本发明公开了一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条及其加工工艺,是由陈艾叶、托玛琳、钙粉、天胡荽、翼首草、蔓荆子、飞龙掌血、上树龙、天竺黄、草果、香薷、芸薹子、三棱、梧桐子经过选料、制备艾绒、超微粉碎、乙醇提取中药液、轧制艾条等工艺流程制备而成,具有活血化瘀、理气温经、醒脑开窍、通络化湿的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药保健技术领域,尤其是涉及一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条及其加工工艺。
背景技术
中医经络学基本理论告诉我们,“气血足,百病除”。只有气血充足,才更有利于全身经络的通畅,有了充足的气血和畅通的经络,人体的脏腑才能得到很好的濡养而使功能强健起来,气血、经络、脏腑三者实现了互相之间的动态平衡,才是人体真正意义上的健康状态。达到了这样一个健康状态的人,就有了一个非常良好的内部环境和强大的免疫体系,既能够及时清理内部的各种毒素,又足以抵御外来致病因子的侵袭。反之,如果一个人气血不足、经络不通、脏腑功能衰弱,就破坏了三者的动态平衡或者说造成了严重失衡,因此而形成内部环境的一团混乱和千疮百孔,这样的人可想而知,既没有力量及时清理内部的毒素,更缺乏抵御外来致病因子侵袭的能力,因而,也就成了致病的根本原因。研究表明,以下三个原因可以造成经络不通:1、胡吃海塞大量的垃圾食品,使体内的毒素不断积累,造成经络堵塞;2、长期处在空调的环境中,毒素无法通过出汗排出;3、长期一种姿势工作,造成人体内的气血无法流通,部分肌肉或者组织,长期得不到气血的滋养,这部分的经络自然也就不会通畅。基于上述原因导致风寒湿而引起的颈椎病、膝关节炎、肩周炎、足跟痛等疾病的发病率呈逐年增加的趋势,并且随着社会的发达程度的增高,上述疾病的发病呈现年轻化的趋势。
艾灸疗法是中医学的重要组成部分,也是传统医学中最古老的医疗方法之一。艾灸是一种使用燃烧后的艾条、艾炷等悬灸人体穴位的中医疗法(包括悬灸和直接接触),用于内科、外科、妇科、儿科、五官科疾病,适应范围十分广泛,在中国古代是主要治疗疾病的手段。艾灸具有温阳补气、温经通络、消瘀散结、补中益气的作用,对于由风寒湿及血瘀所致的疾病效果十分明显。艾绒制成的艾条点燃后,熏灸身体相应的穴位,能治病防病,病症无论寒热、虚实、阴阳、表里均可施灸,特备适合于家庭治疗和保健。可以说,艾条广泛地应用于各种疾病治疗和保健,艾灸,乃中国最古老的医术之一,属中医外治法。它源于远古时代,形成于商周年间,历时几千年。艾灸是中华国粹,追溯千年,艾灸曾是帝皇养生的秘藏。流传至民间后又成为最主要的百姓治病良方,是我国宝贵的文化遗产。艾条素以洞庭长杆艾为佳,叶厚而绒多,是历代制作金艾绒的上等原料。洞庭地理位置优越,冠以"鱼米之乡",气候湿润,艾草繁密旺盛,以其制作的上等艾条最适宜用于艾灸,历史上深得御医信赖,广泛用于宫廷。由于艾条深的中医的钟爱,因此使用艾条治疗相关疾病的方法也有很多,对于艾条的要求也逐渐增多,为了满足不同的使用需求需要对艾条进行不同程度的改良,使用灸疗过程中艾叶所发挥的作用主要有两个方面,一是温热效应;二是艾叶所含挥发油在燃烧过程中的艾烟中的化学成分的作用,而艾烟挥发性成分主要为氨水、乙醇、乙二醇醋酸、乙酰胺、丙酸、甲呋喃等20多种,在艾烟挥发性成分中有能用于保健、治疗的成分。现有的艾条制作中,大多选用艾叶为填充物,以纯艾叶为填充物的艾条活性成分仅限于艾草,治疗效果有限,且艾条中夹杂着艾梗较多,燃烧时容易产生爆裂,安全性低,且燃烧后的艾烟虽有消毒空气、驱蚊等对人体有一定的有益作用,但是艾烟的不适宜气味是其缺点;此外,艾烟会通过呼吸道、皮肤对使用、接受艾灸疗法的医生和病人造成过敏或其他潜在的伤害,同时,浓郁、难闻的艾油焦香味长时间污染衣物。
