本发明涉及服装整理技术领域,具体涉及一种纯棉服装用防皱整理剂及其整理工艺。
背景技术
棉织物又称棉布,是以棉纱为原料织造的织物。由于其具有多功能、柔软、透气、吸湿、全年穿着的舒适性、性能优良和耐穿等性能,棉织物广泛用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物。
但原棉织物容易发生起皱与收缩,在穿着和洗涤的过程中容易起皱不能保持平整的外观,需要经常熨烫,因此需要及时对其进行防皱整理以达到保持织物外观平整的目的。同时因棉质面料容易成为微生物生长繁殖的良好场所,因而给人们带来了极大的不便利性。
棉织物的防皱整理已有近百年的历史,目前所用的防皱整理剂大部分都是2D树脂,但是经2D树脂整理后的织物在使用和贮存过程中会释放出大量的甲醛,危害人体健康。
随着人们环保意识的增强,人们更倾向于无甲醛或低甲醛,且防皱效果好的整理剂。另外,在日常生活中,人们不可避免地会接触到各种各样的微生物。为了获得高品质的棉质服装,急需研制出一种新型的抗菌型防皱整理剂。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了纯棉服装用防皱整理剂及其整理工艺,通过科学合理的原料搭配,具有优异的反应联结性,对棉织物的防皱处理性好,稳定性强,且具有良好的抗菌性,安全环保性好,综合实用性强。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,包括以下质量百分含量组分:壳聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物5-13%、环氧聚醚共改性硅油5-10%、促进剂1-4%、柠檬酸1.2-4.5%、十二烷基硫酸镁1-3%、纳米硅溶胶3-10%、溶剂余量。
优选的,还包括N-甲基甲酰苯胺0-3%、碳酸丙烯酯0-3%、复合提取液0-5%。
优选的,促进剂采用质量比1:1:2-4的烷基酰胺、氨基甲酸甲酯、磷酸盐。
优选的,复合提取液包括黄芩、银杏、丁香,三者质量比为0.5-1:1-2:1-2。

2)将柠檬酸、十二烷基硫酸镁加入一半溶剂中,加热搅拌30-40min,然后将混料一加入其中,继续搅拌5-10min,40-45℃保温静置2-5h,得混料二;
3)将剩余物料进行共混,混匀后,在搅拌条件下缓慢加入混料二中,惰性氛围下超声处理5-15min,即可。
优选的,步骤1)中加热高度搅拌具体为温度60-65℃,转速为700-1000rpm。
优选的,步骤2)中保温搅拌具体为温度53-55℃,转速为300-450rpm。
优选的,步骤3)中惰性氛围为氮气、二氧化碳混合气,其中二氧化碳含量为10-15vt%,通入量为1.2-1.5L/h。

本发明以壳聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物、环氧聚醚共改性硅油为主要交联成分,具有优异的反应活性和连接效果,对羟基、氨基、羧基的反应结合密度大,稳定性强,有效保证了除皱的效果和效率,持久性强,配合柠檬酸、十二烷基硫酸镁、纳米硅溶胶,原料分散性强,嵌合效果好,大大提高了反应的效率,且赋予了额外的优异抗菌、防护效果,紫外防护性好,同时具有柔软芳香效果,穿着舒适,面料综合实用性好。
采用本发明整理方法整理后的纺织品DP等级达大于3.8,吸氨值大于86%,整体纺织品WAR大于213°,经向拉伸为493.8N,纬向拉伸为266.4N,断裂强力大于348N,白度指数大于82.41(原纯棉织物白度为83.78)。

1)按质量百分比称取原料,将壳聚糖机制丙烯酰胺共聚物与纳米硅溶胶共混,加热高速搅拌15min,得混料一;
2)将柠檬酸、十二烷基硫酸镁加入一半溶剂中,加热搅拌35min,然后将混料一加入其中,继续搅拌5min,40℃保温静置2h,得混料二;
3)将剩余物料进行共混,混匀后,在搅拌条件下缓慢加入混料二中,惰性氛围下超声处理10min,即可。
步骤1)中加热高度搅拌具体为温度60℃,转速为800rpm;步骤2)中保温搅拌具体为温度53℃,转速为400rpm;步骤3)中惰性氛围为氮气、二氧化碳混合气,其中二氧化碳含量为10vt%,通入量为1.2L/h。

