本发明公开了一种可应用于高密度养殖的小龙虾饲料,其中,所述饲料的配方由以下组分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉:14%‑18%、豆粕:9%‑13%、花生粕:13%‑17%、棉籽粕:9%‑13%、全麦粉:20%‑25%、虾粉:4%‑6%、酵母粉:4%‑8%、鱼油:1%‑2%、磷脂油:1%‑2%、混合维生素:0.2%‑1%、混合矿物质:2%‑5%、乌贼膏:2%‑6%、抗氧化剂:0.02%‑0.06%、牛磺酸0.4‑0.8%、L‑色氨酸:0.1%‑1%;本发明的有益效果在于,首先,该饲料配方通过添加L‑色氨酸,降低小龙虾攻击性,从而避免了小龙虾之间的打斗行为吗,其次,通过添加牛磺酸,可增加小龙虾的免疫力,因此可实现小龙虾的高密度养殖,从而提高小龙虾的产量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水产饲料,尤其是一种可应用于高密度养殖的小龙虾饲料。
背景技术
小龙虾学名克氏原螯虾,是当今世界上最主要的淡水螯虾养殖种类,也是我国目前重要的经济水产养殖对象,养殖规模逐年扩大。
现有技术中,由于小龙虾具有领域行为,会保护自己的地盘。尽管在养殖过程中,为了减少因争地盘而打斗残杀,提高存活率、养殖产量及养殖效益,可在养殖池中设置足够的隐蔽物,供其隐蔽、躲藏,如种植或移植水生植物等。无形当中增加了养殖成本,降低了整体利润,并且也无法解决由于蜕皮不同步造成的同类相残现象。目前未见有适合高密度养殖,降低争胜、打斗行为,降低应激影响的小龙虾饲料。此外,随着养殖密度的增加从而引起的水质变坏等一系列问题会导致小龙虾的患病率升高,因此在降低其打斗行为的同时增强机体的免疫性也是至关重要的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可应用于高密度养殖的小龙虾饲料,降低其打斗行为,同时可增强小龙虾的非特异性免疫功能,降低其患病率,扩大养殖密度提高产量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种可应用于高密度养殖的小龙虾饲料,其中,所述饲料的配方由以下组分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉:14%-18%、豆粕:9%-13%、花生粕:13%-17%、棉籽粕:9%-13%、全麦粉:20%-25%、虾粉:4%-6%、酵母粉:4%-8%、鱼油:1%-2%、磷脂油:1%-2%、混合维生素:0.2%-1%、混合矿物质:2%-5%、乌贼膏: 2%-6%、抗氧化剂:0.02%-0.06%、牛磺酸0.4-0.8%、L-色氨酸:0.1%-1%。
优选的,所述饲料由以下几部分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉16%、豆粕11%、花生粕15%、棉籽粕11%、全麦粉23%,虾粉5.5%、酵母粉6%、鱼油1.5%、磷脂油1.5%、混合维生素0.65%、混合矿物质3.3%、乌贼膏 4%、抗氧化剂0.05%、牛磺酸0.5%、L-色氨酸1%。
优选的,所述饲料由以下几部分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉14%、豆粕12%、花生粕16%、棉籽粕12%、全麦粉22%,虾粉5%、酵母粉5.5%、鱼油1.3%、磷脂油1.5%、混合维生素0.5%、混合矿物质4%、乌贼膏5%、抗氧化剂0.05%、牛磺酸0.4%、L-色氨酸0.75%。
优选的,所述饲料由以下几部分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉15%、豆粕11%、花生粕13%、棉籽粕11%、全麦粉25%,虾粉6%、酵母粉5.5%、鱼油1.6%、磷脂油1.3%、混合维生素0.6%、混合矿物质4%、乌贼膏5%、抗氧化剂0.05%、牛磺酸0.45%、L-色氨酸0.5%。
优选的,所述饲料由以下几部分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉15%、豆粕12%、花生粕14%、棉籽粕11%、全麦粉23%,虾粉6%、酵母粉5%、鱼油1.8%、磷脂油1.5%、混合维生素0.8%、混合矿物质4%、乌贼膏5%、抗氧化剂0.05%、牛磺酸0.6%、L-色氨酸0.25%。
优选的,所述饲料由以下几部分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉15%、豆粕10%、花生粕16%、棉籽粕10%、全麦粉24%,虾粉6%、酵母粉5.5%、鱼油1.6%、磷脂油1.5%、混合维生素0.55%、混合矿物质4%、乌贼膏5%、抗氧化剂0.05%、牛磺酸0.7%、L-色氨酸0.1%。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于,首先,该饲料配方通过添加L- 色氨酸,降低小龙虾攻击性,从而避免了小龙虾之间的打斗行为吗,其次,通过添加牛磺酸,可增加小龙虾的免疫力,因此可实现小龙虾的高密度养殖,从而提高小龙虾的产量。

一种可应用于高密度养殖的小龙虾饲料,其中,所述饲料的配方由以下组分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉:14%-18%、豆粕:9%-13%、花生粕: 13%-17%、棉籽粕:9%-13%、全麦粉:20%-25%、虾粉:4%-6%、酵母粉:4%-8%、鱼油:1%-2%、磷脂油:1%-2%、混合维生素:0.2%-1%、混合矿物质:2%-5%、乌贼膏:2%-6%、抗氧化剂:0.02%-0.06%、牛磺酸0.4-0.8%、L-色氨酸:0.1%-1%。
其原理在于:通过对小龙虾的研究中,在使用了本申请的配方,添加 L-色氨酸可抑制打斗、攻击行为主要原因是:L-色氨酸是神经系统中合成 5羟色胺(5-HT)的前体,添加后体内5-HT活性增加从而增加了个体的运动能力。此外,研究表明,直接注射5羟色胺(5-HT)可以降低小龙虾的攻击水平,因此,饲料中添加L-色氨酸可以抑制小龙虾的打斗行为。同时,牛磺酸的添加可增强对小龙虾体内溶菌酶、酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性,并增加血细胞数量和血浆中血蓝蛋白的含量,可以增强小龙虾的非特异性免疫功能,降低对外界不利刺激而产生的应激影响,从而能够增加产量,适合高密度的养殖。

所述饲料由以下几部分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉16%、豆粕11%、花生粕15%、棉籽粕11%、全麦粉23%,虾粉5.5%、酵母粉6%、鱼油 1.5%、磷脂油1.5%、混合维生素0.65%、混合矿物质3.3%、乌贼膏4%、抗氧化剂0.05%、牛磺酸0.5%、L-色氨酸1%。
实施例二:
所述饲料由以下几部分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉14%、豆粕12%、花生粕16%、棉籽粕12%、全麦粉22%,虾粉5%、酵母粉5.5%、鱼油 1.3%、磷脂油1.5%、混合维生素0.5%、混合矿物质4%、乌贼膏5%、抗氧化剂0.05%、牛磺酸0.4%、L-色氨酸0.75%。
实施例三:

所述饲料由以下几部分按照重量百分比组成:鱼粉15%、豆粕10%、花生粕16%、棉籽粕10%、全麦粉24%,虾粉6%、酵母粉5.5%、鱼油1.6%、磷脂油1.5%、混合维生素0.55%、混合矿物质4%、乌贼膏5%、抗氧化剂0.05%、牛磺酸0.7%、L-色氨酸0.1%。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于,首先,该饲料配方通过添加L- 色氨酸,降低小龙虾攻击性,从而避免了小龙虾之间的打斗行为吗,其次,通过添加牛磺酸,可增加小龙虾的免疫力,因此可实现小龙虾的高密度养殖,从而提高小龙虾的产量。