CN201310214550.9 公开了一名为“一种用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症的艾条”,它是苍术、制川乌、制草乌、附子、白芷、石菖蒲、苏叶、蝉蜕脚、麝香和艾绒制成,有治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,但未就具体效果进行说明。
CN201410437261.X 公开了一名为“一种治疗骨质增生的艾条”,它是由艾绒、威灵仙、鹿衔草、龟板、桃仁、金毛狗脊、熟地、当归、干姜原料制成,治疗骨质增生的效果显著,不刺激肠胃,但未就具体效果进行说明。
综上所述,市场上需要一种主治风寒湿及血瘀药效更加显著专一、制备简单、成本低廉的艾条,但是关于这类艾条还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条及其加工工艺,是由陈艾叶、托玛琳、钙粉、天胡荽、翼首草、蔓荆子、飞龙掌血、上树龙、天竺黄、草果、香薷、芸薹子、三棱、梧桐子经过选料、制备艾绒、超微粉碎、乙醇提取中药液、轧制艾条等工艺流程制备而成,具有活血化瘀、理气温经、醒脑开窍、通络化湿的功效。
本发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条,由如下重量份比例的原料药制成:陈艾叶120-200份、托玛琳10-20份、钙粉10-20份、天胡荽40-50份、翼首草40-50份、蔓荆子15-40份、飞龙掌血20-40份、上树龙20-30份、天竺黄10-30份,草果20-30份、香薷10-30份、芸薹子20-30份、三棱20-40份、梧桐子20-40份。
在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,所述药物艾条由如下重量份的原料制成:陈艾叶120-150份、托玛琳10-15份、钙粉10-15份、天胡荽40-45份、翼首草40-45份、蔓荆子15-30份、飞龙掌血20-30份、上树龙20-25份、天竺黄10-20份,草果20-25份、香薷10-20份、芸薹子20-25份、三棱20-30份、梧桐子20-30份。
在本发明的另一个优选的实施方案中,所述药物艾条由如下重量份的原料药制成:陈艾叶150-200份、托玛琳15-20份、钙粉15-20份、天胡荽45-50份、翼首草45-50份、蔓荆子20-40份、飞龙掌血30-40份、上树龙25-30份、天竺黄20-30份,草果25-30份、香薷20-30份、芸薹子25-30份、三棱30-40份、梧桐子30-40份。
在本发明的另一个优选的实施方案中,所述药物艾条由如下重量份的原料药制成:陈艾叶200份、托玛琳20份、钙粉10份、天胡荽50份、翼首草50份、蔓荆子40份、飞龙掌血40份、上树龙30份、天竺黄30份,草果30份、香薷30份、芸薹子30份、三棱40份、梧桐子40份。
