Referring to fig. 19, 20 and 21, the fiber clamping and conveying device 610 comprises a driving wheel 6103, a driven wheel, a pinch roller 6102 and a clamping belt 6101, the section of the clamping belt is W-shaped, an upper clamping belt and a lower clamping belt are engaged with each other in a positive-negative phase, the upper clamping belt and the lower clamping belt are staggered front and back, the lower clamping belt extends in front, the front end inlet is connected with the fiber pulled out by the hemp stalk clamping and conveying device, the horizontal inclination is 45 degrees, the device is installed with a ramie removing auxiliary machine in an inclined way of 30 degrees, and the driving wheel finishes fiber cutting and auxiliary ramie removing at the rear end.
The ramie removing power 611 adopts a J02 motor with the power of 5.5-7.5 kilowatts when the ramie removing power works independently; when the combine harvester is matched with the vertical header, the power chassis provides power.
The hemp stalks are tidied up, straightened and placed on a hemp feeding table 601, paved flatly and transversely pushed into a hemp feeding port from the middle part, the hemp stalks are folded downwards by a folding wheel, clamped by double belts, driven by double belt wheels to be sent into a hemp removing main machine 3 to remove hemp bones and skins, fibers are reversely pulled out, the fibers are clamped by a fiber clamping and conveying device 610 and pulled out, the fibers are pulled backwards and rightwards, and after the fiber cutting and the auxiliary hemp removing are completed, the fibers are hung in a hemp collecting bin.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the hemp stalk clamping and conveying device comprises a reverse belt wheel 606-1, a folding wheel 606-2, a shaftless belt wheel 606-3, a driving double belt wheel 606-4, a driving wheel 606-5, a driving belt 606-6, a V-shaped A belt 606-7, an output wheel 606-8 and a V-shaped B belt 606-9. The hemp stalk is folded and sent to a hemp removing host machine to remove hemp bones and skins and pull out fibers.
The V-belt A606-7 is supported at its front end by a folding pulley 606-2 and at its rear end by an output pulley 606-8, looped around a drive pulley 606-4.
The upper part of the V-shaped B belt 606-9 is supported by three shaftless belt pulleys 606-3 which drive the front and the back of the double belt pulleys, namely a shaftless belt pulley I606-31, a shaftless belt pulley II 606-32 and a shaftless belt pulley III 606-33, the lower part is supported by three reverse belt pulleys 606-1 to surround the ramie removing main machine, and the three reverse belt pulleys 606-1 are a reverse belt pulley I606-11, a reverse belt pulley II 606-12 and a reverse belt pulley III 606-13.
The diameter of the driving double belt wheel 606-4 is more than or equal to the length of the processed hemp stalk, the depth of the belt groove is more than or equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the two belts, the driving double belt wheel is positioned right above the hemp removing main machine and is subjected to two-stage speed reduction transmission by a worm gear speed reducer and a transmission wheel 606-5.
The folding wheel 606-2 is a wheel with rims at two ends of the V-shaped A belt small wheel, rides on the reverse belt wheel 606-1 and the V-shaped B belt, and feeds and folds hemp stalk.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the shaftless pulley 606-3 is composed of a left plate wheel 1a, a right plate wheel 4a, a single-row radial ball bearing 3a and a mounting plate 5a, the central bosses of the left and right half wheels are embedded into the bearing inner ring and fastened by screws, the mounting plate 5a is welded on the bearing outer ring, the mounting plate 5a is fixedly connected with the ramie removing frame 604, and the ramie stalks or fibers pass through the ramie removing frame from both sides without barriers.
As shown in fig. 16, 17 and 18, the sliding cutter 607 is composed of a blade and a cutter holder, is triangular, is fixed on the left side of the mounting plate of the shaftless belt wheel II 606-32 and the shaftless belt wheel III 606-33, and forms a sliding cutting mechanism with the output end of the hemp stalk clamping and conveying device 606 and the front section of the fiber clamping and conveying device 610 to cut the fiber on the left side.
The sliding cutting mechanism consists of a sliding cutter, an output end of the hemp stalk clamping and conveying device and a front section of the fiber clamping and conveying device, the sliding cutter consists of a blade and a cutter holder, is triangular and is fixed on the left side of the shaftless belt wheel mounting plate, and cuts off fibers on the left side.
A combined forage harvesting system is composed of horizontal cutting table and disk-type cutting machine. The horizontal cutting table is arranged right above the front, the cutting machine is arranged right above the right, the horizontal cutting table and the cutting machine form a hemp tip (hemp leaf) feed combined harvesting system, and the hemp tip (hemp leaf) at the upper part is harvested and cut to obtain the feed.
The clamping and conveying mechanism of the vertical header conveys the hemp stalks to a transverse feeding port of a hemp stalk clamping and conveying device of the hemp removing machine, a hemp folding wheel of the hemp stalk clamping and conveying device folds the hemp stalks downwards, a clamping and conveying belt conveys the hemp stalks into a hemp removing host machine to remove hemp bones and skins and pull out fibers, the fiber clamping and conveying device clamps the fibers and pulls the fibers backwards and rightwards to complete the processing of sliding cutting and non-removed parts, and the fibers are obtained.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

the hemp stalk clamping and conveying device consists of a reverse belt wheel, a folding wheel, three shaftless belt wheels, a driving double belt wheel, a driving belt, a V-shaped A belt, an output wheel and a V-shaped B belt; the front end of the V-shaped A belt is supported by a folding wheel, the rear end of the V-shaped A belt is supported by an output wheel and surrounds a driving double belt wheel, the upper part of the V-shaped B belt is supported by three shaftless belt wheels in front of and behind the driving double belt wheel, and the lower part of the V-shaped B belt is supported by more than two reverse belt wheels and surrounds a ramie removing host; the first shaftless belt wheel is arranged at the front end of the driving double belt wheel, and the second shaftless belt wheel and the third shaftless belt wheel are arranged behind the driving double belt wheel; the V-shaped belt A and the V-shaped belt B clamp and remove hemp stems together when the double belt wheels are driven in a surrounding manner;
the fiber clamping and conveying device comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a pinch roller and a clamping belt, the section of the clamping belt is W-shaped, an upper clamping belt and a lower clamping belt are meshed with each other in a positive phase and a negative phase, the upper clamping belt and the lower clamping belt are staggered in the front and back direction, the lower clamping belt extends in the front, an inlet at the front end of the lower clamping belt receives fibers pulled out by the hemp stalk clamping and conveying device, the fibers are horizontally inclined by 45 degrees and are installed with a hemp removal auxiliary machine in an inclined manner of 30 degrees, and the driving wheel is arranged at the rear end to complete fiber cutting and auxiliary;
the shaftless belt wheel comprises a left sheet wheel, a right sheet wheel, a single-row radial ball bearing and a mounting plate, wherein central bosses of the left sheet wheel and the right sheet wheel are embedded into a bearing inner ring and are fastened by screws, the mounting plate is welded on the bearing outer ring, and the mounting plate is connected with the rack.
