床经验结合祖传的验方，潜心钻研，发明了一种治疗中耳炎的外用中药组合物。该中药组合物见效快，能迅速缓解患者痛苦、毒副作用小，药性平和持久，对各种原因引起的中耳炎尤其是慢性中耳炎具有显著的疗效。
本发明的技术方案如下：
本发明的治疗中耳炎的外用药物，它是由包括如下重量份的原料制备而成的：
栝楼30份、黄柏50份、金钱草30份、栀子10份、蛇蜕10份、虎耳草6份。
优选地，本发明由如下重量份的原料制备而成的：
栝楼25份、黄柏55份、金钱草35份、栀子10份、蛇蜕6份、虎耳草8份。
以下是本发明各组成成分的功效和作用：
栝楼：性寒；味甘、苦；归肺、胃、大肠经。清热涤痰，宽胸散结，润燥滑肠。用于：肺热咳嗽，痰浊黄稠，胸痹心痛，结胸痞满，乳痈，肺痈、肠痈肿痛、大便秘结。
黄柏：味苦，性寒。归肾、膀胱、大肠经。清热解毒，清热燥湿。用于湿热痢疾、泄泻、黄疸；梦遗、淋浊、带下；骨蒸劳热，盗汗；以及口舌生疮；目赤肿痛；痈疽疮毒；皮肤湿疹。
金钱草：味甘、微苦、性凉。归肝、胆、肾、膀胱经。利水通淋、清热解毒、散瘀消肿、清利湿热、沙淋、尿涩作痛、黄疸尿赤、痈肿疔疮。主治肝胆及泌尿系结石；热淋、肾炎水肿、湿热黄疸、疮毒痈肿、毒蛇咬伤、跌打损伤。
栀子：味苦，性寒。归心、肺、胃、三焦经。清热泻火，凉血，解毒，利湿。用于心烦失眠，躁扰不宁，湿热黄疸，血热吐衄。
蛇蜕，别名蛇皮、蛇退、长虫皮、龙衣、蛇壳，为游蛇科动物黑眉锦蛇、锦蛇或乌梢蛇等蜕下的干燥表皮膜。味咸、甘，性平。可祛风，定惊，解毒，退翳。用于小儿惊风，抽搐痉 挛，翳障，喉痹，疔肿，皮肤瘙痒。
虎耳草，别名石荷叶、狮子耳、耳聋草、金丝荷叶、金丝吊芙蓉等，为虎耳草科植物虎耳草的全草。味苦、性辛，寒。有小 毒。可清热解毒。用于小儿发热，咳嗽气
本发明的有益效果为：
（1）本发明所述的治疗中耳炎的外用药物选用多种中药材，具有止血消炎、活血镇痛、收敛解毒的功效；
（2）本发明属于外用药物，能迅速缓解患者痛苦、毒副作用小，药性平和持久，对各种原因引起的中耳炎尤其是慢性中耳炎具有显著的疗效。
（3）本发明所述的治疗中耳炎的外用药物，配方科学合理，使用方法便捷，原料药来源广泛、制备成本低廉，具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
实施例1
1）称取下述重量份各原料：栝楼30g、黄柏50g、金钱草30g、栀子10g、蛇蜕10g、虎耳草6g；
2）加入上述原料纯净水一千克，浸泡半小时开始煎熬，沸后文火熬煮四十分钟，去渣留液；
3）继续文火熬液，至四十克时四百目过滤后即成。
实施例2
1） 称取下述重量份各原料：栝楼25g、黄柏55g、金钱草35g、栀子10g、蛇蜕6g、虎耳草8g；
2）加入上述原料纯净水一千克，浸泡半小时开始煎熬，沸后文火熬煮四十分钟，去渣留液；
3）继续文火熬液，至四十克时四百目过滤后即成。
所述中药组合物使用方法为：先用药棉把耳朵里面清理干净，再滴入药液。每日五次，时间分配相对均匀。每次二滴。一般使用后，1-2天起效，14日为一个疗程，1-2个疗程痊愈。
注意事项：1.忌辛辣、刺激、肥厚油腻的食物。2.用药三天后症状无改善，或出现其他不良反应，应及时去医院就诊。
病例分析：孙某，男，50岁，农民。发病史约一年，采用西医治疗后痊愈，后又屡有复发，确诊为慢性中耳炎。采用本发明药物一个疗程后，嘱咐其饮食以清淡为主，不吃辛辣刺激的饮食半年后回访未复发。
病例分析：赵某，男，22 岁，大学生。发病史约2年，有不良的吸烟习惯，同时经常长时间使用耳机。使用本发明药物二个疗程，期间配合西医的抗炎类药物治疗，完全治愈。嘱咐其注意养成良好生活习惯，避免不良的用耳习惯，一年后回访未复发。
病例分析：何某某， 女，61 岁，退休职工。体质虚弱，发病史约5年，服用本发明药物一个疗程后，有了明显效果，接着又服用了一个疗程的本发明药物，完全治愈。嘱咐其日常生活注意适度锻炼，一年后未复发。

1.一种治疗中耳炎的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制成的：栝楼15-35份、黄柏30-60份、金钱草20-40份、栀子5-15份、蛇蜕5-15份、虎耳草5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗中耳炎的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制成的：栝楼30份、黄柏50份、金钱草30份、栀子10份、蛇蜕10份、虎耳草6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗中耳炎的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，它是由下述重量份的中药原料配制成的：栝楼25份、黄柏55份、金钱草35份、栀子10份、蛇蜕6份、虎耳草8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗中耳炎的外用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于该方法包括如下步骤：
1）称取下述重量份各原料：栝楼30g、黄柏50g、金钱草30g、栀子10g、蛇蜕10g、虎耳草6g；
2）加入上述原料纯净水一千克，浸泡半小时开始煎熬，沸后文火熬煮四十分钟，去渣留液；
3）继续文火熬液，至四十克时经四百目筛过滤后即成。