在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,所述药物艾条由如下重量份的原料药制作成:陈艾叶120份、托玛琳10份、钙粉20份、天胡荽40份、翼首草40份、蔓荆子20份、飞龙掌血20份、上树龙20份、天竺黄10份,草果20份、香薷10份、芸薹子20份、三棱20份、梧桐子20份。
所述的药物艾条的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:选料,按上述原料重量份数配比称取优质的陈艾叶、托玛琳、钙粉、天胡荽、翼首草、 蔓荆子、飞龙掌血、上树龙、天竺黄、草果、香薷、芸薹子、三棱、梧桐子,备用;所述的陈艾叶选用3~5年的蕲艾陈艾叶;
步骤二:制备艾绒,取陈艾叶经过第一次分拣,拣出杂质后放到捣碎机中,捣碎,转速1000-2000转/分,时间2-4分钟;捣出后的艾叶,再进行第二次分拣,将经过二次分拣后的艾叶再放到捣碎机中捣碎,转速3000-5000转/分,时间1-3分钟,使之细碎成棉絮状,然后筛去压碎后艾叶中的灰尘、粗梗和杂质,筛后的艾绒经数十日晒杵,筛拣数十次,每10份艾叶只得艾绒3份艾绒,变为土黄色,为细艾绒;
步骤三:制备超微粉,将托玛琳去杂质清洗、灭菌、干燥、用超微粉碎机粉碎,得到托玛琳超微粉,将钙粉用超微粉碎机粉碎,得到钙粉超微粉,将钙粉超微粉与托玛琳超微粉混合均匀,得到混合粉末,备用;将步骤一得到的中药原料天胡荽、翼首草、蔓荆子、飞龙掌血、天竺黄、草果、香薷、芸薹子、上树龙、三棱、梧桐子进行清洗,得到清洗后置于烘干机中干化,将烘干后的中药原料用中药超微粉碎机中粉碎,得到粉碎后的中药超微粉,将中药超微粉、混合粉末分别置入超高压灭菌设备中,得到灭菌后的中药超微粉和混合粉末;
步骤四:乙醇提取中药超微粉,将步骤三得到灭菌后的中药中药超微粉用乙醇提取法提取,过滤后的滤渣和滤液,将滤渣再次用乙醇水溶液提取过滤得到滤液,将两次滤液合并混合均匀后沉淀10-20分钟,取上清液进行蒸馏,除醇后得到中药提取液;
步骤五:制备艾条,步骤三得到的灭菌后的混合粉末加入到中药提取液中,用均质机均质,得到混合药液,将细艾绒加入混合药液搅拌均匀,搅拌时间20-30分钟,将带有混合药液的艾绒烘干,烘干温度为40-50℃,烘烤4- 6分钟,烘干后用超高压灭菌机进行灭菌,得到艾绒混合物,用辊机中将艾绒混合物挤压成片到挤条机中,按照合适的尺寸将其挤压成条,并在挤压成型的艾条上包裹桑皮纸或纯棉纸,用于固定成型,得到一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条。
各原料的功效作用如下:
艾叶:性苦、辛,温,归肝、脾、肾经,能温经通络,活血化瘀,消炎止痛,调整生理机能、增强人体的免疫力、强身健体。
托玛琳:由于托玛琳同时存在压电效应和热电效应,可高效发射远红外线,继续释放负离子,具有类似生物电的微弱电流作用,具有表面活性作用,具有抑菌消炎作用。
钙粉:改善加工性能(如调节粘度、流变性能、硫化性能),提高尺寸稳定性,补强或半补强,提高物理性能(如耐热性、消光性、耐磨性、阻燃性、白度、光泽度)等。
天胡荽,性寒,味苦、辛,归脾经、胆经、肾经,清热利尿、解毒消肿,用治湿热郁结之黄疸、大肠湿热之赤白痢疾、咽喉肿痛、痈疽疔疮、跌打损伤之局部瘀肿等。
翼首草,性苦,味寒,解毒除瘟,清热止痢,祛风通痹,用治外感发热、热病烦躁、泄泻痢疾、负湿热痹。
蔓荆子,性微寒,味辛、苦,归膀胱经、肝经、胃经,疏散风热、清利头目,用治风热感冒头痛、齿龈肿痛、目赤多泪、目暗不明、头晕目眩。
