背景技术
润滑脂是稠厚的油脂状半固体。用于机械的摩擦部分,起润滑和密封作用。也用于金属表面,起填充空隙和防锈作用。主要由矿物油(或合成润滑油)和稠化剂调制而成。根据稠化剂可分为皂基脂和非皂基脂两类。
目前,一般割草机润滑脂由矿物基础油稠化锂皂制得,这种情况下,按照目前技术制备的割草机用脂不能满足高低温工况下的高速运转,抗水性能和防锈防腐蚀能力一般,且润滑脂使用寿命短,容易对周围环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂及其制备方法,可以大幅提高割草机脂的使用寿命,增强抗水性和抗腐蚀性,解决目前割草机脂噪音大、污染环境的问题,达到对割草机和环境的有效保护。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂,由以下重量份的组分组成,12-羟基硬脂酸54-60份,工业硬脂酸15-20份,氢氧化锂16-22份,石灰5-8份,水10-13份,粘度指数改进剂8-10份,清净剂2-5份,防锈剂1-3份,抗氧抗腐剂1-3份、高效缓蚀抑制剂0.5-2份、极压抗磨剂1-3份、环己烷二羧酸酯105-130份;
所述粘度指数改进剂为非分散型乙烯丙烯共聚物;
所述清净剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙;
所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸(T746)、石油磺酸钡(T701)的混合物;
所述抗氧抗腐剂为二苯胺、β-萘酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的一种或两种;
所述高效缓蚀抑制剂为二硫代磷酸盐、亚硝酸钠、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、钼酸盐、苯并三氮唑中的两种或三种混合物;
所述极压抗磨剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、硼酸盐或者它们的混合物;

一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将环己烷二羧酸酯充入皂化釜内,升温至50—60℃,随后依次加入12-羟基硬脂酸、工业硬脂酸、石灰、氢氧化锂、清净剂,随后封盖继续升温,当升温至100℃时放掉空气卸压;
(2)继续升温至152℃,在0.40MPa下进行恒压皂化,随后慢慢卸压至大气压,继续升温炼制,当温度升至175℃时加入若干稀释油,继续升温至215℃时进行急冷混合,转入调和釜中;
(3)进行循环剪切,当温度降至120℃以下后,依次加入粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、抗氧抗腐剂、高效缓蚀抑制剂、极压抗磨剂混合均匀;
(4)根据锥入度来确定加入填充油的量,达标后进行均质并转入脱气罐进行脱气,即可制得最后的成品。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中加入的氢氧化锂为用氢氧化锂、水提前配置的氢氧化锂水溶液。

具体的,粘度指数改进剂为非分散型乙烯丙烯共聚物;
具体的,清净剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙;
具体的,防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸(T746)、石油磺酸钡(T701)的混合物;
具体的,抗氧抗腐剂为β-萘酚;
具体的,高效缓蚀抑制剂为硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、钼酸盐、苯并三氮唑三种的混合物;
具体的,极压抗磨剂为硼酸盐;
具体的,环己烷二羧酸酯100℃运动粘度在6-8mm²/s。
一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述重量份的环己烷二羧酸酯充入皂化釜内,升温至55℃,随后依次按上述比重加入12-羟基硬脂酸、工业硬脂酸、石灰、氢氧化锂、清净剂,随后封盖继续升温,当升温至100℃时放掉空气卸压;其中氢氧化锂为18份的氢氧化锂和10份的水配置的氢氧化锂水溶液;
(2)继续升温至152℃,在0.40MPa下进行恒压皂化,随后慢慢卸压至大气压,继续升温炼制,当温度升至175℃时加入若干稀释油,继续升温至215℃时进行急冷混合,转入调和釜中;
(3)进行循环剪切,当温度降至120℃以下后,依次加入粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、抗氧抗腐剂、高效缓蚀抑制剂、极压抗磨剂混合均匀;
(4)根据锥入度来确定加入填充油的量,达标后进行均质并转入脱气罐进行脱气,即可制得最后的成品。

一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂,由以下重量份的组分组成,12-羟基硬脂酸56份,工业硬脂酸16份,氢氧化锂17份,石灰7份,水11份,粘度指数改进剂8.5份,清净剂4份,防锈剂2.2份,抗氧抗腐剂1.4份、高效缓蚀抑制剂1.1份、极压抗磨剂2.3份、环己烷二羧酸酯120份;
具体的,粘度指数改进剂为非分散型乙烯丙烯共聚物;
具体的,清净剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙;
具体的,防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸(T746)、石油磺酸钡(T701)的混合物;
具体的,抗氧抗腐剂为二苯胺、β-萘酚两种的混合物;
具体的,高效缓蚀抑制剂为亚硝酸钠、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐两种的混合物;
具体的,极压抗磨剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、硼酸盐两者的混合物;
具体的,环己烷二羧酸酯100℃运动粘度在6-8mm²/s。

1.一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成,
12-羟基硬脂酸54-60份,工业硬脂酸15-20份,氢氧化锂16-22份,石灰5-8份,水10-13份,粘度指数改进剂8-10份,清净剂2-5份,防锈剂1-3份,抗氧抗腐剂1-3份、高效缓蚀抑制剂0.5-2份、极压抗磨剂1-3份、环己烷二羧酸酯105-130份;
所述粘度指数改进剂为非分散型乙烯丙烯共聚物;
所述清净剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙;
所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸(T746)、石油磺酸钡(T701)的混合物;
所述抗氧抗腐剂为二苯胺、β-萘酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的一种或两种;
所述高效缓蚀抑制剂为二硫代磷酸盐、亚硝酸钠、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、钼酸盐、苯并三氮唑中的两种或三种混合物;
所述极压抗磨剂为磷酸三甲酚酯、硼酸盐或者它们的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述环己烷二羧酸酯100℃运动粘度在6-8mm²/s。
3.一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将环己烷二羧酸酯充入皂化釜内,升温至50—60℃,随后依次加入12-羟基硬脂酸、工业硬脂酸、石灰、氢氧化锂、清净剂,随后封盖继续升温,当升温至100℃时放掉空气卸压;
(2)继续升温至152℃,在0.40MPa下进行恒压皂化,随后慢慢卸压至大气压,继续升温炼制,当温度升至175℃时加入若干稀释油,继续升温至215℃时进行急冷混合,转入调和釜中;
(3)进行循环剪切,当温度降至120℃以下后,依次加入粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、抗氧抗腐剂、高效缓蚀抑制剂、极压抗磨剂混合均匀;
(4)根据锥入度来确定加入填充油的量,达标后进行均质并转入脱气罐进行脱气,即可制得最后的成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可降解型割草机专用润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中加入的氢氧化锂为用氢氧化锂、水提前配置的氢氧化锂水溶液。
