Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高牙种植体表面硬度和强度的方法,该方法可应用于提高成品牙种植体的表面硬度和强度,方法如下:首先对牙种植体进行表面清洁,以去除其表层金属碎屑、杂质、油脂等,再将牙种植体置入重铬酸钾与水的质量比为1:100的溶液中,加热该溶液至沸腾,并使牙种植体在沸腾的溶液中连续处理15分钟,处理完毕的牙种植体用无水乙醇清洗,自然晾干。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高牙种植体表面硬度和强度的方法。
背景技术
强度是牙种植体产品的重要指标,表面硬度与强度高的牙种植体植入患者口腔后稳定性更好,同时能够对抗更大的咬合力而不发生形变。本发明利用强氧化剂重铬酸钾溶液在100℃左右对牙种植体表面进行温和氧化,使氧元素逐渐渗透并形成固溶层,提高了牙种植体的表面硬度和整体强度。
发明内容
首先对牙种植体进行表面清洁,以去除其表层金属碎屑、杂质、油脂等,再将牙种植体置入重铬酸钾与水的质量比为1:100的溶液中,加热该溶液至沸腾,并使牙种植体在沸腾的溶液中连续处理15分钟,在扩散的作用下,氧元素逐渐渗入牙种植体,并形成固溶层,可使牙种植体的表面硬度和整体强度得以提高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
Ti6Al4V合金牙种植体处理
首先对Ti6Al4V牙种植体进行表面清洁,以去除其表层金属碎屑、杂质、油脂等,再将牙种植体置入重铬酸钾与水的质量比为1:100的溶液中,加热该溶液至沸腾,使牙种植体在沸腾的溶液中处理15分钟,处理完毕的牙种植体用无水乙醇清洗,自然晾干。牙种植体的表面硬度和整体强度得以提高。
实施例2
Ti6Al7Nb合金牙种植体处理
首先对Ti6Al7Nb牙种植体进行表面清洁,去除其表层金属碎屑、杂质、油脂等,再将牙种植体置入重铬酸钾与水的质量比为1:100的溶液中,加热该溶液至沸腾,使牙种植体在沸腾的溶液中处理15分钟,处理完毕的牙种植体用无水乙醇清洗,自然晾干。牙种植体的表面,牙种植体的表面硬度和整体强度得以提高。
实施例2

1.一种提高牙种植体表面硬度和强度的方法,对牙种植体先进行表面清洁。
2.一种提高牙种植体表面硬度和强度的方法,将牙种植体置入重铬酸钾与水配成的溶液中。
3.权利要求2所述的溶液,重铬酸钾与水的质量比约为1:100。
4.一种提高牙种植体表面硬度和强度的方法,对装有牙种植体的重铬酸钾与水的溶液加热至沸腾。
5.权利要求4所述的溶液沸腾后,需在其中连续处理15分钟。
6.一种提高牙种植体表面硬度和强度的方法,处理完毕的牙种植体用无水乙醇清洗,自然晾干。