飞龙掌血,性温,味辛、苦。归脾经、胃经,祛风止痛、散瘀止血,用治风湿痹痛、胃痛、跌打损伤、吐血、衄血、刀伤出血、痛经、经闭、阿米巴痢疾、牙痛、疟疾。
天竺黄,性寒,味甘,归心经、肝经,清热豁痰、凉心定惊,用治头晕眼花、中风痰迷、小儿痰热惊痫、抽搐、夜啼。
草果,性温,味辛,归脾经、胃经,燥湿温中、除痰截疟,用治寒湿内阻、脘腹胀痛、痞满呕吐、疟疾寒热,有镇痛作用;具有镇咳、祛痰与抗菌等作用。
香薷,性微温,味辛,归肺经、胃经,发汗解表、和中利湿,用治暑湿感冒、恶寒发热、头痛无汗、腹痛吐泻、小便不利。具有抗病原微生物、增强免疫、解痉、利尿、镇痛、镇静、止咳祛痰等作用。
芸薹子,性平,味辛、甘,归肝经、大肠经,活血化瘀、消肿散结、润肠通便,主治产后恶露不尽,瘀血腹痛,痛经,肠风下血,血痢,风湿关节肿痛,痈肿丹毒,乳痈,便秘,粘连性肠梗阻。
三棱,性平,味辛、苦,归肝经、脾经,破血行气、消积止痛,治疗癥瘕痞块、瘀血经闭、食积胀痛。
上树龙,性寒,味甘、酸,归肝经、心包经,行气祛瘀、凉血祛风,用治睡眠欠佳、癥瘕、跌打损伤、血瘀崩漏、难产、痫疾、瘾疹、湿癣等。
梧桐子,性平,味甘,归心经、肺经、肾经,行气健脾、消食和中、止血,用治脾虚气滞、饮食不消、胃痛腹泻、鼻衄。此外,尚可治须发早白、小儿口疮等。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的药物艾条是是由陈艾叶、托玛琳、钙粉、天胡荽、翼首草、蔓荆子、飞龙掌血、上树龙、天竺黄、草果、香薷、芸薹子、三棱、梧桐子经过选料、制备艾绒、超微粉碎、乙醇提取中药液、轧制艾条等工艺流程制备而成,具有活血化瘀、理气温经、醒脑开窍、通络化湿的功效,有效治疗脘腹胀痛、烦躁焦虑、睡眠欠佳、头晕眼花、风湿关节肿痛、四肢发麻等症,托玛琳的远红外波长范围在4—14微米,发射率高达0.92,加强了人体对远红外的吸收,而且加强了人体对艾油的吸入,加强了远红外和艾油对人体的双重作用,由于托玛琳能够供应充足的电子,使艾条处于弱碱性环境,艾条燃烧有充足的氧,故而艾条能充分燃烧,而且能延长燃烧时间,达到耐燃的目的,由于充分燃烧,艾烟大为减少或消除,并且发散至的有效成份量未减少,由于燃烧充分,故而艾灸力加强。

一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条,由如下重量份比例的原料药制成:陈艾叶120-200份、托玛琳10-20份、钙粉10-20份、天胡荽40-50份、翼首草40-50份、蔓荆子15-40份、飞龙掌血20-40份、上树龙20-30份、天竺黄10-30份,草果20-30份、香薷10-30份、芸薹子20-30份、三棱20-40份、梧桐子20-40份。

步骤一:选料,按上述原料重量份数配比称取优质的陈艾叶、托玛琳、钙粉、天胡荽、翼首草、 蔓荆子、飞龙掌血、上树龙、天竺黄、草果、香薷、芸薹子、三棱、梧桐子,备用;所述的陈艾叶选用3~5年的蕲艾陈艾叶;
步骤二:制备艾绒,取陈艾叶经过第一次分拣,拣出杂质后放到捣碎机中,捣碎,转速1000-2000转/分,时间2-4分钟;捣出后的艾叶,再进行第二次分拣,将经过二次分拣后的艾叶再放到捣碎机中捣碎,转速3000-5000转/分,时间1-3分钟,使之细碎成棉絮状,然后筛去压碎后艾叶中的灰尘、粗梗和杂质,筛后的艾绒经数十日晒杵,筛拣数十次,每10份艾叶只得艾绒3份艾绒,变为土黄色,为细艾绒;
