Abstract
本发明提供了一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶及其制备工艺,压敏胶成分包括丙烯酸异辛酯,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸羟乙酯,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,丙烯酰胺,乙酸乙酯,甲苯,甲醇,引发剂和增塑剂。压敏胶成分在制备过程中分批次加入并且引发剂和增塑剂选择合适时机加入,制备的压敏胶可以保证保护膜内微小的聚乙烯粒子能够完全熔融,聚乙烯膜上不会留有点状的聚乙烯晶粒,聚乙烯保护膜的外观和使用更受市场欢迎。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜用压敏胶领域,具体涉及一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着工业的不断发展,越来越多的产品在生产和运输过程中需要进行临时的表面防护,用以防止表面灰尘和运输剐蹭。因此产生了表面保护膜,在众多的保护膜制品中,聚乙烯保护膜是其中一种用量较大的产品,广泛应用于电子、家电和建材保护方面。但由于聚乙烯膜在挤出、吹塑过程中的条件控制失误,有时会造成部分微小的聚乙烯粒子未完全熔融,结果在聚乙烯膜上留有点状的聚乙烯晶粒,对聚乙烯保护膜的外观和使用造成影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶及其制备工艺,制备出的聚乙烯保护膜内微小的聚乙烯粒子能够完全熔融,聚乙烯膜上不会留有点状的聚乙烯晶粒,聚乙烯保护膜的外观和使用更受市场欢迎。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:
一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶,其中成分包括丙烯酸异辛酯,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸羟乙酯,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,丙烯酰胺,乙酸乙酯,甲苯,甲醇,引发剂和增塑剂。
进一步地,所述引发剂采用过氧类引发剂、偶氮类引发剂的一种或几种复配使用。
进一步地,所述过氧类引发剂包括过氧化二苯甲酰。
进一步地,所述偶氮类引发剂包括偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈。
进一步地,所述增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂及脂肪酸酯类增塑剂的一种或几种共混使用。
进一步地,所述邻苯二甲酸酯类的增塑剂包括邻苯二甲酸二辛脂。
进一步地,所述脂肪酸酯类增塑剂包括乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯。
一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
把丙烯酸异辛酯120-170份,丙烯酸丁酯20-40份,丙烯酸甲酯10-20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯15-25份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0-3份,丙烯酰胺2-5份,乙酸乙酯150-190份,甲苯65-80份,甲醇25-50份,引发剂0.1-0.6份加入到反应器中,开启反应搅拌器,升高反应器内温度至80-85℃,当体系开始反应后,控制反应器内温度80-90℃,反应1小时;
然后滴加丙烯酸异辛酯120-170份,丙烯酸丁酯20-40份,丙烯酸甲酯10-20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯15-25份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0-3份,乙酸乙酯40-65份,甲苯30-50份,甲醇20-30份,引发剂0.1-1份的混合液,1小时滴完,此过程保持反应器内温度80-90℃,继续反应6-8小时;
然后加入乙酸乙酯20-30份,引发剂0.3-0.7份的混合液,保持反应器内温度80-90℃,继续反应4-6小时后降低体系温度至40-50℃;
然后加入乙酸乙酯180-250份,增塑剂20-60份,搅拌混合均匀后成胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
压敏胶成分在制备过程中分批次加入并且引发剂和增塑剂选择合适时机加入,可以保证在制备聚乙烯保护膜时完全熔融聚乙烯保护膜内微小的聚乙烯粒子,聚乙烯膜上不会留有点状的聚乙烯晶粒,聚乙烯保护膜的外观和使用更受市场欢迎。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
把丙烯酸异辛酯150份,丙烯酸丁酯40份,丙烯酸甲酯10份,丙烯酸羟乙酯25份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.6份,丙烯酰胺2份,乙酸乙酯175份,甲苯75份,甲醇31份,过氧化二苯甲酰0.25份,偶氮二异丁腈0.2份加入到反应器中,开启反应搅拌器,升反应器内温度至80-85℃,当体系开始反应后,维持反应器内温度80-90℃,反应1小时。
然后滴加丙烯酸异辛酯168份,丙烯酸丁酯30份,丙烯酸甲酯15份,丙烯酸羟乙酯24份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.6份,乙酸乙酯62份,甲苯37份,甲醇25份,过氧化二苯甲酰0.2份,偶氮二异丁腈0.2份的混合液,1小时滴完,此过程保持反应釜内温度80-90℃,继续反应6-8小时。