实施例4:
一种纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,包括以下质量百分含量组分:壳聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物13%、环氧聚醚共改性硅油5%、促进剂1%、柠檬酸4.5%、十二烷基硫酸镁2%、纳米硅溶胶5%、溶剂余量。还包括N-甲基甲酰苯胺1%、碳酸丙烯酯2%。
其中:促进剂采用质量比1:1:3的烷基酰胺、氨基甲酸甲酯、磷酸盐。
纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,制备方法如下:
1)按质量百分比称取原料,将壳聚糖机制丙烯酰胺共聚物与纳米硅溶胶共混,加热高速搅拌15min,得混料一;
2)将柠檬酸、十二烷基硫酸镁加入一半溶剂中,加热搅拌40min,然后将混料一加入其中,继续搅拌10min,45℃保温静置5h,得混料二;
3)将剩余物料进行共混,混匀后,在搅拌条件下缓慢加入混料二中,惰性氛围下超声处理15min,即可。
步骤1)中加热高度搅拌具体为温度60℃,转速为800rpm;步骤2)中保温搅拌具体为温度53℃,转速为450rpm;步骤3)中惰性氛围为氮气、二氧化碳混合气,其中二氧化碳含量为10vt%,通入量为1.5L/h。

实施例5:
一种纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,包括以下质量百分含量组分:壳聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物12%、环氧聚醚共改性硅油10%、促进剂3%、柠檬酸2.8%、十二烷基硫酸镁1.5%、纳米硅溶胶4%、溶剂余量。
其中:促进剂采用质量比1:1:4的烷基酰胺、氨基甲酸甲酯、磷酸盐。
纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,制备方法如下:
1)按质量百分比称取原料,将壳聚糖机制丙烯酰胺共聚物与纳米硅溶胶共混,加热高速搅拌10min,得混料一;
2)将柠檬酸、十二烷基硫酸镁加入一半溶剂中,加热搅拌40min,然后将混料一加入其中,继续搅拌10min,45℃保温静置3h,得混料二;
3)将剩余物料进行共混,混匀后,在搅拌条件下缓慢加入混料二中,惰性氛围下超声处理10min,即可。
步骤1)中加热高度搅拌具体为温度65℃,转速为700rpm;步骤2)中保温搅拌具体为温度55℃,转速为450rpm;步骤3)中惰性氛围为氮气、二氧化碳混合气,其中二氧化碳含量为15vt%,通入量为1.2L/h。
制得的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂的应用:将制得的防皱整理剂与水按体积比1:10-30配制成整理液,将棉织物浸泡于整理液中,调节温度为55℃,浸泡时间为4-5h,取出,60-70℃真空干燥即可,浸泡过程中采用通入热蒸汽保持溶液温度,且温度浮动不超过2℃。
采用本发明整理方法整理后的纺织品DP等级达大于3.8,吸氨值大于86%,整体纺织品WAR大于213°,经向拉伸为493.8N,纬向拉伸为266.4N,断裂强力大于348N,白度指数大于82.41(原纯棉织物白度为83.78)。
采用本发明实施例1中整理液对棉织物进行整理,整理后的布样分别不经机洗和机洗1次,将整理后的织物送到有资质的专业检测机构进行清新效果的检测,表明,棉织物经过整理液整理后,水洗前的织物清新效果良好,通过吸氨值测定,氨气浓度减少率为94%,机洗后的织物吸氨效果仍达到81%,满足消臭纺织品技术要求。

Claims (10)

1.一种纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分含量组分:壳聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物5-13%、环氧聚醚共改性硅油5-10%、促进剂1-4%、柠檬酸1.2-4.5%、十二烷基硫酸镁1-3%、纳米硅溶胶3-10%、溶剂余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,其特征在于:还包括N-甲基甲酰苯胺0-3%、碳酸丙烯酯0-3%、复合提取液0-5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,其特征在于:所述促进剂采用质量比1:1:2-4的烷基酰胺、氨基甲酸甲酯、磷酸盐。
4.根据权利要求2所述的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,其特征在于:所述复合提取液包括黄芩、银杏、丁香,三者质量比为0.5-1:1-2:1-2。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
1)按质量百分比称取原料,将壳聚糖机制丙烯酰胺共聚物与纳米硅溶胶共混,加热高速搅拌10-20min,得混料一;
2)将柠檬酸、十二烷基硫酸镁加入一半溶剂中,加热搅拌30-40min,然后将混料一加入其中,继续搅拌5-10min,40-45℃保温静置2-5h,得混料二;
3)将剩余物料进行共混,混匀后,在搅拌条件下缓慢加入混料二中,惰性氛围下超声处理5-15min,即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,其特征在于:步骤1)中加热高度搅拌具体为温度60-65℃,转速为700-1000rpm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,其特征在于:步骤2)中保温搅拌具体为温度53-55℃,转速为300-450rpm。
8.根据权利要求5所述的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂,其特征在于:步骤3)中惰性氛围为氮气、二氧化碳混合气,其中二氧化碳含量为10-15vt%,通入量为1.2-1.5L/h。
9.一种由权利要求5制得的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂的应用,其特征在于:将制得的防皱整理剂与水按体积比1:10-30配制成整理液,将棉织物浸泡于整理液中,调节温度为55℃,浸泡时间为4-5h,取出,60-70℃真空干燥即可。
10.根据权利要求9所述的纯棉服装用防皱整理剂的应用,其特征在于:浸泡过程中采用通入热蒸汽保持溶液温度,且温度浮动不超过2℃。