步骤三:制备超微粉,将托玛琳去杂质清洗、灭菌、干燥、用超微粉碎机粉碎,得到托玛琳超微粉,将钙粉用超微粉碎机粉碎,得到钙粉超微粉,将钙粉超微粉与托玛琳超微粉混合均匀,得到混合粉末,备用;将步骤一得到的中药原料天胡荽、翼首草、蔓荆子、飞龙掌血、天竺黄、草果、香薷、芸薹子、上树龙、三棱、梧桐子进行清洗,得到清洗后置于烘干设备中干化,将烘干后的中药原料用中药超微粉碎机中粉碎,得到粉碎后的中药超微粉,将中药超微粉、混合粉末分别置入超高压灭菌设备中,得到灭菌后的中药超微粉和混合粉末;
步骤四:乙醇提取中药超微粉,将步骤三得到灭菌后的中药中药超微粉用乙醇提取法提取,过滤后的滤渣和滤液,将滤渣再次用乙醇水溶液提取过滤得到滤液,将两次滤液合并混合均匀后沉淀10-20分钟,取上清液进行蒸馏,除醇后得到中药提取液;
步骤五:制备艾条,步骤三得到的灭菌后的混合粉末加入到中药提取液中,用均质机均质,得到混合药液,将细艾绒加入混合药液搅拌均匀,搅拌时间20-30分钟,将带有混合药液的艾绒烘干,烘干温度为40-50℃,烘烤4- 6分钟,烘干后用超高压灭菌机进行灭菌,得到艾绒混合物,用辊机中将艾绒混合物挤压成片到挤条机中,按照合适的尺寸将其挤压成条,并在挤压成型的艾条上包裹桑皮纸或纯棉纸,用于固定成型,得到一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条。
本发明药物的主要功能与治疗范围:
1、主要功能:
具有活血化瘀、理气温经、醒脑开窍、通络化湿的功效,有效治疗脘腹胀痛、烦躁焦虑、睡眠欠佳、头晕眼花、风湿关节肿痛、四肢发麻等症。
2、本发明药物的临床观察:
(1)临床症状
主要表现有脘腹胀痛、烦躁焦虑、睡眠欠佳、头晕眼花、风湿关节肿痛、四肢发麻。
(2)一般资料
符合上述临床症状;年龄在22~75岁之间,男女不限; 2周内未使用与本病相关的外用药物,4周内未使用治疗本病的任何内服药物;重要脏器组织功能基本正常,符合本研究入选标准的患者为450例;知情同意者;
(3)排除标准:
对药物成分过敏者;合并有严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾及造血系统等原发性疾病以及精神病者;妊娠期或哺乳期妇女;
(4)剔除和中止标准:
①未按方案用药,影响有效性和安全性判断者;
②研究过程中自行退出者;
③资料不全,影响有效性和安全性判断者。
④治疗过程中,出现严重不良反应者。
3、治疗方法
将所有患者按性别、患病情况平均分为6组,每组患者分别使用本发明实施例1、2、4、5的艾条和对照组CN201410437261.X 的艾条、CN201310214550.9 的艾条进行艾灸治疗,治疗方法为:每天艾灸双合谷、双涌泉、腰阳关、委中、足三里等穴各5-7分钟,每天一次。在治疗时,可以同时配合以下按摩手法促进疗效:补脾经30次,清肝经10次,补肾经20次,补肺经30次;10天为一疗程,连续治疗3个月。
3、疗效判定
显效:患者脘腹胀痛、烦躁焦虑、睡眠欠佳、头晕眼花、风湿关节肿痛、四肢发麻等症状明显缓解;
有效:患者脘腹胀痛、烦躁焦虑、睡眠欠佳、头晕眼花、风湿关节肿痛、四肢发麻等症状有所缓解;
无效:病症无变化。
4、治疗结果
各组患者治疗情况见下表1。

结果:实施例1、2、4、5有效率明显大于对照组的有效率,总有效率:实施例4>实施例2>实施例1>实施例5>CN201410437261.X>CN201310214550.9,实施例4效果最好,实施例4在艾灸5天后,85%的患者四肢发麻情况都得到了大小不等的改善,风湿关节肿痛、睡眠欠佳症状有效缓解,一个疗程后情况脘腹胀痛、烦躁焦虑、睡眠欠佳、头晕眼花、风湿关节肿痛、四肢发麻好转较明显,轻度患者脘腹胀痛、烦躁焦虑情况全部痊愈,重度患者身体状况也有了很好的改善,在上述治疗过程中,无不良反应出现,用药安全。