然后加入乙酸乙酯25份,偶氮二异丁腈0.4份,过氧化苯甲酰0.2份的混合液,继续保持反应器内温度80-90℃,继续反应4-6小时后降低体系温度至40-50℃。
然后加入乙酸乙酯200份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯30份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂15份,搅拌混合均匀后成胶。
实施例2:
把丙烯酸异辛酯170份,丙烯酸丁酯29份,丙烯酸甲酯20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯15份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.6份,丙烯酰胺5份,乙酸乙酯190份,甲苯80份,甲醇50份,过氧化二苯甲酰0.25份,偶氮二异庚腈0.2份加入到反应器中,开启反应搅拌器,升反应器内温度至80-85℃,当体系开始反应后,维持反应器内温度80-90℃,反应1小时。
然后滴加丙烯酸异辛酯170份,丙烯酸丁酯40份,丙烯酸甲酯20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯25份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0.6份,乙酸乙酯65份,甲苯50份,甲醇30份,过氧化二苯甲酰0.25份,偶氮二异庚腈0.2份的混合液,1小时滴完,此过程保持反应釜内温度80-90℃,继续反应6-8小时。
然后加入乙酸乙酯30份,偶氮二异丁腈0.6份,过氧化二苯甲酰0.2份的混合液,保持内温80-90℃,继续反应4-6小时后降低体系温度至40-50℃。
然后加入乙酸乙酯250份,邻苯二甲酸二辛脂60份,搅拌混合均匀后成胶。
实施例3:
把丙烯酸异辛酯120份,丙烯酸丁酯20份,丙烯酸甲酯15份,丙烯酸羟乙酯19份,丙烯酰胺4份,乙酸乙酯160份,甲苯65份,甲醇25份,过氧化二苯甲酰0.25份,偶氮二异庚腈0.2份加入到反应器中,开启反应搅拌器,升反应器内温度至80-85℃,当体系开始反应后,维持反应器内温度80-90℃,反应1小时。
然后滴加丙烯酸异辛酯120份,丙烯酸丁酯20份,丙烯酸甲酯10份,丙烯酸羟乙酯15份,乙酸乙酯40份,甲苯30份,甲醇20份,过氧化二苯甲酰0.45份的混合液,1小时滴完,此过程保持反应釜内温度80-90℃,继续反应6-8小时。
然后加入乙酸乙酯20份,偶氮二异丁腈0.3份的混合液,保持内温80-90℃,继续反应4-6小时后降低体系温度至40-50℃。
然后加入乙酸乙酯180份,乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯20份,搅拌混合均匀后成胶。

1.一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶,其特征在于:其中成分包括丙烯酸异辛酯,丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸羟乙酯,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯,丙烯酰胺,乙酸乙酯,甲苯,甲醇,引发剂和增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述引发剂采用过氧类引发剂、偶氮类引发剂的一种或几种复配使用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述过氧类引发剂包括过氧化二苯甲酰。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述偶氮类引发剂包括偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂及脂肪酸酯类增塑剂的一种或几种共混使用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述邻苯二甲酸酯类的增塑剂包括邻苯二甲酸二辛脂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸酯类增塑剂包括乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种聚乙烯保护膜用可消除晶点的压敏胶的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
把丙烯酸异辛酯120-170份,丙烯酸丁酯20-40份,丙烯酸甲酯10-20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯15-25份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0-3份,丙烯酰胺2-5份,乙酸乙酯150-190份,甲苯65-80份,甲醇25-50份,引发剂0.1-0.6份加入到反应器中,开启反应搅拌器,升高反应器内温度至80-85℃,当体系开始反应后,控制反应器内温度80-90℃,反应1小时;
然后滴加丙烯酸异辛酯120-170份,丙烯酸丁酯20-40份,丙烯酸甲酯10-20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯15-25份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯0-3份,乙酸乙酯40-65份,甲苯30-50份,甲醇20-30份,引发剂0.1-1份的混合液,1小时滴完,此过程保持反应器内温度80-90℃,继续反应6-8小时;
然后加入乙酸乙酯20-30份,引发剂0.3-0.7份的混合液,保持反应器内温度80-90℃,继续反应4-6小时后降低体系温度至40-50℃;
然后加入乙酸乙酯180-250份,增塑剂20-60份,搅拌混合均匀后成胶。
