参考附图,其中相同的附图标记在整个几个附图中标示相同的部件,软管组件大体上以20示出。软管组件20包括内软管结构22,其由外层24覆盖。软管组件20与中心线26同心并沿其延伸。内软管结构22包括内弹性体层28、纤维增强层30以及中间弹性体层32。

另外,内弹性体层28可以包括并由耐热高达预定温度的弹性体制成。如本文所使用的,输入“耐热”被定义为物体保持其形状和化学成分直到预定温度的能力。高于预定温度的温度可能导致物体失去其结构完整性,例如熔化,或者变得具有化学活性。例如,如果组件20将要在车辆的发动机舱中使用,则内弹性体28可以由耐热达到至少120℃的弹性体制成,以便在正常车辆操作期间保持其形状和耐化学性。在其他实施例中,内弹性体层28可能需要由耐热达到大约200℃的弹性体制成。应当意识到,软管组件20的耐热性可以随软管组件20的预期应用而不同,而内弹性体28的耐热性可以随以上所述的示范性实施而不同。此外,在其他实施例中,软管组件20可能不需要耐热,并且内弹性体28可以由并非特别耐热的弹性体制成。
如上所述,内弹性体层28可以包括任何弹性体,其对软管组件20用来输送的流体具有耐化学性,并且对适用于软管组件20将要在其中使用的预期环境的温度具有耐热性。例如,内弹性体层28可以包括并由以下中的一种制成,但是不限于此:丁腈橡胶(NBR)、三氟氯乙烯偏氟乙烯(FKM)、全氟橡胶(FFKM)、四氟乙烯/丙烯(FEPM)、聚乙烯四氟乙烯(ETFE)、氟碳热塑性硫化橡胶(FTPV)、四氟乙烯六氟丙烯亚乙烯(THV)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、乙烯丙烯酸(AEM)、聚丙烯酸酯(ACM)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR),或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)。
内弹性体层28可以包括相对于中心线26测量的径向厚度34,其在0.5毫米至5.0毫米之间。应当意识到,内弹性体层28的径向厚度34可以随以上所述的示范性范围而不同,并且将取决于软管组件20的具体预期用途。
纤维增强层30设置成相对于中心线26邻近内弹性体层28并从其径向向外。纤维增强层30包括至少一层纤维。纤维可以包括但不限于,聚芳基酰胺纤维、尼龙纤维、聚酯纤维等。用来形成纤维增强层30的纤维的具体类型取决于软管组件20的具体应用。
根据软管组件20用来约束的流体压力的量,纤维增强层30可以包括单个纤维层,比如图1中所示,或者包括多个纤维层,比如图2中所示。换言之,参考图2,纤维增强,30可以包括多个单独的纤维层,同时每一对径向相邻的单独的纤维层由相应的弹性体层分隔开。如图2中纤维增强层30的示范性实例中所示,纤维增强层30包括第一纤维层36、第二纤维层38以及第三纤维层40。第一纤维层36和第二纤维层38由第一弹性体层42分隔开。第二纤维层38和第三纤维层40由第二弹性体层44分隔开。纤维层和将相邻成对纤维层分隔开的相应弹性体层的总数量可以不同于图2中所示的示范性多层实施例。将相邻成对的单独的纤维层分隔开的相应弹性体层的每一个可以包括并由以下的一种制成,但是并不限于此:天然橡胶(NR)、异戊二烯(IR)、乙烯丙烯二烯(EPDM)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、丁基橡胶(IIR)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、乙烯丙烯酸酯(AEM)、聚丙烯酸酯(ACM),或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)。

外层24设置成相对于中心线26邻近中间弹性体层32并从其径向向外。外层24为弹性体。外层24可以包括并由以下制成,但是并不限于:氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、乙烯丙烯酸(AEM)、聚丙烯酸酯(ACM),或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)。
外层24的弹性体包括炭黑含量。在一些实施例中,炭黑含量至少为45重量%,即,炭黑含量等于或大于45重量%。炭黑是次晶碳的一种形态,其具有较高的表面积/体积比。炭黑的具体类型以及外层24的弹性体中所包含的炭黑的量取决于用于外层24的具体弹性体配方以及软管组件20预期的具体应用。外层24中的炭黑提供了高抗拉强度和耐切割和磨损性,其为软管组件20提供了优异的耐磨蚀和磨损性。此外,外层24的高抗拉强度可以有助于在用于将软管组件20附接到金属配件或其他管件的任何压接工艺期间保持软管组件20的结构完整性。外层24的弹性体的炭黑含量远高于当制造软管组件时在弹性体中通常使用的含量。
相对于没有使用或者使用较低水平炭黑的弹性体而言,用于外层24的弹性体的高炭黑含量增大了外层24的刚度。相应地,相对于其他层的厚度而言,外层24被设计成具有较薄的径向厚度48,以保持软管组件20的柔韧性。该径向厚度48相对于中心线26测量并且可以在0.5毫米至5.0毫米之间。应当意识到,外层24的径向厚度48可以不同于以上所述的示范性范围,并且将取决于软管组件20的具体预期用途。

Claims (10)
1.一种软管组件,其包括:
内弹性体层,所述内弹性体层与中心线同心;
纤维增强层,所述纤维增强层设置成相对于所述中心线邻近所述内弹性体层并从其径向向外;
中间弹性体层,所述中间弹性体层设置成相对于所述中心线邻近所述纤维增强层并从其径向向外;以及
外层,所述外层设置成相对于所述中心线邻近所述中间弹性体层并从其径向向外;
其中所述外层为具有至少45重量%炭黑含量的弹性体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软管组件,其中所述外层包括相对于所述中心线在0.5毫米至5.0毫米之间的径向厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软管组件,其中所述外层是以下中的一种:氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、乙烯丙烯酸(AEM)、聚丙烯酸酯(ACM),或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软管组件,其中所述中间弹性体层是以下中的一种:氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、乙烯丙烯酸(AEM)、聚丙烯酸酯(ACM),或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软管组件,其中所述内弹性体层是以下中的一种:丁腈橡胶(NBR)、三氟氯乙烯偏氟乙烯(FKM)、全氟橡胶(FFKM)、四氟乙烯/丙烯(FEPM)、聚乙烯四氟乙烯(ETFE)、氟碳热塑性硫化橡胶(FTPV)、四氟乙烯六氟丙烯亚乙烯(THV)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、乙烯丙烯酸(AEM)、聚丙烯酸酯(ACM)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR),或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的软管组件,其中所述纤维增强层包括以下中的一种:聚芳基酰胺纤维、尼龙纤维,或聚酯纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的软管组件,其中所述纤维增强层包括多个单独的纤维层,同时每一对径向相邻的单独的纤维层由相应的弹性体层分隔开。
8.根据权利要求7所述的软管组件,其中将相邻成对的单独的纤维层分隔开的所述相应的弹性体层中的每一个是以下中的一种:天然橡胶(NR)、异戊二烯(IR)、乙烯丙烯二烯(EPDM)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、丁基橡胶(IIR)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CM)、乙烯丙烯酸酯(AEM)、聚丙烯酸酯(ACM),或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的软管组件,其中所述内弹性体层和所述中间弹性体层各自是耐热达到至少120℃的温度的弹性体。
10.根据权利要求1所述的软管组件,其中所述内弹性体层和所述中间弹性体层各自是对以下至少一种具有耐化学性的弹性体:动力转向液、制动液、发动机油、传动液、液体燃料、柴油机排放液、AC制冷剂或液压流体。