5、结论:通过临床观察,证明本发明对脘腹胀痛、烦躁焦虑、睡眠欠佳、头晕眼花、风湿关节肿痛、四肢发麻有较好疗效。
本发明内容仅仅举例说明了要求保护的一些具体实施方案,其中一个或更多个技术方案中所记载的技术特征可以与任意的一个或多个技术方案相组合,这些经组合而得到的技术方案也在本申请保护范围内,就像这些经组合而得到的技术方案已经在本发明公开内容中具体记载一样。

1.一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条,其特征在于:所述药物艾条由如下重量份比例的原料药制成:陈艾叶120-200份、托玛琳10-20份、钙粉10-20份、天胡荽40-50份、翼首草40-50份、蔓荆子15-40份、飞龙掌血20-40份、上树龙20-30份、天竺黄10-30份,草果20-30份、香薷10-30份、芸薹子20-30份、三棱20-40份、梧桐子20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条,其特征在于:所述药物艾条由如下重量份的原料制成:陈艾叶120-150份、托玛琳10-15份、钙粉10-15份、天胡荽40-45份、翼首草40-45份、蔓荆子15-30份、飞龙掌血20-30份、上树龙20-25份、天竺黄10-20份,草果20-25份、香薷10-20份、芸薹子20-25份、三棱20-30份、梧桐子20-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条,其特征在于:所述药物艾条由如下重量份的原料药制成:陈艾叶150-200份、托玛琳15-20份、钙粉15-20份、天胡荽45-50份、翼首草45-50份、蔓荆子20-40份、飞龙掌血30-40份、上树龙25-30份、天竺黄20-30份,草果25-30份、香薷20-30份、芸薹子25-30份、三棱30-40份、梧桐子30-40份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条,其特征在于:所述药物艾条由如下重量份的原料药制成:陈艾叶200份、托玛琳20份、钙粉10份、天胡荽50份、翼首草50份、蔓荆子40份、飞龙掌血40份、上树龙30份、天竺黄30份,草果30份、香薷30份、芸薹子30份、三棱40份、梧桐子40份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条,其特征在于:所述药物艾条由如下重量份的原料药制作成:陈艾叶120份、托玛琳10份、钙粉20份、天胡荽40份、翼首草40份、蔓荆子20份、飞龙掌血20份、上树龙20份、天竺黄10份,草果20份、香薷10份、芸薹子20份、三棱20份、梧桐子20份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种天胡荽通络化湿药物艾条的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:选料,按上述原料重量份数配比称取优质的陈艾叶、托玛琳、钙粉、天胡荽、翼首草、蔓荆子、飞龙掌血、上树龙、天竺黄、草果、香薷、芸薹子、三棱、梧桐子,备用;所述的陈艾叶选用3~5年的蕲艾陈艾叶;
